I have a habit of not playing the meta

I just don't feel comfortable when I use a broken gun and if u get a kill, it doesn't feel satisfying at all. I have around 80 kills with mg42 since it came out, and 127 with BP50, even the buffed qq10 is meta, but I use it since it has a couple of downsides.
My loadouts are filled with guns like as val, LAG53, Iso, lk, grau and switchblade
I just hope they decide to balance the game, cuz the ttk overall is way to fast

I just received an iPad Mini 6th generation as a gift a hand-me-down how do I optimize it for call of duty mobile?

I tried it and it seems pretty sluggish and it's dropping frames and I put the graphics on low and the frame rates on low. any anything else I could do?

Saw a hacker today

just logged in and was invited to a ranked match by a bot, and i was like eeh free points. then as the match progressed, i got sniped, then i checked the kill cam and it showed he was floating in the air. thought i was tripping till i went to confirm and saw mr superman here floating there and casually snipping away. 😯

  • I gave points between 0 to 1 for each based on "How effective the perks are in saving us", "How often those utilities are used" and "How effective the utilities themselves are in securing kills". For example, Dauntless only got 0.25 for negating Cry Bomb because it's rarely used and only 0.5 for negating the slow of the overused Gas nades because it's not enough to usually save us anyway without being able to ADS.
  • I've left out the effect on Scorestreaks like Cluster Strike and Chopper Gunner for simplicity as they don't have anything to do with Dauntless except for the Napalm.

I suppose it basically boils down to this: Flak Jacket > Dauntless if you want to negate most lethal utilities, and just in general. But, pick Dauntless in modes where tactical utilities / burns / slows are overused, like Domination in certain maps where everyone loves spamming Tactical Shield, Molotovs and Concussion nades.

Remove invisible walls in combine for boost assault specifically

I cannot express my disappointment when I tried to wall running on wall near a pit it stopped me from doing that I and in middle of the map you cannot jump over the car which is stupidly placed invisible wall even though I have jetpack is on and I can’t even fall in the pit nor fall outside the map, this in a way impacts how the map plays with boost assault especially if you’re trying to play it in a way you would expect and think it would like in bo3
I think having invisible walls in combine and having it in boost mode with those walls really hurts and disrupt the gameplay flow of bo3 in spirit I really think they should be removed and yes including the hole in middle of map I would willingly jump down to die instead of being stopped In my track

Codm needs to add a option to unlink facebook accounts

My facebook has gotten deactivated and i cant unlink my account. I think codm should add a option throughout the codm app to unlink facebook accounts. If they do this they wont lose players who only login to codm through facebook and when their facebook account gets deactivated they lose their account.

Why is my Operators/skins Disappearing?

So i haven't played the game for almost 2 years now and i finally decided to come back since i saw an ad that they're giving away the free legendary phobos skins. I was thinking that i'll grind it today since i almost have everything in the "Valentine draw" including the battery Valentine skin but checking on my Operators i was shocked that i couldn't find my Battery operator. I tried restarting my game and found out that i can only see her at the BR Lobby only and when i tried searching for her name its says "no data found".Does anybody have the same problem as me and how do you resolve this??

Bug in summer prop hunt

Crazy glitch on this map. Allows you to hide off the map completely even go inside a vehicle and while it’s cool it’s super unfair for the hunters trying to find the props. I hope they fix this soon it was pretty cool seeing the details they put outside of the main zone though.

Thoughts on the LAG-53

So I unlocked this rifle and started experimenting after reading what people were saying on here. As others said, it is effectively just a weaker version of the Oden and doesn’t add much to the game. What I wanted to hear was people’s thoughts on fixing it. In my opinion, having a gun that hits about as hard as the oden and has a slower fire rate and much more stable recoil pattern is a fun concept and would be a nice addition to the game. What really holds this back is:

  1. The semi auto barrel does nothing for the damage multipliers.

  2. This gun is really clunky and slow to aim from a sprint.

  3. There aren’t really any good barrels for it to boost the range and if you really want to get any reach you kind of need the monolithic suppressor.

Things that might fix it and make it a contender worth playing with in my opinion:

One option is to push it in a long range direction. let the marksman barrel boost range by 20-30% rather than a pitiful 10% as is typical among the ARs and the semi auto barrel give an increase in multipliers so that this rifle could compete with the SKS. And I would further say the base range stats could use a boost as well.

The other option is to make it more versatile in the closer and mid range. This could be done by reducing its abysmal sprint to fire delay and aim time. But even going this route the semi auto barrel should still be revised to boost damage multipliers.

Those are my initial thoughts after using it a handful of times. What do y’all recommend and how would y’all want to see it changed? Better yet if you are an outlier and think it performs perfectly fine, let me know what tactics you use with it to play to such great effect!

My Experience on Emulator...

So, a few days ago, my New Phone arrived and i quit Using Emulator, and im gonna talk about my Experience using It since 2021 (i guess).

To begin with, i started using It because my Phone at the time was beggining to become not reliable to continue playing It (I Had a Moto G7 Play), with big updates consuming too much of the Available Space on my Phone, and it couldn't keep up, so i just went and downloaded the emulator Gameloop to continue playing it. Until here, everything is ok, and i would figure out that playing on emulator Had its ups and downs.

