Hot takes

Well, after quite a bit of playing I got Legendary today from SD and I can honestly say - what a anticlimax! Ha. A ruddy badge update and that’s it. Brill.

Some hot takes I have picked up along the way for people getting into the game:

  1. Everyone calls everyone noob or bot - doesn’t have to be a reason. In a recent two game streak I got MVP over another player on the oppo and through both games he just kept shouting bot or noob. He got 1 kill on one of the games.

  2. People think there is a right way to play the game - certain guns are off limits and certain play styles.

  3. There is no “best gun” - just best for your style. I recently started using HDR and absolutely love it. The action sound of the gun is unmatched.

Ultimately ignore everyone else, enjoy the game for you, don’t focus on the levels too much and just get a fun you like!

Original Alex Mason and his iconic Alaska themed gears consisting of Alaska Backpack, Alaska ATV, Alaska Parachute, Alaska themed Ninja class, Alaska themed Knife. Proud to own Season 2 Battle Pass. Surely Season 1 and Season 2 were most important ones even among the OG Seasons because there were complete set of specific themed gears in both of these two. In Season 1, it was Ghost themed gears and Chopper.

The ATV in particular looks so charming and robust with those roaring Alaskan Polar Bears imprinted on it. Proud to call Mason my Signature Operator since past 5 years.

Inactive accounts suddenly online

Have others experienced seeing their accounts or those of others online even when inactive or quited the game already? My first encounter occurred in 2023 when two out of my three inactive accounts suddenly appeared online and active (happened on different months. Some are playing and spectating, although I've never shared login information to anyone as in NEVER). Recently, a friend of mine who quit CODM but remained on my friend list appeared online. I excitedly invited her to play, but she hadn't reinstalled the game as she informed me and has no plans coming back. We're puzzled as to why her account spectated me during a match and even visited my profile (then suddenly went offline). Both accounts are Facebook-linked, and like me, she never shared her login details. All accounts were self-made and not purchased, so we're baffled how this occurred if only we know the login credentials.

P.S I would appreciate any relevant insights into this matter. Thank you!

They are taking 93% of my points? I have to work overtime to even stay competitive. But I recently saw others get the daily bonuses. Have y'all been tweaking your reticle size at all??

When I use tactical scope, 3x or 4x I've found that using the red eye reticle at 85% size forces me to make more precise shots. it has pros and cons though the pro being that when I shoot I am missing less the con being that due to the smaller reticle I have to spend more time adjusting aim and taking that extra second or two at best causes me to lose the target (they enter a room, get behind a wall, or break my line of sight) and at worst cost me my life while over adjusting.

I was just curious of anybody else's findings or experience messing with reticle size. I haven't touched the other setting yet (zoom distance I think??) if you have id appreciate if you could explain your experience with that as well.

İ created this post for struggling to unlock Long Shot; thanks to community i got good advices and completed this MF gun.

Here 2 advices for very well for me, in case anyone else also struggling for long shot;

  1. Waiting your teammate injure an enemy then steal his kills. This work best with bot lobby ofcourse. İ did it in shipment.

  2. İnjure enemy yourself with any weapon, and finish them with shorty. People suggested injure them witj your main gun but i couldnt manage it. İnstead with main gun, i just threw molotov cocktail then finish the enemy

Is BR dead? I had a half year break, but when I turned on TPP Battle royal 95% of the players are bots.

What's up with matchmaking?

New player here, transitioning from Pubg Mobile.

It seems whatever the mode I play, I get paired with bots (or nobody) most of the time, despite "Fill the Squad" being checked.

Ground War: Skirmish? I'm lucky if I have one other player. Stopped counting the amount of time the opposite team had seemingly active players driving war tank around spamming rockets.

Battle Royale? Even if I choose Squad, I spawn by myself all alone while everyone is in squad. What's up with that?

Multiplayer? Every opponents appear to be obvious bots.

What's the secret to actually meet other human beings? I never had this issue with Pubg, I could always find others. Now with CodM I'm lucky if I get teamed with another player?

