In-depth calculation of the odds of winning a certain lucky draw item at the n th draw.

this is a result of 1 million simulations. the code and processing power needed to do this directly would be astronomical, hence why it's easier to do it this way.

This post was inspired by the following. However, I'm using a different code with 100 times more simulations as the original post seemed inaccurate. (The real reason for using a different code is because his github page was missing a file)

initial_probabilities:'a': 29, 'b': 28, 'c': 11, 'd': 10, 'e': 6.5, 'f': 5.5, 'g': 4.67, 'h': 4, 'i': 1.25, 'j': 0.08, (percentages)
ex: 'i' is the character skin, 'j' is the legendary.

I'll give an example of how to read this:
Item a: (probability calculations for item a)

Position 1: 28.9937% (there is a 29% chance that the item will be picked on the first draw)

Position 2: 24.7544% (there is a 24.7% chance that the item will be picked on the 2nd draw)

Position 3: 19.0852% (there is a 19.1% chance that the item will be picked on the 3rd draw)

Position 4: 13.1735% (there is a 13.1% chance that the item will be picked on the 4th draw)

Position 5: 7.9227% (there is a 7.9% chance that the item will be picked on the 5th draw)

What is the best sniper?

Hi,

I am currently using ZRG20mm and sometimes I use Locus

Both are great snipers but ZRG has a very high ADS time and low movement speed and Locus doesn’t give me the ability to do 1 shot 1 kill like XRG when shot on lower parts.

So the question is:

Does anyone know a sniper (with necessary gunsmith upgrades) that has an ability for 1 shot 1 kill (high damage), low ADS time and good in mobility.

I want to use it for search and destroy mostly.

New to the game and have a few questions.

First shooter game ever. Just so you know I am a free to play player.

I don't understand how attachments work. I got my Locus up to maximum level. Should I use the system recommended attachments for all guns?

I have credits from doing different things. How do I use them?

I like being a sniper but find I get hit a lot. Is there a way to have a gun in between being a sniper.

What is the best MP mode to learn to play?

How to change settings for my weapons?

Is it possible to make my weapons shoot autofire except my sniper rifle. I play on my ipad with a ps5 controller and i find it annoying to have a steady shot when using the advanced mode which uses ADS with any weapon(assault, shotguns etc) but i like it with my sniper rifles. So is there a way to keep the autofire but not for sniper rifles?

Rank feels so weird after coming back

Long time player stopped playing for probably a year or two and I’ve been trying to grind rank and there are so many bots, I recently got to master finally and literally my second game dropped a nuke, I thought master was supposed to be where better players are. I remembered how I used to watch meta gun videos too back when I played a lot and did the same thing and idk why but the “meta” guns just aren’t doing it for me and honestly just using old load outs works best for me I feel like the dlq is the only gun that’s always good except I’m not as good at sniping as I used to be. Game just feels weird and guns are wonky idk

Idk if it's just me but I've been going through the blender in BR

This is also the first time I've learned that the balloons dotted on the map actually have collision and players can stand on them.

Not to mention half the zones I get just really like the bottom left corner of the map which ends up being 50% water.

Part of this is a skill issue, but part of it is bad luck. And I'm definitely getting blended up like a smoothie.

Why do yall do me this??

As an African server player who plays snd as main mode. Transitioning to an AU/NZ server made me realise than Africa server is much better. In terms of skill and more importantly game knowledge. Watching them play even tho I'm not a good player but for the past few month ihve raise nottice to the amount of bad people there is. And fun fact i always get match up. Soo to all Aussies/New Zealand peeps out there. U may be bad but buy a earphone maan. Idk why they play snd without earphones. 🌚

Why are some players a little dumb?

I play Call of Duty for a long time and often meet players who are constantly sitting in the same position or use the same weapon from which to shoot at all do not know how to shoot and constantly die there, do not change weapons, do not change position, constantly go and die.

And I always want to ask them the question, why don't you change weapons? Change your position? Come up with a strategy and things like that.

Not going to make it!

I’ve been grinding and grinding and grinding for the black suit and they are just not giving me enough to get it! I still have 2 1/2 grand to go and they just aren’t going to give me enough over the next five days to get it. This has literally been one of the hardest grinds I’ve had to do in this entire game yet. How did some of you get this skin when they haven’t given you enough to get the skin yet? Have been signing in with "Sign in with Apple ID" and suddenly all of my progress is gone.