Starting with the Ups, most of the time i would fall in a match with Bots only in Casual, which was ok, because i could Farm Golden and even Platinum Skins.
iwould have a Mouse to aim and shoot, recoil wasn't really a problem, because my accuracy was always like 100%, so hitting Headshots wasn't very difficult, unless i Had Low Range on Weapons.
And since most of the Time It was Just Bots, especially on BR, i could Rank Up faster, because Tryharding wasn't even necessary with Bots (keep in mind that this was before the Bots were Buffed to what they are now).
Players would still show up, but not all of the time, so i would Just normally Farm. And Also, 120 FPS and Max Graphics.

The downs of It were that i could only Play Ranked up until i Reached the Pro I Rank, and then It would take longer than 120 Seconds to find a Match.
My Move was Heavily Nerfed because i couldn't do much of How it used to be when i was on Mobile, sliding for example, wasn't as perfect as It is on Mobile.
The Emulator itself (Gameloop), was (still is), very terrible, and have been only getting worse, especially now.
To begin with, It usually would take 3-5 Business days, Just to be able to Download and Pray for It to fully download, because i re-downloaded It too many times.
And as if the sacrifice for making wasn't enough, everytime i opened It, It would ask for me to download Dynamic Resources, and take 2 Hours to finish It.
Couldn't Change Hud.

comme vous savez probablement déjà depuis 45 jours un nouveau site frauduleux concernant call of duty mobile à fait son apparition. Ce site consiste à une promotion qui vous ferait obtenir 10800 cp. En entrant vos informations sur ce site frauduleux vous donner votre e-mail et password au pirate informatique. Ce qui lui donne un accès total à votre compte quand il le veut où il le veut. J'ai mené une petite enquête pour comprendre le fonctionnement de ce scam, phishing. Je n'ai pas mis longtemps avant de comprendre son fonctionnement. Je dois avouer que la technique est plutôt ingénieuse, bien pensé mais malheureusement bien exécuté au ditriment de la communauté CODM mais surtout des joueurs ayant investi des milliers de dollars en skin.

Que faire avec tout les informations; son fonctionnement, les serveurs, les apps, les noms(probablement des faux) de personnes impliquées. Ils est difficile de trouver une façon de contacter activision qui donnerait un résultat. Si vous les avez déjà contacté dans le passer, même pour un sujets insignifiant vous savez qu'ils en ont rien à faire des joueurs :(

As you already know, since 45 days, a new fraudulent website concerning Call Of Duty Mobile as made its appearance. This website consist of a promotion wich would make you get 10800 CP. Entering your informations on this fraudulent website, you're giving an access to the hacker whenever he wants, wherever he wants. I led a small investigation to understand the functionning of this scam and it didn't take a lot of time to understand how it works. I must admit that his technique is pretty much ingenious, well tought put and unfortunately well executed in detriment of the Call Of Duty Mobile community but above all, players who invested thousand of dollars on skins.

What to do about all these informations (His functionning, the servers, the apps, the names (probably fake) of people involved. It's very difficult to contact Activision and get a result. If you already contacted them in the past, even for insignificant subjects, you probably know they don't care about players 😔

Any interesting and intelligent propositions are accepted !

Should I switch to Speed Acceleration?

Just recently got back into this game. I played a lot back in 2021-2022 and stopped because, y'know, life. I came back into things finally, and thank god because my time played way back when I was naturally good, but so much has changed that I had to change things around once I got to master, grand master, leggy. I turned on Sync ADS already, which feels good, but I'm seeing all this movement stuff, and I'm ngl, I've been crapped on by players with good movement. Should I be switching over to speed accel? Mind you, I play on a slow sense, but I know it's adapt or die in this economy, so should I dedicate the time?

Does tournament have anti-cheat in game?

Since there is no report mechanism in tournament I cannot report players who are obviously cheating. I have noticed many times, but especially on the past weekend one player team that was much faster than everybody else. I was on a sniper perch and was doing my thing and this one team was literally running circles around everybody else. They were unstoppable. As the zone closed I had to move and ended up experiencing this first hand I died, died,and died again just to this one super team I ended up coming 2nd each match I played against them.

Their speed was far beyond what everybody else was capable of and we were all basically defenceless. They win every match from what I see. I only lost a few matches and all my losses were to that team I believe. You might get a couple of kills, but the whole team is too fast and support each other too well. Why would they even need super speed, because they are very good without it.

My friend got the Krig 6 Ice Drake on her 3rd draw 😭

So for context I have been playing CODM for about 2 years and never been able to afford a mythic after bills and having a toddler. BUT I have been trying and end up with like 2 draws left and can’t afford it.

My coworker who I got into playing CODM has been playing for like 2 months. She decided to try to do a draw and spent $20 and on her 3rd draw got the Krig!! I’m like damn. lol

Accidental touch/Calls

I was extremely frustrated when trying to slide and accidentally pulling notification bar down as I’m using claw and I moved from iPad to iPhone it’s been a struggle

But recently I found an interesting feature where you can practically disable everything and use only the gaming screen

Once set you can’t touch unless you click power lock button 3 times

Steps to Lock Screen While Gaming on iPhone:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Accessibility.
  3. Select Guided Access and turn it on.
  4. Set a Passcode (optional).
  5. Open your game.
  6. Triple-click the Side/Home button to activate Guided Access.
  7. Tap Start.
  8. Triple-click again to end Guided Access, then enter your passcode or use Face ID/Touch ID.