I dint care how you guys feel or what you say, bots in high ranking lobbies I just played with a team that lost bad, I literally hate the players that are high ranked I don’t think they are real they can’t be , it’s sad how they play and it pisses me off, it’s not even skill you get that guy feeling you know it’s a damn bot that shouldn’t be on your team, and if they are real people I’m sorry i don’t know how y’all are high ranking it makes me mad seeing half the players I play with be that bad, yes it’s that bad

I only see people that run parties in high ranking make it too top ranked anyways and this is on purpose , they force you to find players to play with you so you don’t get botted and trapped trying to rank up, did not have this issue till I got to grand master, these players are worse than the ones in the lower ranks and the devs need to be bashed for this, why hasn’t this bs ever been called out?!

I think I know partially where there erro began for reproducibility.

I ran to the top of the building, I'm always racing for the helicopter. But the Pack-A-Punch machine spawned as the round changed from night to day.

Why does the Scyth almost NEVER kill?

All day today i’ve tred point blank to kill with this weapon and it never hits. I literally rage quit after swinging at a guy 3 times and ended up dieing. And even when I do have the jump on people and swing first, I STILL DIE BEFORE THEY DO. It literally doesn’t matter, if i’m lucky enough to get the swing off it either misses or I die before it lands. Think I got 1 kill with it today while I died countless times where even an axe would’ve got the job done. Is it this weapons hitbox or what? I don’t even want to use the cool skin I have for it because it just genuinely sucks, I have better luck with prizefighters or my axe.

Aim assist really is bad in this game

After spending a lot of time playing Call of Duty: Mobile, especially on chaotic maps like Shipment, I’ve noticed that aim assist feels more like a hindrance than a help in most situations. While it seems somewhat effective in long-range engagements, it completely falls apart in close-quarters combat, where the screen is often flooded with three or more enemies at once.

In these moments, aim assist doesn’t refine your aim—it weighs it down. Instead of smoothly tracking targets, it feels like your aim gets stuck between multiple enemies, making it nearly impossible to lock onto the intended target.

The technical glitches tied to aim assist only make matters worse. When multiple enemies are on screen, the game tends to freeze or stutter briefly, completely throwing off your aim and movement. At first, I mistook these stutters for frame rate drops, but after disabling aim assist, I noticed the issue was far less frequent.

As soon as I turned aim assist off, the difference was night and day. I immediately started dominating matches with smoother control and more consistent aim. Don’t get me wrong—I still have moments where I whiff shots or lose control of the screen, but it’s a different kind of inconsistency. It feels more like player error rather than the game’s mechanics actively fighting against me.

The problem is even more pronounced when using melee weapons like knives. With aim assist on, your character often spins in awkward directions or completely misses attacks that should have connected. This misdirection makes melee combat feel clunky and unreliable, especially in high-pressure situations.

Is the USS 9 the next bp50?

I honestly never bothered to use the uss 9 since I hate how it sounds but started playing rank again (which I don’t do normally since I just get to legendary then go back to clan games and camo grinding since it takes so long to find matches) but I kept getting one and 2 shotted by people using the uss 9 so much so it wasn’t even fun to play. Lo and behold I thought to try and just use it and get gold for fun on domination. Every single match I play I’ve been absolutely destroying. Even when it with a huge group of mythic weapons on the other team. 3-4 bullets even across the map it’s ridiculous how OP this is. I haven’t gotten a weapon close to gold this fast since the bp50. The bp50 is now nerfed for me it is one of the harder gun to do well with but this USS is absolutely barnacles.

Iphone 15 max pro overheating and turning down brightness

Hi all

Im playing codm since it came out and i used to play on Android. 6 months ago i got an iPhone 15 pro max and the FPS are amazing and it runs so good.

BUT after 10-15 minutes it turns down the brightness automatic. I turned of auto brightness in settings, im playing on 120 fps and grafics low.

Any tips and tricks?

Why aren't there more posts apoligizing and thanking Activision and CODM Devs?

It is truly sad to see the double standards of this community or should I this sub-reddit. I mean when we did not get the aurora camos, literally everyone was crying, begging, ranting and hating on Activision and the devs (even tho the devs have nothing to do with it! ITS THE FUKING HIGHER UPS WHO DECIDE WHAT EACH GAME WILL HAVE NOT SOME UNDERPAID DEVELOPER WHO JUST GOT HIRED). Then when leaks about the new mythic arrived, everyone started crying, begging, ranting and hating again (without even waiting for further confirmation).

BUT NOW that it is confirmed that global will not only get a free mythic but also free legendaries, I dont see not even a SINGLE POST APOLIGIZING AND THANKING ACTIVISION AND CODM DEVS.