I've been playing CODM for a few years, and always used "Sign in with Apple ID". I stopped playing for a couple of months and went back to play and update the app recently. When I logged in ALL of my progress is gone. I'm starting out at level one in everything agin. All of the skins which I earned are gone. All of the items I have from battle passes are gone.

What happened and how can I get everything back? I used "Sign in with Apple" for years, and now my profile is completely wiped.

I tried account recovery on the Activision website, but it doesn't provide an option for the "Sign in with Apple" for account recovery.

Has anyone experienced this before, and how can I recover everything?

I was playing ranked match FINALLY getting a good team after 5 loss streak, and CODM being completely shit game starts freaking out to the point where im watching my screen hop from scene to scene like a 90's movie without sound. ZTE Nubia Neo 2 5G Gaming Phone, W/2 built in Corner Triggers on the outside of the phone. What do you think about this?

I currently use a backbone but before I havr used triggers for years. So ... I like it. For $199 .. It is interesting. But also if you use triggers you wear them out fast so I have to believe you're going to break that part of the phone at some point much sooner than the rest of the phone wears out.

The pricing on the 2nd CP pack is wrong. You can get 400CP for 5€ or 480CP for 6€. That pack gives 420CP for 6€. So, for 1€ you get 20CP or you can get -60CP for 6€ instead of going the first method. Ridiculous mistakes like this from a multimillionaire...

There's no 5% bonus on that pack. You can try the first method that I showed and for the same price (6€) you can get 480CP (instead of 420CP) or for one euro less (5€) you can get (400CP) so you don't have to spend 1 fucking euro for 20CP more. How can't a company spot that mistake and some regular guy can see this, it blows my mind for real..

Anyone else find it really hard to hear footsteps?

Im using regular AirPods and it’s really hard to hear footsteps. If any of my teammates are near me and shooting, it’s too loud to hear enemy footsteps. If I’m shooting, I can’t hear enemy footsteps. If explosions are going off, it is way too loud and I can’t hear footsteps. Same with chopper gunner, vtol, sentry gun, and so on.

I don’t want to be that guy who’s sounding the whole game, but I feel like maybe I’m doing something wrong. Because sometimes in a game there’s a ton of explosions going off and shooting, yet enemies can still hear me sprinting (or even walking) from a distance and turn on me.

I tried to find a setting to turn down explosion audio or shooting audio but there isn’t one. I have music off, VFX off, team voice off, ambient noise off.

Also when I do hear footsteps, I am terrible at figuring out where they are coming from. Like 50% of the time I look in the wrong place and get killed. And I’ve been playing for a while.

I keep the volume at about 85 dB or below because I don’t want to get hearing loss. I’ve tried higher but again, explosions too loud.

So I’m wondering, am I hard of hearing, do I need better earbuds, or is it just skill issue? And does Anyone else feel like explosions are too loud?

Unpopular opinion

People are only starting to use DRH after the pros used it.

People had been complaining about the gun getting a free legendary since it's not an AK47 or M4. And yet once it's out people flock over it like it was the reincarnation of Jesus.

I've used that gun since I've started playing years ago and it never dropped off, and was my main AR gun with only slight modifications to loadout.

Which Fluorescence skin should I get?

I only have one of these Season 6 crates, and I think the fluorescence skins would look sick with my new Brighter Lights skin so I wanna chose one for a weapon I will always use with my Brighter Lights loadout, so it's kind of a big decision and the reason why I'm asking for your opinion/suggestions. My account got suddenly banned while playing ranked MP Match with bots

On 26th February 2024, I was playing a ranked MP match with bots, suddenly the server got disconnected, when I restarted the game, I got this message. I have been playing this game from 5 years, and I am 17x legendary in MP, and 10x Legendary in BR. I have never used any hacks till date, except I used to play in a rooted phone from past 3 years. Please unban my account, since I have invested around 7k-8k INR in this game

Not having a prestige mode is one of the biggest missed opportunities this game has had

I remember talks of prestige mode during the 1st year of the games lifecycle then it got scrapped and we never heard about it again.