Try this if you faced same issues it works on any apple devices

It’ll block messages and call will be displayed in a small bar instead of getting entire screen on even top of the screen

Lag this season

What us up with the lag? Previously before this new season call of duty themselves advertise a paid membership thing through some app to "reduce lag" on a youtubers video(won't mention names) but it's similar to exit lag. Right.... few days ago they themselves post on their fb page about a device that's the best for playing the game.. yet it's not ios or android. Nobody knows the cpu or whatever in the phone. Now I'll admit I'm using 4gb ram and exynos chip. Don't get me wrong I need an upgrade but I've recently made the leaderboards and such. Now I'm losing lately and the recent game I played my ping is under 30ms. Decent for me! But the game is literally playing in frames?! What the fuck?! NOW CONSIDER WHAT I TYPED IN THIS FIRST POST. MARKETING STRATEGY?!

STOP WITH THE MONEY CALL OF DUTY AND IMPROVE THE GAME AND ITS SERVERS! this is f****** ridiculous!

The xpr either got a fucking nerf or its scope is bugged?

The image is just nonsense, the point is since the update came out the Xpr's sight looks closer a little more comfortable in that sense, but now every time you jump or move to the sides it is almost impossible to see the scope that turns black due to the effect but it covers so much that for a sniper who is constantly moving, using a quickscope is It relatively depends on luck.

I really want to miss out the Mythic Krig!

Is krig 6 mythic really worth? I mean i am BR main player and really do not want to purchase Mythic Krig. But, some part of me insistsing to purchase for it's return and to add into my mythic collection(I know I am being stupid here). Also, the reason is I have Legendary Krig from Wretched Faith draw which i liked a lot and bought it. But now this Mythic...man help me out!

Has something changed with SBMM???

I started playing about a month before last season ended. I finished the season in Legendary with around 12k points, I only play TDM.

The current season starts and I'm placed in Masters 1, within a week I hit Lgendary. This is when the struggle has started, I have noticed that matches usually take 1-2 min to find and I'm playing with people that are very good. I'm literally at the beginning of Legendary, no joke like 8100 points and I'm having such difficulty climbing.

Has anyone else experienced anything else similar to this? Would having a regional ranking with a weapon in top 100 have an impact on my match making?

Ranked matchmaking is actually bs

Everytime I give an easy dub to my teamates, they throw the game like they're suddenly 1v1ing iFerg. This is always the kind of thing I get every other ranked game I play. I'm so tired of playing ranked everyday, and I feel like grinding more is definitely going to be increasingly painful. I don't know if it's because of the amount of bots or the bs advantage of the metas, but it seems like ranked got way harder.

Every goddman match

Devs or whoever the fuck needs to know this, fix the goddamn spawns on the new Standoff for prop hunt or completely remove the map from the selection until you get your shit together.

Someone always spawns just outside the bounds of the map and too many decide to abuse this fact by going out further. In the second photo, they're out of the minimap's range, hiding in the warehouse in the distance behind the prop's spawn side.

What operator skills are you guys using for hardpoint and Dom?

All operator skills feel like they absolutely fucking suck except for the equalizer and reactor core. I've been holding onto the war machine for too long and it's dogshit you will just kill yourself or if it's at range the amount of time it takes for the grenade to hit the ground is enough for someone to kill you in the 150ms time to kill meta.

We created our own demons

I've been playing every bot lobby I normally get into, analysing the bots game style (If it can be called that) since the last time they updated the AI, and with my limited knowledge in the field I can say they retrieved gameplay data from the players and then used it to train the bots or programed something that emulates that result.

I think it's also the reason old bots where so trashy in their gameplay, they didn't have enough data.

New bots have learned from the players and now they know how slide, slide/jump, and how to time their weapon switches, they also learned group tactics and strategical spots.

In conclusion, the bots are now somewhat like the average of all the game data they have, they don't act like a complete noob that is still figuring out the controls but neither they are a competitive player that has been playing 40+ hours a week, and they wouldn't be so OP if the average wasn't so tilted toward the professional side.

(Obviously al this theory would be garbage if any of the devs comes out and denies it)

Is iron sight is better than optic in MP ranked?

Some weapons have better default iron sight, and some weapons have worse due to obtrusive design. So, I used the Oden with red dot, and I have difficult to aim the enemy, completely missed. When I used default iron sight, it feels better to aim. I’m talking about default iron sight, and not the custom iron sight from mythic and legendary weapon.

Creeping back into top 10 leaderboard

Last season I tried changing my main gun to M13 since I got the M13 Risen Shadow and also played with the Koshka to train my quick scoping. For this reason, I neglected my LAPA leaderboard and finally lost my spot in the top 100. But this season I’m coming back to it and got into top 10 pretty quick. I’ll aim for top 5 this upcoming week.