And before you say "ErM BUt ActUalLy wE DeSErve To gEt FrEe MYtHics". No we dont! Purchasable items exist in every game because that is the only way a game stays alive. So, no it is not our right to get free purchasable items.

What's going on with the Mythic Sophia skin?

Small complaint. The teaser featuring the mythic Sophia skin is just weird. Like, she has blond hair now, plus her face is way too different? She looks like the epic Fiona from the mythic BP50 draw. The upcoming Scylla skin doesn't look like Scylla too. I wish they retain the original facial features that made these characters distinct. Look at Park. They have changed her hairstyle and hair color countless of times but you'd definitely know it's Park.

What is happening to cod mobile?

In the two to three years I’ve been playing this game, I’ve never seen a turnaround like this. Suddenly, we’re starting to see amazing features being added to the game, and honestly, it’s hard to believe. A free mythic? Free legendaries? Rank bans ? And let’s not forget the awesome-looking camos that could easily rival paid skins in quality. Someone pinch me—I must be dreaming.

But seriously, what is happening here? For the longest time, it felt like nothing this good would ever happen in the game. It was always grind-heavy events, pay-to-win weapons, and mediocre rewards that didn’t justify the effort. Now, it feels like the devs are finally giving back to the community in a way that feels genuine and rewarding.

It’s almost surreal to see these updates rolling out. Whether it’s an effort to boost player retention, compete with other games, or just a change in philosophy, I’m all for it. For once, it feels like the players are actually being valued. If this is the direction the game is heading, it might just be the best era we’ve ever seen in Call of Duty: Mobile.

Let’s hope this momentum continues, because right now, it’s hard not to get excited about what’s next. Keep it up, devs—you’ve finally got the community paying attention, and in a good way for once!

How does BR rank matching work??? Rookies get matched with legendaries?

So confused at how the system works!

When I queue a 4 squad br game, I always get 3 legendary teammates when my br rank was grand master 2. Never ever, I mean NEVER do I get another grand master teammate.

But the more burning questions is… BR playing with friend doesn’t have the MP bracket teaming system like you have to be with in certain rank with your friends to play MP ranked together.

I recently had few friends started playing codm BR. I started a game with them and I felt like all the other teams were just good players not like 1 high ranking with some lower ranking players.

Does it just simply match other squads based on the highest ranking player in the squad? It’s just hella hard for my friends to enjoy or learn the game since they get melted instantly every time we fight another squad…

Can anyone shed some light? Much appreciated!!

If i have scope as 1 of 5 gunsmith upgrades, can i only use that scope on the weapon wjen found in game, or will it automatically arrive with it.

Idea for gameplay feature: Operator Skill and Field Upgrade separation

Look at that... Ridiculous amount for Operator Skill.. My suggestion is to split 2 different arsenals. Operator Skill and Field Upgrade... For OS, focus on offensive types. While, FU, focus on defensive or support types...

For Operator Skill:
(Purifier, War Machine, Death Machine, Gravity Spike, Vortex Gun, Annihilator, React Core, Tempest, HIVE, Shadow Blade, EM3, Bull Charge, CLAW, Sparrow, K9, Ballistic Shield, Equalizer)

For Field Upgrade:
(TAK-5, Kinetic Armor, Ammo Box, Tac-Deploy, Havoc, Misdirection Device, Transform Shield)

A lot more Field Upgrade can be added soon... Like upcoming ACS ripoff, Control Field... For my personal opinion, (Tactical Insertion, Heartbeat Sensor, Cryo Bomb, Trophy system, Flash Drone, Trip Sensor) should be converted from Tactical Equipment to Field Upgrade... Buff them up or change its attribute...

CODM should keep an eye on their gameplay quality.

So, I have been playing codm lately. Trying to reach the legendary before the season ends. But I noticed something is very off.

In these past days I rank pushed in MP until suddenly, I keep dying at this one dude, like he's targeting me on purpose, until when I was running around this guy after I got killed, I reviewed the kill cam, and I noticed that the guy that has been killing lately, turns out to be a wall hacker, because I saw in the kill cam that his crosshair is already following my movement.

Some matches after I encountered an another wall hacker, like it has been just another day!?