Would have been so much better to have instead of the boring, dull and basic 350 levels that we have now. Really don’t understand it considering how iconic prestige mode was in the older days of cod too.

Cod mobile on wired ethernet

Hey, has anyone tried to play codm on wired ethernet?

I connected my phone to my laptop usb-c docking station, I get much faster speed and a very stable ping, but codm crashes immediately after loading.

I contacted Activision support but omg "useless" doesn't even begin to describe it, they basically fobbed me off saying I need to contact my ISP...

Little rant about ranked

I really do not like this game sometimes. So here’s the thing I’m at master 1 rn since I’ve been very busy lately and don’t get to play as much. Today I played a game of search and destroy and got put in a lobby where all my teammates where master 3 and above. I literally went 12/6 in that game and my teammates were playing like fucking shit. Like literal fucking shit. The other team had players that were actually staying together and were good with guns while one of my teammates was a wannabe sniper missing half his shots. Thats it I just wanted to rant

Will WZ mobile have regular MP?

WZ mobile comes out March 21st, for anyone who didn't know the release date, and I'm curious about how many will play it. My biggest question comes after seeing this photo in their game page in Google Play. Will we be able to play MP like we do in CodM? This image would suggest that but at the same time the words are overlaid on what appears to be WZ gameplay. I have not looked into it, I preferred to come here and risk down votes instead.

Also, if you haven't already, go pre-register for the game. The more people who pre-register the more bonus stuff we get when it releases. It doesn't install anything on your device so even if you aren't going to play it you can pre-register and help the community get more free shit.

Codm CP draw

How do I get the Darkest Space Charm and the CBR4 void fall BEFORE I get the DLQ Dark Void? Both of those have a 0% odds. The DLQ has 0.50% which should mean it's easier to obtain. Everytime I do these draws I never get the one thing I'm trying to get. I don't care about charms or calling cards or fkn emotes. What's the point of spending actual money if you don't even get to buy something you want with your actual money. At least when you spend credit points you buy what you want. How do I get the DLQ Dark Void without wasting money in a draw crate?

I am trying to log into my account to receive the mythic gun reward but I made a account for the console version ages ago and it says it's logged into another player (which is me). That account is nowhere near the same level as this CODM account. Nor would I ever use it again. Can't play the game: Because I can't find games

I'm roughly 4,000 on the global ranked LB (MP), I play all modes except S&D. I'm on touch controls playing on AU servers if any of this information helps. I have tried playing at every single time of the day, absolutely nothing works. I think it's ridiculous how I've spent so much money on this game over the years and yet I can't even play the fucking game because the match making will time out 15-20 times IN A ROW (not an exaggeration) before I get a single game. I don't know what on God's Earth is up with the match making in this game but if it's not fixed I'm just going to give up on COD: Mobile forever and quit the game. I can't even play the game. All my friends are getting games within 1-5 minutes, I'm getting roughly 1-2 games per day despite sitting in match making for virtually the entire time. My account can't possibly be shadow banned because I've never broken TOS or done anything to violate the rules of the game. I tried ranking on an alt account and within about 20 games the same issue has started happening where it will time out 10-20 times before putting me in a game. What the hell is going on. Queueing with friends does not help. When people are spending money on in game content this is not acceptable and I find it frankly disgusting. Fix your damn game

Tips for me, I’m new to CODM!

Hello, I’m new to cod mobile and wanted to know if anyone could give me some tips about some stuff I don’t understand:

1: will the matchmaking ever get harder? I haven’t lost a match of BR (or died for that matter) in over 15 matches now

2: can I acquire any Mythics without spending real life currency?

3: Is there any benefits of joining a clan besides having teammates to play with? (Clan wars, extra loot etc)

4: Is there a meta? (Any weapons better by a long margin compared to others?)

M4 vs Black Royal Gold

Am I the only one that can't vibe with the Royal Gold M4? The M4 was the first gun I mastered on mobile, and as soon as I picked up the Royal Gold, with the same attachments I always used, it just felt off. Firstly, the sound throws me off vs the regular noise. The irons are nice but I feel like some shots don't register when using the legendary blueprint vs regular or my Polar Opposite blueprint. I tried to love it and used it for a few weeks but I was consistently getting random shots not registering, and I recently switched back to the Polar Opposite blueprint and I feel like I got my baby back. Anyone else?