Not exactly no Players, but usually, very few, and if there are some in the match, they are Low experienced Players on It, regardless of Solo, Duo or Squad.

Im not exactly complaining because this allowed me to Rank up ALL the way to Master so Far Rn, but still, feel like this is the Casual mode but for BR.

Always play dominate domination node if you need launcher camos

I've noticed a lot of people in this sub annoyed with the amount of UAV camos required for gold/diamond launcher, namely FHJ. Because it lasts longer and is more disruptive, counter-UAV is usually the more common low-tier air scorestreak. However, Ive noticed that dominate domination in clan wars has way more UAVs than core or ranked dom, and there will usually be at least a couple per match. This isn't the first time I've gotten way more than that. I already finished FHJ, so I dont always shoot every single one down, but this time I played attention and got all of them but one just to see how many you can destroy. 10 air streaks total + 1 ground. If it isn't common knowledge, dont bother getting a lock as this wastes time and can get you killed. That feature is more useful for manually operated streaks and BR/ground war vehicles.

Useless Multimillion dollar Support Team

I just HAD to post this because this is very wrong and the support is quite useless in every game related situation. I had been noticing that i dont get the full CP amount in the Monthly Pass quite a few times. I was like, maybe I didn't check or didn't calculate it correctly so this time i was alert about it. And im not the only one that this has happened to, my friend had been done in like thua as well. We come online everyday even if we don't play, we often just voice chat, but we come online. So, the issue occurred when i saw that i didn't get the CP for last 2 days. I came to the support and then all this happens. I even gave them thd proof that I came online everyday as i play a ranked MP match everyday. Even with the screen recordings and all, they are not willing to give me the CP that i paid for. And its not for being petty, its just that if im paying for something atleast give me that. Im not asking for more. Sorry for ranting but i hope that this community learns from it. Now, i won't be spending a dime on this game in future. And again for making this quite lengthy but it's really frustrating when they wont even try to listen to you.

K9 Unit is the worst operator skill in the entire game!

After I bought mythic Ghost I decided to try K9 Unit again, but it's totally useless. I now understand why I never get killed when some of the enemies uses that operator skill.

Either the dogs should become invisible on the map, or they need to become faster and harder to kill.

Is the NA-45 unethical in a snipers only match?

For those who don’t know, the NA-45 is a Sniper Rifle with a unique 2 round Primer and Detonator magazine. The first shot acts as the primer, and shooting the detonator nearby activates and blows up the primer. The NA-45 is awful in the sense that you essentially need to shot your target twice with a sniper that has below average handling speeds and mediocre TTK. It does have utility since you can angle shots to hit around corner or behind cover or even on combustible set pieces like cars, but that’s it.

My fastest run to Legendary

This is the fastest I have reached Legendary ever - within 2 weeks. I think this is due to the new revival system, its easy to reach top 3 with this 15s revival system. I didn't even grind too hard like my other friends who are now 14k+ rank points but still reached Legendary in 12 days.

This new revival system is great for squads like mine who like to rush other squads but its hell for those players who like to play it safe.

iPadOS 17 Update Ruined Gaming Performance (Upgraded from iOS 15)

I recently updated my iPad from iOS 15 to iPadOS 17 and since then gaming has been a complete disaster. Games that were running perfectly fine before the update are now practically unplayable. I experience lag,frame drops and random stuttering in almost every game. I’ve tried restarting the ipad freeing up storage and closing background apps but nothing seems to help

Before the update everything was smooth and I could game without any issues. Now I’m regretting the upgrade and wondering if anyone else is facing similar problems? Is there a fix or workaround that can bring the gaming performance back to what it used to be on iOS 15? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't play much anymore. Too many responsibilities.

Started playing this thing since the day it was released. It took me maybe 4-5 (or less) months to know that there's a thing called "ranked matches" as well.

Took a break of 2 seasons in the game after OG season 6 (my fav so far.

All of my friends have grown up and stopped playing and so have I. I play only during seasonal rank reset. Then again I uninstall it. Been doing that for the past 2 years.

I’ve seen COD to drop a skin/legendry/mythic they go ahead and buff the weapon but once it’s everyone buys it they forget about those guns and move on and never come back to them

Bro, it’s fucking impossible to win in Ranked MP with randoms in this BS game, especially in a (hard point) match. Im currently on an 8+ match loss streak because of my dog-shit incompetent teammates. Genuinely, how do you win with randoms???? All I wanted was to get the top 100 weapon master badge for my Grau (I was top 107 so close to getting it), but I fell off the weapons master leaderboard because of the constant losses. It's so frustrating playing MP if you don't have any friends to play with; competitive/competent ones at that.

Ridiculous bot names 2

I made a post yesterday sharing the most ridiculous bot name I came across and many here were telling me “those aren’t bots”. I even received personal messages trying to convince me they weren’t bots so here I’d share my 2 most recent DAILY RANKED BOT INVITE matches.

I get this bot invites everyday and I’ve come across posts on here saying they get them too. My friends get them too. To those who don’t know here’s how it works (at least for me). The game day reset at 8am everyday for me. I just have to login after that and preferably 8-10 hours after my last login. The moment I enter I will usually immediately get an invite from a random player I’ve never seen before / not in my friendlist. No matter what rank I am (or they are), this players will all be level 200. Once you accept you enter the lobby and the game immediately starts. In normal lobbies you need to press “Start” and if you are not ready the room leader isn’t able to start the match and the prompt “Player not ready” will appear.