After sometime I'm browsing in tiktok and I heard the news from iferg that he banned a popular content creator from his tournament for a stack pile evidence of him using cheats and his name is 'Odunwire' and I visited his profile and he's indeed famous, and I saw a clip of him in his livestream showing that his game crashed and the app name is 'Codm aim bot' and a content creator named 'slayer' calls out odunwire for using a aimbot in their 1v1 and slayer shows a clip of them from his livestream confirming that odunwire is indeed using hacks. Odunwire denies all the allegations

Codm should immediately take action against this "Cheating" stuff because it literally made someone famous

Us community, we don't really give a lot of damn about the new "cosmetics" we really give a damn in the game quality of our beloved game.

Bonus: They get the hacked application through Telegram, and it's advertised by some tiktoker some of them shows their identity like their face and sometimes they livestream their "Hacks" and selling it through Telegram

Hey guys one my friend got scammed from free cp scam which he seen in worldchat how can he get back his account ?

Soo yesterday he seen a text that ( you can get 18000 cp free by going to *** website and fill details ) soo he did fill those details and now his account got theft, those scammers changes password and recovery email and all. Soo it it possible to recover that account?

He did purchase few legendry guns and he is kinda disappointed about this

The uss9 is just so annoying

Every match that i won is solely because either the enemy team are using non meta gun or that they are using uzi but trash at the game

(I'm a pkm main and it has an infinite 4tap range) And bcuz of that i like to play long range with it or sometimes just plain camping but when i'm in a long range gunfight with bp50,mg42,etc i usually/always the one to come out alive BUT if i'm gunfighting with a uzi they 3 shot crossmap me and then i'm dead like that ain't an smg no smg should be able to crossmap you ATLEAST balance it and make it 5-6 tap like why is it so strong

Call of Duty: Mobile Season 01: Wings of Vengeance releases on January 15th at 4 pm (PT) and we are starting off the year strong with three new MP modes, BR map updates,  new weapons, a Mythic operator, a CP sale, various improvements, and of course balance changes.

Why Oden and FFAR came with a legendary sticker but EM2 and I think the Kilo and AK47 did not.

I’m just curious lol. My partner has the Oden and the FFAR, neither are upgraded and I have the EM2 (my favorite the by far), the Kilo and the AK though only the em2 upgraded fully and the other 2 to level 2. They are newer to me and I’ve have the em2 for a year and a half, enough time to slowly upgrade it. It’s my favorite and the only one I really cared to upgrade.

So the 2 guns that haven’t been upgraded came with legendary stickers but the ones that have been upgraded at least some didn’t. The Kilo and AK are older style mythics but so is the Oden. The FFAR is newer and so is the EM2. I’m wondering what they may have came with instead of stickers. I can’t remember lol.

I don’t care too much, I don’t even use stickers on anything besides base guns. The flashiness of the mythics overshadow them anyway and most epic blueprints look odd with a sticker unrelated to the gun’s theme. Base guns are where I throw stickers and random seasonal camos on to give it some personality.

The ‘why’ is bothering me though. They all came with keychains (charms) and all came with some sort of sticker, just not a legendary one. The rest are epic.

I figured I’d see if anyone knows why. There are a few differences in the mythics I’m still trying to figure out because I’m a nerd and want to know. There have been different draws this season for me (7 items instead of 10 but are the same price, they just go up in price faster like from 30 straight to 120 instead of going to 80. I don’t like them ) and now I’m super interested for some reason.

Mostly the mythic all come with the same stuff, or at least the same category of things (a throwable, 2 epic weapons (could be a gun or could be melee or a launcher) and an epic character for example. Not all the same things but the same kind of things) so when something isn’t the same, what was the trade off?

SBMM now puts my MS high

In ranked whenever I'm on a winstreak at 40-45ms my normal ping , all of a sudden my ms spikes to 60-70 ms until I lose . When I play pubs 40ms , rank begins in the 40s then after a few wins it spikes to 60-70ms, next game pubs to test it , back to 40ms . I've rested my phone between matches to make sure it wasn't my phone , so devs please explain this. Sbmm putting me up against Stacks as a solo player was bad enough but now making the game unplayable for me so I lose is really rotten.

🚨Dear CoD M Developers: MAKE ALCATRAZ PERMANENT🚨

i speak for everyone when i say - alcatraz is the most fun map and mode to play of cod m and the most fun BR experience available on mobile

it’s fast paced, intense and can provide hours of fun gameplay. ALL the other BR maps are boring - you run around for 15 minutes and just find bots, even when i’m at the highest ranked level. at that point why even play

seems as of today that it won’t come back this weekend either which is disappointing.

sure the tournament is great, but just listen to the community and make it a permanent map

seriously wtf are you guys thinking🤦‍♂️

I hate Argus

Thank God they removed it in the BR ground loot, if you pick this up upon landing it's like playing a Russian Roulette. You don't know if the gun will hit the enemies or not. Even you aim dead center the gun will find its way to hit the legs.