Cannot recover hacked account.

Hello everyone.

Today when I tried to open the game and collect my daily reward,I noticed I didn't login imediately and realized something was wrong,when I tried to login using my Activision account, it took me to an random account I had never seen before,so I tried logging into my account via Facebook and succeded, but recieved the message that my account was to be deleted in 5 days, my name had been changed and all my Cod Points and Credits spent along with alot of new items on my account.

Im trying to recover my account, but when trying to stop the deletion it asks to login to see the case, but login in via Facebook says that it has no cases tied to that account,and the same happens with my Activision account. The only thing that has worked so far is logging in via Cod Mobile account using my IDs and it still asks to login on my Activision account to see the case.

What should I do now?Trying to recover an lost Activision account isnt working because I had nothing linked to my account previously and can't seem to link now either.

Some objects and places are truly impossible to reach without certain classes or an heli, but most places you can easily climb even without jumping on top of a car. I wish I knew this when I started, but no one seems to pay much attention to it. My tier score is 11000 and at this level, this is unacceptable

It's acceptable to have terrible teammates even early on in legendary but I was yet to see such sorry asses in weeks after I got 8000+ score. If there was to meet the person incharge of matchmaking at CODM HQs I'd bust a cap in they're assess for pairing me with these bunch of losers. I literally saw the bottom MFs going out in the open when we knew there were 3 snipers aiming at our direction. This has to a joke. Where are the cameras ? Is someone playing with me ? There's no way these guys made it into legendary with these skills right ? I think I'm going mad. Please put me out of my misery whoever is filming me for a prank. What I'll do is I'll wait until the game is about halfway over and all my teammates have great weapons, inventory, perks, ect and then I like to pick them all up in the helicopter, park the helicopter and then blow it up. PSA, Cold-blooded hard counters the trip sensor

Counters as in the sensor won't activate. I was wondering how a guy kept getting passed mine without it going off, until I looked at the kill cam and saw he had it equipped.

Other options include Spycraft since you can hack the sensor, and Engineer might let you wallbang the sensor.

BR option for auto reload

I die so many times emptying a magazine to switching into my second weapon and when I'm focused and decide to fall back and attempt to switch to my knife, sometimes I'll click on my already empty weapon and as I'm running I'll move slowly due to auto-reload. Another thing I die to is attempting to switch to my empty weapon to pick up a ground loot weapon instead -- except it forces me into two options: wait for the full reload then I can pick up the ground loot weapon, or switch to my second weapon, back to the empty and quickly pick up the ground loot weapon before the auto reload happens. Does this only happen to me?

Codm is a scam if you pay close attention to the algorithms you will begin to see that you either are fighting bots or humans who hack and or cheat. It does grab your attention when you are bored and have nothing to do and the only people who do good in game are streamers who are obvious cheaters who get paid to play. It is a shame that in today's gamer society that the developers as well as new school gamers Gen z ND some of the Gen x are true to their hearts and souls under achievers. What do I mean? Under achievers as developing a game designed to actually cheat the player, while also developing a game that can be cheating and selling the hacks and/or passing them out to paid performers so that the game looks better than it feels. Under achiever gamers/streamers who need a cheat or hack becuz they are afraid of looking like they suck infront of viewers also becuz they have zero personality to keep people interested in actually viewing their game play.....it is what it is at the end of the day I just know that if I was a developer I'd be ashamed of my work if I let hackers or cheaters get over on my developing skills......yea you make money but what happened to actually making a game that is playable and note worthy of skill in technique versus making a game, just a game.....

I thought this was gonna be a stupid class to mess around with, but the SVD was spazzing. Lots of one shot kills.

I use to have this thing where no matter the gun I would find a way to do well with it, makes the game more fun to use something no one is using. The SVD was a prime example rn. Was thinking, damn I wish this thing was hitting like OG COD4. And to my surprise it was good. I was pushing points with it and doing just fine.
P.S. I stole the golden trophy system from Sadam’s garage, he was pissed before he, well, died.