This matches are 100% purely all bots - your team and enemy’s team. You are the only real player. I shared screenshots for you to see the outcome of the game and decide for yourself. I don’t think real s&d players would let me get away with eliminating entire squads round after round 🤣 there’d be a bounty on me and they would gang up to kill me off first the next round.

This daily ranked bot invite is not the same as those bot lobbies the game compensate you with when you’re on a lose streak. Those I believe have some real players on your team.

My first br of the day are filled with bots too with only a few real players. This real players would be the only ones left and we’d all fight it off when the zone closes. I play this game everyday so I know a bot sounding name and a bot when I see one 🤷🏻‍♀️

AOTU needs something new

Please note that the following comes from a place of love, not hostility.

Whether it's regular AOTU, AOTU 20 or AOTN, it's like watching the same movie over and over again. The same map cycle, the same patterns, as good as no changes and/or updates.

I've talked about different maps and ideas a few years ago and i'm gonna try it once more.
Here's a few maps I believe they could add;

Suldal Harbor

A big map with a few good but not problematic camp spots for the survivors. The size could create too many dull moments for regular AOTU, but should work very well with AOTU 20.

Slums

I'm suprised they haven't given Slums a go yet. It feels like it could easily fit in the regular AOTU cycle alongside Raid etc. It has enough room for the survivors to work with, while still giving the undead the chance to kill them.

Terminal

We've only had this for Super AOTU right? I don't see a reason why we can't have this for regular AOTU.

Favela

A personal favorite. So many camp and hiding spots, but also so many close-quarters battle posibilities. I think this would be a very interesting pick for AOTU.

How about COD PC/PS Campaign modes adapted for CODM?

I wish COD remastered their PC/PS campaign games for handhelds. It would be so cool.

Some games like Max Payne and GTA have some version like that for android/ios. But campaign;/story mode games are so rare for mobile phones. Most brands just focus on multiplayer and pay to win style strategies rather than buy once and play solo games.

Attack of the Night NVG gripe.

Attack of the Undead is a great game mode and all, and I love having night time maps, but these fucking NVGs don't have the fucking battery power necessary to make it fun.

Seriously, how are we supposed to enjoy it if you're over reliant on a piece of shit that dies seconds after the first zombie is chosen? How is it fun to have your gun ripped down while you're shooting so you can take the pieces of shit off when they recharge in a damn second.

They either need to make them not as necessary for the majority of the map by making the hanging lights actually fucking work and not have it pitch black in most rooms, or give us a better battery pack for them since the zombies have no fucking battery life to worry about. We're ripping them off too damn often to have a chance of surviving unless we abuse the high ground or stick to a part of the map that actually has some decent light.

Tips for stable aim?

As the title says, I'm pretty much needing some help with my aim. Particularly with my stability. I've already played around with my sens and I feel like it's something I wanna stick with and practice.

But for some reason I always have this problem of somehow over-aiming that I tend to make a lot of micro adjustments, which by then I'm too late because I'm killed. Like I said I wanna stick with the sens that I worked on now. Any more I obviously make it uncontrollable, and any less I feel like I'll be overly underaiming.

I see a lot of players who practically seem like they have aimbot aim(no recoil, perfectly tracks players, etc) and I wonder how I can achieve that.

I know practice will be the main answer, but maybe there are other tips or possibly settings I can take a look at that can help?

CODM bots are now comparable to bots from Counter strike 1.6 and Arena Breakout, they have aimbot, esp, they camp, they quickscope and have smart pathfinding

The smart pathfinding can be seen in Nuketown where they can see them jump over the window.

BR backpack consumable slots...what and how much do you carry? (plates, grenades, smoke, etc)

For an 8 slot backpack I've been doing:

  1. 1 stack of green plates
  2. 2 stacks of blue repair
  3. 2 purple kinetics
  4. 1 stack of grenades
  5. 1 stack of cluster grenades
  6. 1 stack of smoke

But I find myself not using all the grenades (and not even sure which is better). Sorta wondered if my ratios of armor consumables is off too.

Tips for stacking mods in BR

Lots of new players lurking in the sub so I wanted to share a less common tip that experienced players often use without thinking. While it won't guarantee victory in gunfights, it can be helpful in evenly matched situations.

Always try to stack mods based on your gunsmith. This helps in rounding off your builds, like if you build for ADS, use BSA mods like the precise mod and vice versa.

…and remember the basics like, always putting ADS mods on snipers, extended on assaults and SMGs, not putting gold long range on bolt-action snipers and so and so)

For example, there’s my FFAR gunsmith where I focused hip-fire accuracy over BSA and so precise mod helps in gaining BSA, extended is a must, more-so with a gun having high fire rate. My DLQ ground loot was equipped with vertical gold mod for stability.

Bought the BP for the 1st time just in case I might get her and got lucky!

I'm kinda new. I had no intention to use money on this game, but she's just so pretty. I said fuck it and topped up a bit for the BP. I didn't expect to get so many skins from it, some were pretty cool.