I look under my gamecard and see KD 4.25 is that high or low in this game I'm confused by the UI because I thought above 2.0 was considered high and I'm not on leader board. So, what is considered high KD in COD Mobile not warzone mobile but just mobile?

Red Sprite on Newer Guns only?

I hope not but i think there's a chance that after red sprite guns can only be obtain but not the older red sprite guns, as you can see in the picture the older shows "Participate in S1" even the owned says "S1" and the newer says "Join Tournament" im not sure tho but i hope im wrong cause i dont own all red sprites lol

Last Year 2024 No Collaboration

Those who hate free fire. Look they got a good collaboration. Naruto. But Call of Duty Mobile no Global Collaboration last year 2024. Nothing. At least Activision has to learn from them. Shame Activision shame. How they were treated like a slave. But if they don't give collaboration this year 2025 then I will uninstall CODM or not buy Battle Pass or any kind of stuff. I hope we will understand our pain and sorrow. I just put the strike on them and I will force them to give collaboration on March to Summer season. At least minimum 3 collaboration we need it eagerly. 💔

Rush Hardpoint Spawns Bug

Played a lot of rush hardpoint earlier, the one with rank protection, and I noticed that the spawns are weird. Opponents was spawning closed to me or my teammates, and vice versa. I even spawned inside the point once that is being captured by the opponents. The bug happened just after the update. I'm on garena server btw

What's up with the download speeds??

So I downloaded CODM after a year and my first thought was "hmm, I used to enjoy this game. I wonder what made me stop playing?"...

I then encountered the 20GB in-game download.. which honestly wasn't the end of the world (my phone can handle it). But the thing that trained me of what made me quit to begin was was the fact that the in-game download speeds are ridiculously slow. My download speed is 80MBps but in CODM it can't push past 220KBps. Why though????

What're some additions to the game y'all would love? I listed mine down below.

Overall,

  1. Better UI, similar to WZ imo.
  2. Better damage distribution by explosives cuz if i throw a grenade at my enemiy's foot, it should atleast do some. damage rather than nothing.
  3. Better voicelines for every character.
  4. Voicelined Guns like Garena has. We only have Grau 5.56 as I remember
  5. The ability to station ur gun on a surface especially for the guns with bipods like we did in WZM
  6. Scopes that allow you to change how much u zoom in
  7. Thermal scopes
  8. Custom ironsights. Like we need more options. Like in Arena Breakout, there r way more options for just basic ironsights. A few for each gun would be a blessing.
  9. More grindable camos like WZ has.

For BR,

  1. Self Revive Kit.
  2. Better physics for cars.
  3. Scorestreaks like we've in WZ.
  4. Permanent Alcatraz.
  5. Buy Stations.
  6. Airdrops should carry grenades too.
  7. More drivable vehicles like u can drive random cars in WZ. We need those random cars.
  8. Contracts, they'd be lovely.

For MP,

  1. The ability to look thru the windows of cars even on low graphics.
  2. Idk i don't play MP much.
  3. The featured modes should increase ur rank too

Why does this keep happening?

After a tiring day at work I come home and i want to relax by playing COD(sounds stupid, I know). And every single game i start is filled with sweats, tryhards and campers each match(while not even playing ranked).

The secret to controlling your recoil.

I had the same issue with recoil, it'd shake the gun so much that either I had to make it a fully recoil build or pray to god. But recently, i checked out this setting. Idk if it was popular. Vertical turning sensibility, i have it very high and now my basic fennec beams across the map which is amazing asf for me. If any of y'all hate giving up spots in ur guns for recoil attachments then play around with vertical turning sensibility and have better aim.

What maps or modes do you want to see added?

I tried to do the pics roughly ordered by size. I enjoyed COD Ghosts, and I understand why people didn't like it. Fast time to kill with maps that are too big. I feel like it could work well in the mobile though. Some of the medium sized maps like overlord, octane, tremor, warhawk, and maybe siege and freight could work well with standard gameplay. Some of the lager maps like freight, siege, and maybe storefront would work well for lager game modes like 10 v 10, or 12 v 12. And the largest maps like storefront, whiteout, and stonehaven would work great in a 12 v 12 mode or even a smaller version of ground war that'd be comparable to aniyah incursion. Of course I don't think they'll add any lf these, but it'd be cool. Just wanted to see what ya'll think.