Anyone also having issues with game sound/mic not working? Or know what the possible issue can be..As soon as we enter a game my teammate can't hear me in the game but when we are in the room waiting for a game my teammate can hear me perfectly? Any idea what's going on

Is it just me or SnD players are beyond cracked

I am trying to rank up to legendary top 5k to get the calling card thingy and usually I play all modes but lately I’ve been turning off SnD. Almost every time I play that mode the players are unbelievably cracked. Their timing is just perfect whereas my timing is usually off. I used to be good at SnD and liked playing it but now I can’t do it. Every game is against either a team that probably only plays SnD and is godlike at camping and walking with dead silence, or a team of sniper/shotgun/smg demons that somehow rush in one millisecond and never miss their shots. To be fair these are usually paired up teams who probably have comms, whereas I’m a solo queue, no mic player. No hate to SnD players I’m just curious if anyone else feels this way. Every other mode to me feels competitive, but still fun when playing with randoms, but SnD starting to feel like a CODM sponsored tournament with 10k on the line lol

Is 60 fps enough?

I've been playing 60fps for the past 2 years now on an older mid ranged phone and recently just realized that this entire time there are phones that can run 90 fps to 120 fps. Sadly my phone my phone doesn't have the Ultra MP option, so I'm stuck at 60 fps.

So this left me wondering, is 60 fps enough for competitive? Would I be at a disadvantageed or does it not matter, at least for me on PC, I've noticed that 120 fps made me a way better player than when playing on 60 fps, but I'm not sure if it's the same in cod mobile.

Basic questions- accuracy

Hey, I've been playing for a while now, really more of a casual player, but the kurohana crate finally got me playing ranked properly. I play ranked & occasionally a little battle royale, and there's some things I'm still not clear on and was hoping someone here could explain.

Accuracy in MP - I average around 20ish percent, occasionally going all the way up to thirty if I'm using guns I'm comfortable when I'm focussed and playing against somewhat mediocre opponents. What's a decent accuracy stat?

And my average accuracy in BR is significantly higher, is there more aim assist there or is it measured differently ? I also use the r9 in Alcatraz against bots and just checked, my hit rate on that is 102% (?) - so how is it measured?

Also, I've hit legendary in both modes multiple times , but the achievement I'm most proud of is nuking in a non- bot lobby in legendary ranked , so heres the picture for proof. It may not be too astounding, but it was a pretty cool moment as a casual thumbs player :)

How can I get indian lobbies and servers in Pakistan?

Hi, I have been playing COD mobile for well over a year now and absolutely love it. I'm from Pakistan, and the irony is that most of the friends I play with and my closest bffs I met online who in fact introduced me to cod mobile belong to India. Now I play with them daily and I get indian lobbies whenever they are in the lobby. My ping is usually very high in these lobbies have been playing on constant 85+ ping here and have adapted to it. Now, when I play on my own I get Iranian and Arab lobbies which is fine but I can barely communicate with anyone there or understand 100% of what they are saying and I also find indian lobbies a lot more fun and easy as compared to those ones now the question is how can I get these lobbies when I play alone, I've tried using express vpn and putting indias location but all I got was 100+ ping in my lobbies so is there even a way to achieve this goal or I just have yo play in these lobbies everytime I play alone and my friends aren't online, I don't mkmd the high ping at all but is there any way at all to play in the same server people in India play, would really appreciate any help😭

Lesser known Undead Siege Hard/Nightmare tips and strategies

Hi everyone, I wanted to share some insights!

I have been grinding camos and I am at a stage where I can complete Undead Siege - Hard, all five nights, alone. I wanted to share some lesser known tips for winning Undead Siege Hard/Nightmare mode. I'm going to skip over basic tips like building turrets and collecting air drops and travelling as a team, as there are plenty of posts on that.

I am not trying to suggest these are secrets but I wanted to share them because based on my gameplay, it seems like less than 10% of players employ these tips. Here we go!

SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR SUCCESS ON DAY 1

* On the first day, get a vehicle and ram zombies. Getting in the vehicle will attract them to you, and you can knock down dozens in one go. Using this strategy I've been able to get about 1000 Aether essence by the end of the first day, compared to about 600-700 on gun kills alone.