I'm here to share a situation that's been unfolding within a segment of the community, and perhaps the rest of you might not be aware of it. If you want a detailed understanding, read through to the end of this post.

At the beginning of last month (August), CODM and DeviantArt collaborated on an art contest. This was widely publicized, and some of you might have seen it when you opened the game last month. I, along with other artists, participated in this contest. It was well-detailed with very clear rules. The duration of the contest (08/01 - 08/29) was incredible, with many real and inspiring artworks. There were some AI bots among the entries, but that was somewhat inevitable, given DeviantArt's open support for such content. However, we were reassured because the rules explicitly prohibited the use of third-party intellectual property, indicating that only entirely original artworks would be accepted.

So, the 29th came, and we were all anxious as the contest ended. We would have to wait until the 12th to get results because, according to the rules, DeviantArt’s team would select 40 entries from all submissions (approximately 60-70 legitimate ones, based on what I counted). From these 40, the CODM team would then select the 8 winners, with one of them being featured in the game.

The wait was tough, and two weeks passed. On the 12th, we were all apprehensive since no official results had been announced. However, something happened: someone spoke up and shared proof that they had been selected. I was eager to see which of the artworks I had been rooting for had won, and I was shocked to discover that one of the 8 selected was a person who used collages, AI, and ...

So does sombody notice that they changed stuff on alcatraz like the parachuting and respawning. For some reason at the start of the game you fall instantly to the ground cant even check the map because you are already at ground level. whenever i lose a match in normal multiplayer i get a lobby full of bots, the other guy in my team has also lost his last match so he's getting bot match, it is very frustating to play only with bots just because you lost one match. and even if i leave that match i still get another bot lobby, only way to overcome this is that i complete the bot match.

Majority of what I play is pubs, been playing for three years. The past year has been getting annoying… It’s like the game thinks I win too much so it unfairly stacks teams against me, then gets exponentially worse when I do win those stacked games.

I notice it most when I nearly achieve a goal: almost have gold for some weapon, almost have 1st for a clan war node, almost ranking up, suddenly the game wants me to sweat to achieve whatever it is and it takes three extra matches.

It was recently explained to me that the game uses EBMM in addition to SBMM, and with the engagement side, it’s programmed to keep you playing. So if you have some bad games, they’ll give you a bot match so you don’t rage quit. But its function is exclusively to keep you engaged. If it thinks you’ll log off once you get that gold camo, it’s gonna make it take a few extra matches to get the kills needed for that camo.

My question is this: if whenever I notice the EBMM kicking in to hinder me, I quit immediately and log off for at least an hour, will the AI eventually learn that the best way to keep me playing is to keep it fair?

Ok I know how y’all feel about jackal playing but please just watch this.

So it’s standard playing. I wanted to do a little flying to test a camera trick. Someone on the jet near Ecology lab kept flying & jumping out & repeating it. They even hunted me down. So being competitive I try to go to another jackal, a helicopter shows up to take it, uses the chopper to block the runway & proceeded to take off anyway. So I go back to the jet I originally wanted to go to, it takes off again. Pay attention to the camera in the top right corner. How in Gods name did another jet randomly appear as the same one took off literally three seconds before? And not only that, who the heck was waiting to shoot it?!

This makes no sense!

Rank XP - Performance vs. Survival

I was quite surprised to see that I earned more rank XP when I played passively because all my teammates quit on me vs when I played aggressively and got more kills.

Yes, BR is about survival, I get why my "Survival" XP is higher for winning the longer match. However, why is performance points higher when I only got 3 kills than 8 or 11 kills? In the 3 kill game, I didn't revive my teammates at all, I didn't scan tags, I didn't do anything but earn a worm achievement (prone for 2 minutes). In the other two matches, I did actually revive teammates, but it doesn't show that anymore after this new season.

Anybody know how the XP gets rewarded? I mean, why have two categories when it seems like they're both based off of survive time?

Mythic vs Base weapon

So I own a few mythic guns, and I have always felt like mythics were easier and felt better to use over the base default skin. Although they are not pay to win, they do feel better. With that being said I have recently noticed something. It seems that the red dot on mythics are a lot more stable and thats why it feels better to use. Whenever I use a red dot for the base skin its often shakey and all over the place. Never have this problem with a mythic. I honestly think this is one of the major differences. Has anyone else noticed this before?

Switching from controller to fingers is miserable

I’ve already reset my iPad multiple times and I only download the 40%+ of game resources. My current settings are low on graphics and max on frame-rate. Kicked for inactivity- Pissed off

I hate how I get kicked or forced to quit bc I have to pause my game play for a second. Sometimes it doesn’t even kick me, instead it displays a message saying “you quit the match” and I have no choice but to click ‘quit the game’. Which pisses me off. Like I didn’t fucking quit. I had to pause for a second bc I had to pee so fucking bad I couldn’t hold it anymore, nor could I 100% focus on the match. Sometimes I get so into this game I don’t realize my bladder is about to burst until It hits me during a match. Not always, but it happens.

And I always get kicked or forced to quit even when there’s still half a game left.