Why is there so many bots in this game?

I just came back to the game after not playing for nearly 2 years. I’m currently master 2 and all I get is bot lobbies. It’s ruining the fun and I’m honestly thinking about quitting again. Does anyone know why is that happening? Normally you don’t get bot lobbies in master+ ranks.

What was your best moment when playing?

For me, while I know people have won squad matches solo, I never play outside of solos, so when I soloed a squad while my teammate was reviving, I was ecstatic. We then went on to win that round and the next by hunting down the real teams, even going so far as executing one guy who was just trying to run in a heli until we almost destroyed it, forcing him to jump.

Why I have I not seen anyone really talking about this hidden monster? If you're accurate it's a 2-3 shot kill at most distances and a 1 shot kill to the head every time! With a slightly slower fire rate than the type63 and sks, but much more manageable recoil. Someone explain why this isn't being used more??

I hate this class

I hate the ravanger launcher it is basically the worst thing you can encounter after shotguns, damn thing locks on THROUGH the smoke of smoke bomber locks on WHILE using trickster and if you are in a 1v3 or 1v 4 situation and one of these is put down it is an immediate L you WILL lose if you try to fight but you cannot stay in cover as the team will push you, I entered this situation 5 TIMES today and every single time there was a dude popping the ravanger launcher since he saw his entire team go down and boy did it change the tide of the battle I died as I ran into cover to heal after fighting 2 dudes and then BAM the moment I get out this guy releases the missiles on me and shoots me and I die......... Sorry for the long rant and I am sure most of you guys don't play br anyway.

Account got hacked

Someone got my credentials and logged into my account then used their facebook to link to my account, ajd no i cant get them to logout. Activision support says theres no suspicious activity on my account, so they cant do anything.
Im beyond the point of no return with these assholes. For a company that charges 260 per product, they should definitely have better security features in place. Anyways can anyone help me figure out how to regain control of my account (before this person completely fucks up all my stats(already fucked with my loadouts and layout, now their comimg for my kd and rank))
This asshole left his telegram info in my loadouts and i have one of his friends id. Anything i can do?

One of my skins is gone from inventory after update

I unlocked the Sparrowhawk skin before the update, but after I updated to the latest version and checked again, it's just gone (weird thing is, all other skins are fine). I double checked to see if I downloaded the skin, and yes, I did (photo 3), I can even see my friend using it in-game. It is just gone from my inventory, while the ranked match page showed that I claimed it. I checked the mail and the rank up reward was there (but I accidentally deleted it thinking I could reclaim). Anyone knows how to fix this bug?

Do everyone is unlocking all the skins of all of weapons or we are just rare.

I am trying to unlock all the skins I can unlock like - diamond, hold, platinum, zombie, etc. . And it hard and for guns I need to change stretegy everytime I change gun genere. I have unlocked shotgun, marksman, sniper and LMG's almost all skills. One sniper is left known as NA - 45, the bombing sniper with 2 shots.

What I want to know is that that is all of you trying to unlock all of the skins or we are just rare breeds.

Invisible bots in BR Warfare Isolated

I was playing a round of Warfare Isolated in BR earlier today. I got shot by a sniper and survived. Ran into a barn and onto the second floor, no windows or holes the sniper could possibly see me through. Got shot two more times before dying. wtf? And when the camera panned to who killed me, no one could be seen.

This is not the first time I’ve encountered “invisible snipers” of “invisible players” in general in BR Warfare Isolated. It happens when I was 100% sure no is around me, 360 view, and still get mysteriously shot by someone. Not even bullet streaks are visible.

Is this is glitch or a hacker?

If you need a friend..

I see a lot of people, in posts or comments, saying how they need more friends or despise a challenge cuz it requires you "to play a match with a friend". Well, idk if it'll be useful but here I am! I play pretty often, around the evenings in CST. Speak English natively, and so far only English. I'm pretty good at the game, definitely not the best but definitely not the worst. Played since launch except for like, a 3 month hiatus and came back after I found out gunsmithing had been added to the game. I have Damascus and some diamond, weapon mastery solely to rename guns with real life counterparts to their real name, and I rarely ever use a meta unless it's absolutely broken, in which case I'm just playing for fun (the MOW thermite made a good marksman rifle). Also left my empty clan to make my own new clan, which is also empty atm.