*On the first night, set up one turret near the base, and wrench Warden zombies. Don't bother shooting zombies, the turrets will take them out, and they are only worth a few points. On the first night you can get about 150 points per Warden zombie wrenched. Don't bother upgrading the turret yet, you don't need to do so. Also, it means that you can keep your gun kills counter at 0 until you get a weapon you need to grind, and its a bit easier to keep track of your kills that way.

* With this vehicular homicide, wrench attack and basic turret support strategies, you should easily have 2500 (Nightmare) - 3000 (Hard) aether essence to buy your weapon of choice by the end of night 1, to grind as you choose.

HOW TO BEAT EACH MISSION EASILY

*INFECTION SOURCE: if you land the chopper on the crystal, it will instantly smash the crystal. You will win instantly. Note that sometimes the infection source crystal spawns inside a building, in which case this option is not available. If the crystal spawns inside Sanitarium, climb up to the first level and jump down to the top of the kiosk roof. You'll have a clear shot at the crystal, all th...

Game connects me to wrong servers

So I currently live in Afrika where I play with a 50 ping, and when I play with German friends I got ~85 ping. Today I arrived in Germany and was exited to play low ping and less bot lobbies, but it turns out that CodM is not choosing EU servers. How I know it for sure? When I go in the global chat and see lobbies I can join, it’s all around 35 ping, but when I join any game or even the firing range, I get a 90 ping as if it would still connect to African servers, anyone ever had the same problem? If yes please help 😐

Type 19

Looks aside and whatever. Am I the only one that feels like the type 19 is weird. It's like one of the only guns that feels like you having a quick time event. You have 75 bullets on this thing using the extended mag, yet most of the times it takes you half of those to kill one enemy.

I look at the stats and see that it's pretty decent, an average gun if ya are got takes roughly 5-8 bullets to kill ( not counting those who have gun skill and similar which decreases the bullet needed).

This gun on a good day requires twice or even thrice of that bullet to kill. It's Soo weird man, it's literally useless in hipfire ( lucky it has a lot of bullets to compensate).

I swear the bullet damage dropoff is weird, in stats it says 28-24-22-17 damage with 12 meters at the beginning.

Yet the damage is not the same.

Is it a bug or some stuff? Cause I've been using both mythic and default , the default slaps way better than the mythic

What unique irl gun do you want to see added to codm?

I personally want to see the PM63C added to codm. I think it's an interesting little pistol and, even though its strange, I feel like it would be cool to see something pretty different in-game. I came across the PM63C in a YouTube short and I thought "Hey that would be cool to see in the game". Okay so you mean to tell me there are people out there who create 10 cp accounts through vpns and people who stack up their accounts through top up methods for only a third of the price and yet I'm sitting here paying 125 per legendary and 175 per mythi...

Its as simple as creating a account while running a VPN on an Indian server...
A legendary will cost you 50$ and mythics will cost you 65$ (USD)

And don't get me started on the top ups. Basically hacks. You pay someone like 40$ and they log into your account and get you 10800 cp😭 yes most of them are legit and there are some tiktokers who promote those kinds of services. It's honestly crazy how I'm still paying full price for skins I want..

OTS-9, quite underrated gun, glad it receives a buff, but needs more bsa attachment options imo

first time trying this last month and its a fun weapon for me. alternative to qq9 if want different gun but slightly less range, VERY easy to use, even without or with worst attachments

it lacks bsa but cod decided to put only ONE bsa attachment option and thats the laser, which i dont use in snd, but i think it doesn't matter if you dont play passive with this weapon.

Fire button freeze issue!

I recently got a new device and lately I have been encountering this issue where in a lot of situations the touch on the fire button won't register or sometimes there is some sort of delay before the bullet starts to shoot. Around 2 days ago I got a tempered glass installed and I was wondering if that's causing the issue but then I went to training mode and realized that I don't encounter this issue in the training room at all. The game works perfectly and smoothly in the training room. It's only during MP or BR matches that I face this issue.

Is this a bug or what? Has anyone else faced this issue? I have no clue what to make of this.

With the thermite rounds, the man o war is essentially a two shot weapon that slows you down, it can be called an operator skil. Would be cool if we got a new BR map with a futuristic theme

I'm calling this place "Cyber Island". A futuristic floating island filled with landmarks built by Atlas and Kurohana Corporation.

Of course it needs more POIs, these are just the ones I would really want as POIs in this hypothetical BR map.