Question about this weid controller feature

Hey, I recently got a controller that I found out has a secret "turbo" mode and I wasn't sure what that was supposed to mean. Cut to when I looked it up, it's like something that can make inputs faster. Problem is, my controller is so weird, low qual, and small that you can accidentally press buttons you don't want (For example, pressing up on the dpad usually also presses left or right.) and the button to turn on Turbo mode is in an awkward position between select and start. Are turbo controllers bannable? I don't want to get banned for accidentally enabling it, so I thought to ask here because reddit seems to know all the answers.

How far can you go with simple control in COD mobile

I started playing COD mobile a few days ago. I’ve never played mobile FPS games before. My experience with FPS came from playing UrT for a couple of years. That was long time ago. I was an aggressive player back then and did some jumps but never really elite.

Back to COD mobile. I use simple control. I played total of 15 games including 3 ranked games. In 2 days I reached Elite I. I only use 2 thumbs for walk and aim. Since it auto fires I don’t have much of a problem. I feel like I can reach a few levels higher but not sure how much higher. I can see for competitive play Advanced control will have an edge. But I am an old player, the multi finger claw probably will never work for me. And i am ok with being a few levels lower than my full potential with advanced control. So what do you think realistically, how far simple control can go?

Quick question for y'all that I've been wondering lately...

When you're playing CoD, and you connect to the online servers, are they (the servers) all the same, regardless of what system you're playing on, or are the servers system-specific (i.e., someone playing on an Xbox will never see a player that's on CoDM)?

Just curious about this.

I mean, I’m happy that one of those idiots at least disconnected, so I got a compensation for this match (pic1), but I’ve got no idea why does the game instead of making fair matchmaking throws you a trash team several matches in a row and then gives a match against an enemy trash team (pic2). It’s not fun to carry a useless team and it’s equally not fun to just steamroll the enemy without much resistance

Accuracy Improvement

Hey guys! I just started getting more serious with the game and trying to improve my skill this month. Playing casual got boring and I want to compete and play ranked more.

I love playing with the Argus and various marksman rifles but I find my accuracy is just not quite there yet to run those as my main and perform well. I have been drilling and practicing nonstop doing exercises like the video above to work on my skills. I can typically crank out a 2.3 KD on ranked (currently grandmaster level) with an AR or LMG but put a gun in my hands where I need to be accurate and my KD drops to like 1.3. For the people who can successfully run single or double tap weapons while maintaining a higher KD than me, how can I improve? I am open to suggestions on rearranging my buttons, sensitivity, practice drills, etc. I love this game and want to get good at it. Help a brother out!

Swordfish Master!

I see lots of people hating on it and never see anyone actually using it, so I wanted to share my first Master Weapon: The one and only, Swordfish!

I’m not an hardcore player (play this game for like an year), but the points are mainly from multiplayer - deathmatch, hardpoint and domination.
I have it set up very nicely to be very good at range, but I actually love to get my hands dirty and not just stand still camping lol.

Aimbot is a thing now???

Is it just me or is aimbot really a thing nowadays? It feels like every rank match that i attended to have ppl using aimbot. Am i tripping for thinking that way when reviewing the kill and see how quickly ppl adjust their aim so perfectly that every shot hits. Or whenever I see a slide in with instant alignment of crosshair locked onto opponent's body?

Or I could just terrible at this game and now just finding sth to blame? It feels like every time i encounter an opponent I die in a split of s second, didnt even know wtf just happened. It at least takes me sometimes to gather myself and make the shot and i wasnt that slow either but it needs more time than that and i'm wayyyyy behind.

Help, Since yesterday I and my team have when I'm in the lobby 70ms , probably playing on other servers.

I play with mobile data because my WLAN is broken at the moment.. How to fix? Any idea?
I tried reset the settings tried 5G 4G, my country in playstore is right and I have no VPN or something like that..
When you have no fix , some people from US wanna play? Im 120 on the leaderboard in EU and 45 with BP50, playing pretty good with 70% winrate

Many Guns recently got Reload Animations update and it went unnoticed by everyone. The Sleight of Hand perk changes the reload animations for some guns. Check this video out, it showcased all of them:

I was randomly making some builds and equipped the SOH perk for fast reloads then noticed the reload animation has changed completely. The Grau's audio is bugged tho with it's new SOH animations... that needs to be fixed..

Bp50 is so fucking lame it made me stop watching competitive and just quit atp

Ever since this piece of shit was added scrims turned into a bp50 5v5. And before the bp50 there was already like no variety in what guns they used. It was just type 25 or Oden or fennec. Now it's literally only this fucking gun and I'm not watching a boring ass bp50 tournament. Ranked also is usually a bp50 5v5 for the past 2 seasons and now next season since it got a 1% ads movement speed nerf. So now it still has the fastest mobility of any gun in the game and it kills faster than any weapon in the game with consistent hitboxes. Most overpowered gun in cod history and the idiots won't nerf it. I'd rather cut my balls off than play this shitty game

Match making at its best.

I was solo queueing last night and got put into a 4v5 lobby and one of my teammates is still a GM, and no one in my team has more than 10k rank points but 4 out of 5 guys on the other team are top 5k. I just don't understand this matchmaking. I mean it's not even a close game, in the second half of the game they just dominated my entire team.