The reason I say all that is just to try and get it across that I'm not your average CoD player, but really a franchise enjoyer. So if you want someone who knows the in's and out's and is a solid teammate roughly 75% of the time, it's me! (Also use mic sometimes but you don't have to.) Tata! Hope you consider

Just curious about you boys and girls who mostly play BR

Are you more on the passive side - avoiding high-risk zones, grabbing loot as quickly as possible, only fighting when absolutely necessary, and focusing on surviving as long as you can?

Or are you high-energy - diving into hot zones, chasing down enemies, and going crazy with your shotguns (that’s just me being salty)?

I personally like the BR playstyle exactly because it lets you strategize a bit more - choosing where to land, who to chase (or avoid), whether or not to risk grabbing that loot, etc.

Hella curious which BR lifestyle this sub's all about

Petition to add a “WTF DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO” dialogue option in BR.

I’m about to create one in order to send in to Activision. I swear to God, it pisses me off more than I can convey when these stupid assholes decide to spam the “Revive Me” button, knowing there are multiple people within their corpses’ proximity. For example, I just joined a match where everybody decided they want to fly into Farm, which irritated me enough as is. Of course they die, because it’s absolutely crowded there like always. I head that way to at least scope the situation, and just like I figured, there’s a whole squad there just lingering to see if anyone is going to come try to revive my other team members. Question about grinding

  1. Where can I farm the long shot tasks for shotguns? I have 6/15 currently and I've been using shotguns for quite a long time, but not progressing in this task. I want to unlock the last 3 weapons which require long shots. And which shotgun is best for this task?

  2. Does clan currency expire after a season? It says it resets after season change and I don't understand if it's the store or the currency that I have.

  3. Does ping matter if it changes from 55-60ms to 90-100 ms? I sometimes die after just getting into contact for like 3 bullets while the enemy doesn't die with 10 bullets.

How to fix HUD mode automatically switching to simple when opening the game, and why it happens

Recently there's been a bug in CODM where the game automatically switches to simple mode whenever you open up the game. This most likely started happening for you after you made a change to your simple mode HUD.

Here's the fix: Simply click on the "custom layout" button to edit your advanced mode HUD, and without making any change, click on save and exit. Now, the next time you load up the game, it won't automatically switch to simple mode.

Why it happens: It seems that the game automatically picks the mode that you edited most recently. When you intentionally or unintentionally edit the simple mode HUD, the game starts thinking that you had the simple mode HUD selected, and therefore automatically selects the simple mode HUD. When you do the above fix, the game thinks the same but for the advanced mode HUD, so it keeps that one selected when you open up the game.

I'm so glad this is done it was annoying and the worst camo was long shots I hate camping so I just felt cowardly for sitting in the back.

I used kill confirmed on high rise for longshots.

Don't we need to do something about the new tournament camo, Nefrite?

We Need To Let Devs Know Our Opinions, or they think we like all the camos [or else] they release.
It's so bad, ugly, doesn't look good on anything. The have a big big pool of camos to choose from or make a new one. Right? Don't other CoD games have many many cool camos? Even small games like combat master have more & better camos.

Honest opinions on Ranked match ups

So I consider myself a slightly better than average player. I just play for fun. I'm not trying to be "that guy" but can anyone explain to me why I keep getting put with absolute dog sh*t players on my team in ranked? I thought you were matched up by skill level but I haven't had a teammate that has gone positive for several hours now.

I'm talking like the rest of my team is getting maybe 2-3 kills max while dying close to double digit times.

I'm get way better teammates in regular as opposed to ranked, have they changed something and I just missed it?

Where voice?

So this blueprint (Alchemy stars draw) has voicelines when inspecting, before match starts, when equiping it in-game and when i select it in the gunsmith screen. When i got it from the draw about a month or 2 ago it didn't have any and after the next major update it did. It's been quiet since the new update. I downloaded the audio packs after this update but its still silent. (downloaded only 65% overall). Was wondering if any of yall knew which resource pack to download to hear the voicelines again? Or if my gun was just bugged out whole of last season while i was hearing its voicelines. Btw i have the Tundra blueprint with the same problem from the same draw.