Obviously they should make it easier to see far away enemies if they wanted to make it centred around night time.

Jetboost would be pretty OP in this map since it's just decent in Isolated and Blackout.

But then what about rooms in the MP maps shown in the picture that you can only enter using wallrunning like Spire? You'll have classes like Ninja, Pumped, Jetboost to help you move around efficiently. But what about classes that aren't centred around
movement, like Medic or Defender? How are people gonna reach those places? Well.. ziplines can be added.

This may be a terrible idea but I'm in need of a new BR map.

%75 of players shouldn't be in the second highest rank

From a poll I did a while ago. %75 of dedicated players (I'm assuming if you're on this sub you're probably an active player) being in the second highest rank is actually crazy. Rank literally means nothing. I'm aware this is likely just because there just aren't enough active players compared to PC games to fill up lobbies across all ranks. But still, this just seems ridiculous to me. Only real challenge is scrims tbh. How would you guys overhaul the rank system if you got the chance?

If you play hp please rotate quick enough to claim not only the next point but the spawn close to the next point im sick and tired of you random that are too busy kill hunting at the old hp and giving the opps enough time to set up in the new one and hold it down while I spawning further away from the hp cause y’all didn’t think to rotate. Also side note if you die more than once in one area it’s okay to reroute stop pride rushing the same area just to die to that one player with the DRH or any meta gun waiting for you to pop round the corner they’ve been pre aiming for the past two minutes(sorry about my rant)

Can we PLEASE get customizable controls for the Hawk X3 and MQ-27 Dragonfire?

I know I'm probably just yelling at the wind but every time I get one of those streaks from a care package Iet out a groan because they're so terrible to use. They inherently kind of suck but the controls make it way harder than they should be. Especially with MQ. Why are the fire and down arrow buttons on top of each other? Gyro doesn't work at all for some reason with these scorestreaks. I have issues with other streak controls being unnecessarily bad, but I won't even get into them because the drone HUDs are especially dreadful. (Though I will throw in one thing, why is Gunship gyro so sensitive and jittery compared to Stealth and Gunner?)

I feel like I have always seen over 300-400 active on this sub, usually peaking to around a thousand and remaining over a 100 even at the lowest.

Does grinding kill the Joy?

I’m fairly new to the game. Just broke the 100 level. I started playing for fun and really enjoy getting a few matches in the evening. A couple weeks ago I realized there was some grinding I could do to get some diamond camouflage. At first I enjoyed the challenge. But soon I found my self obsessed with the grind. Playing modes and maps I don’t even enjoy so I could get 20 kills per game ( 10 for each weapon ) I will have my two diamond camouflages buy Friday night. And seriously wonder if I will ever play again. I hope I can break the grind addiction I just go back to playing for fun!

CoDM bugged again!

Hi, there! I play CoDM Global, using Motorola g9 plus (4/128). Mostly on Wi-Fi. So the reason I write here is a bug(?). It happens every time when I am playing BR, I can play normal in long distance combats or with bots, but when people "appear" not far from me - game starts freezing like sound disappears as well as some frames, so I start shooting the opponent and next frame - I'm dead. I tried to make different combinations of quality and frame rate - nothing changes (-_-) Previously It was completely OK, but after some game updates - it started.

P/S Textures pre-download didn't help

Tips for SnD and Frontline?

I'm 2months into the game and I have a really bad ranked kd and I've watched so many videos on how to get good at both, idk what I'm doing wrong. One thing I've noticed is I always lose to campers camping corners, headglitches, etc and hardscopers. Here are some of the general tips I've learned and is there something I'm missing? Maybe I just have bad habits? my usual aim is around 16 to 20? Is that good? Or average?

Center your crosshair before scoping or shooting
Have trigger discipline and only shoot when necessary
Always check corners
Kill then retreat then reposition
Move from cover to cover
Never move out in the open
Slide or jump to peak a corner or room
Reload after 2-3 gunfights and make sure to reload in a safe place
Never peek the same corner or area twice, try to go around the map and surprise the enemy from the back
Pre aim everytime you go into a new area
Never ignore your teammates death marker
Provide cover from the outside with lethals or tacticals for hard point or domination
Never go to the middle part of the map instead go to the sides of the map

IMO how a rate my playing video should be

Longer before and after kills to show your movement and also yr knowledge on the map. Not only just kill video. And if possible include succession of kills. Like this I include sniper, Ar, SMG and shotgun to show the knowledge and playstyle of the type of gun. Unless you're a specialist player which only concentrate on a certain type of gun. Just my 2 cents on how rate my playing video should be.