Movement Tips for relatively new player

i'm not exactly new but this is the first time i'm actually playing seriously, and i'm getting absolutely destroyed in close quarters because i get confused with the movement up close… i can do well in mid to long range but when an enemy rushes me i just cant seem to keep my sights on him or hit him in melee (i'm talking really close, in melee range) is it just a me problem or could i practice anything specifically to not get absolutely lost when fighting up close?

I'm currently using iPad 8th Gen in 32GB and the apps crashes after 1 game or 2 in BR.

I'm thinking about going with iPad 10th Gen because I believe going with iPad Air M2 is not worth it since it doesn't support 120fps.

Found the type 19's irl counter part.
  1. The gun in game
  2. The QBZ-191
  3. QBZ-191 with the irl attachments of the Laser Integrated Foregrip and the 3x ETOS Scope and the Hi-Accuracy Sniper Ammo

3x ETOS Scope irl counter part is the QMK-152 prism sight

Lazer Integrated Foregrip irl counter part is the grip pod, I could not find anymore information on the grips themselves but in forums, they just called the grip pod so I would stick with that

Information on the magazines are next to nothing on them and I don't think the stock irl counter part can't fire sniper rounds same thing as the rest of the attachments so yeah that is the information I could find on the Internet because I would think that the Chinese would keep their stuff to themselves so what do ya think about it.

Anyone else have this issue when playing where if you're running then drag the screen to look one direction the initial start of the turn like moves ur direction instantly 3 foot then as u drag ur finger the camera moves smoothly???

Also how in the world y'all playing touch screen so well, my hands get sweaty like 5 min in and heaps sticky where it's so hard to move smoothly

The devs are offshore and only the CODM support is from local geographic areas

The development is definitely 70% offshored. The devs definitely aren't on Reddit. Only CODM support is there on Reddit.

Based on how the chinese version gets some quicker changes -(free legendaries, limiting the player time every day), are the devs taking their feedback from the local social media sites like wechat and weibo and not reddit/twitter?

Does anyone else turn into a god with a mythic weapon?

I know the game isn't pay to win but (In BR) whenever I pick up a mythic weapon from the enemy crate I just turn into a full kill machine. It doesn't have the same effect with the standard gun with red dot. Nope. How is this possible? I play competitive and open lobbies and one time I got 29 kills in a open lobby with that krig skin. Absolute beast.

Dimensions off when using iPhone 16?

I just tried playing for the first time on iPhone 16 and the edges of the screen seem to be cut off, making it a bit more challenging to select certain buttons.

Wired Controller Support?

Bought this in hopes to play wired because BT lag input gets back after about a game or 2.

This doesn't work. My controller plugs in and is on but Codm doesn't recognize it. Currently playing on a Samsung Galaxy S23U.

I read a way around this is connect another BT controller and play with the one that is plugged in which almost works flawlessly. No lag input and everything works except the triggers so this isn't really an option.

I am planning on getting a tablet whether it's an IPad or Samsung S9U and I've read that wired controller connection works on there but I'm not sure if that's true or not. Obviously I'm going to use it for other things but I don't want to spend so much on a tablet only to have this issue on there as well. I also read wired connection works on iphones and Android phones are the only devices that have this issue.

Does anyone have any insight on this? Are there ways around it on my current device? Do other devices allow wired connection? This is genuinely the best Cod I've played since Bo3 and I want to play it long term but the lag input gets harder to deal with the longer I play. I'm also complete trash with mobile touch controls.

Lost progress

I used to play this back game when it was newly released. I played for like 3 months and I know I have progress, and had some OG skins. I know I didn't play as guest.

I'm only using one email for gaming, also tried using Facebook login, and I even tried using my professional email to see if I made the mistake of using it.

When I tried to forget password on my COD login to see if I have an account there, I received an email which means this is the account I used, it even showed the username.

Can someone help me please, or at least explain/tell me if they wiped out old inactive players?

PS. I didn't proceed to reset my password, I just want to see if my acct existed.

If someone quits a match, replace them with a bot

When you get to the end of a match that you lost horribly and find that your team is only two players and the enemy team is five (all using legendaries and mythics with diamond camos equipped) you wonder why the game didn’t just spawn a couple bots in to make it slightly more fair, or better yet put a couple of those fuckers on your team.

Then you go to play some more matches and around half of them already started without you… the first ten seconds are glitchy as fuck and no enemies will render, you die immediately either because your enemy is invisible or because you just spawned into napalm. The first couple of times you play your heart out and maybe you turn the match around, but then you start getting bitter. Why does the game expect you to fight off the sweats someone else is losing to, but doesn’t give you assistance when the game similarly stack multiple high level opponents against you?

You know what would solve this issue? Bots. They already exist, they’re already in matches, they already send invites, and they don’t quit playing when the game forces them to lose.

If someone quits a match, replace that player with a bot. Don’t force players to lose on someone else’s behalf by sticking them in an already started and losing game. Don’t abandon the non-quitters either, give them some bots to be meat targets so the one or two remaining players aren’t the only thing being shot at the second they spawn.

It’s win-win for everyone involved