Team balancing ruins the game. Hopped on 3 games and in every game I had the most kills, most obj, and least deaths on my entire team. And in the matches 10 of my 12 teammates went negative.

Why would I ever want to play the game when I am constantly paired with the worst players in the lobby. Even when I give my teammates non stop uavs and multiple advanced uavs they still cant go positive or help with the objective.

The xm4 is odd

The xm4 is strange.

In comparison to the type 19, it'll be more aggressive. If that's your style, then I think you'll love this weapon. Fast reload, ads, movement, etc.

But it's weird that its stats are almost perfect for a longer range AR, in every category except range. That's just very odd. It has great bsa, amazing hit flinch, and good bullet speed.
I don't understand why it has all these stats that are amazing for range, and yet it does so little damage at that range. It falls off even faster than the fuckin grau.

I suspect that it might get a range buff soon, because that is just so much for a range that this thing isn't good in.

I think this thing will be pretty ok in the state it's in. An aggressive flex playstyle is always fun. But for now, I think it's a worse type 19.

Which one is better?

Guys, I don't usually do this but... This year with the double CP event, I might go for a mythic draw. I have thought a lot about this and my top two choices are the mythic QQ9 and AK-47. I already have the mythic Holger and I'm not going to spend much because I just don't think it's really worth it... Keep in mind that I might not buy any large amount of CP but... If I did, which one should I go for? I'm thinking the QQ9 would be a better option because it's a "new gen" mythic and overall has a better design than the AK... But I'm also an AK enjoyer so I'm not really sure... I'd be glad to have your thoughts too!

Is SBMM broken since update?

Maybe it's just me and I've somehow gotten worse in the past 48 hours, but since Global has gotten the update, SBMM has been (at least for me) stupidly unbalanced in every single match for me. I've been having games where it's been a struggle to win and my teammates are quite possibly the worst I've seen...ever honestly. Like I'm actually flabbergasted at how special my teammates have been the past 24-48 hours. You can check my match history to see what I'm talking about (UID: 6742844808832155650). I've had ACTUAL 5 year olds in my lobbies on top of the around-the-world ping lobbies and its been super brutal.

Now my enemy teams however, are something else. They have been the most 6th sense c r a c k e d out their minds I've seen in a long time.

Is anyone else experiencing this as well or am I just getting worse?

Customizing graphics colors made my game crashed frequently (BR)

My phone model is xiaomi 11t pro , sd888

Im wondering if anyone has a fix for this issue , i love the new feature " customizing color".But everytime im using custom graphics my game will FPS drop throughout the whole game and crash frequently during a br match.
I have to go back to default graphics (realistic).

My friend is using poco f3 (sd 870) and he is not experiencing this bug.

Looking for teammates for championsh Snapdragon Pro Series 2025 Turnament

We have 4 members and the requirements are 5-6 players, so we need one or two more "WE NEED YOU 🫵". I don't really think we can win the thing, but there is a very cool skin/character reward for 30 played ranked matches in a team of 5-6 players and I really want that. Maybe also some CP if we manage to score tom 60 teams. We are from Czech republic that means CET and we will have time to play in the evening (I think between 17:30-22:00). What does S5 mean? According to the app name it's season 11.

What can I get from that crate?

It seems that you can get the crate at the end of S6 if you have 6 of those badge things. You could just complete the common task in each SX leading up to it, right? What if you complete the extra tasks? You'll end up with extras?

Random rant: Why do those lucky draw coupons make the price of a draw 1cp. Why not just make it free? Now I won't be able to use it :/

Mic & Audio Problem

I'm having an issue where my audio switches to my phone whenever I turn my mic on. I use Bluetooth headphones and didn't have this problem yesterday, and no settings were changed. If I turn my mic off, the audio returns to playing on my headphones but as soon as I use my mic, my audio plays from my phone. I've tried just about everything but can't seem to fix the issue. BP Vault Question

First question here, everybody. Hope everyone is doing well today.

Anyway, the question I had is in regards to the BP Vault. I was unfortunately unable le to participate in one of the battle passes a few years ago and it was one I wanted to do being the 2023 Season 7 one with the Ghost in the Shell collaboration.

To my understanding it was just a one and done BP that won't come back because it was a collaboration. Although I thought I saw it in the vault at one point a few months ago. Has anyone seen it since the release in the vault? If so, is the Mitoko skin in that one or was that removed along with her mythic skin?