How do I ADS without having to hold the button?

I just came back to the game after nearly a year of not playing, and I do remember I was able to ads by just long pressing on my screen…
I use the simple fire option, and every time I try to ads my character goes completely still and I am unable to adjust the aim direction.

I’ve tried messing around with the settings but there’s so many options that I don’t know what to look for. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you!

Guys while playing my sensitivity lags, I mean suddenly my sensitivity acts as if I have set it to 0 and it moves so slowly or else the character looks all the way up and from there on I have to drag hard to look down and after death this problem doesn't happen. I have tried all ways possible like shader preload, playing in low graphics and frame rate and yet I am facing this problem. Am I the only one or you guys are also facing this. Controller players, read this!

It has happend to me for far too long and I still see it happen often enough for me to make this post:

When using Scorestreaks that require you to choose a map location on the little tablet, for example stealth heli or Cluster strike, you have to use your Touchscreen!!! If you move the cursor with your joystick and press x, the Steak will go wherever the fuck it feels like, usually somewhere out of map.

I know this doesnt make sense and it seems to be a bug because why are you even able to move the cursor with your conroller when you can't place it properly?

I have no answer to that but I can tell you, just tap wherever you want your scorestreak to go like you would when playing without a controller. This way you won't waste it and also spare the next town down the road from a random airstrike lol.

How can I get CODM to recognize I’m using a dualsense?

I’ve been using my dualsense controller with my iPad (IPadOS 17) for a few months now and everything works fine. However, on screen it’s depicted as an Xbox controller; I see “X,Y,A,B” for the options. It’s not a problem for me since everything works fine and It’s not even much of an annoyance either but I saw that when my cousin connected my controller to his android to play it showed up as a PlayStation controller with the PlayStation symbols instead. Then when I watched a few videos I saw that for other people who connect their dualsense to their iPad it also registered as a PlayStation controller. Is there a way for me to get mine to show the PlayStation button options instead of Xbox? How can I let CODM know that my controller is actually a dualsense?

In this pic, the enemy's crate was stuck inside the Lorry & I couldn't loot it easily.

A real eye opener

Newish player here ( level 103 ) was grinding for camouflage tonight and was playing some hard point shipment. Played on a team of 4 vs a team of 5 that had 5 level 350 players. I couldn’t believe how the game went. It was really something, we lost 150-5 . The entire map was on fire the entire match. There was the constant sound of glass breaking. Gravity vortexes everywhere, packs of dogs and non stop moments of spawn, die , spawn , die , spawn, die. I was completely in awe at the end of the match. Felt like it lasted 2-3 min tops . I really had no idea how good some teams are .

We ( squad of 4 ) were playing frontline matches and we got teamed against the same opponent team players for 6 matches simultaneously

Gotta admit it was very engaging cause each of us knew the player moves both sides and how the opponents responded that made it more challenging to win

Refund problems

So I submitted a refund request to apple for cod points I bought, but needed up using said points, so I tried to cancel the refund and I just now learned you can’t cancel a refund request unless they say no, I I also just learned if you don’t have the Cod points to be refunded then they will ban your account. Is that true and if so is my account gonna get banned now, is there still a chance apple says no, is there a system in Cod Mobile where I can deny it before it gets sent through, or is there something else I haven’t considered?

Pumped is too overpowered
  • It's a only class which can be activated without class chip (regular boost is enough to reach certain high grounds or confuse enemy)
  • jetpack fuel restores too quickly
  • jetpack itself cannot be disabled by hacker or mechanic drone, only chip activation can be.

In result we receive class with outstanding movement capability, with almost 100% uptime. It outshines other classes such as airborne, ninja or jet boost. 2 finger method makes this class an absurd due to how simply you can reach high grounds.
Imo pumped needs to be nerfed.

I quit gaming.

This game was taking too much of a toll on me. Only now I have seen myself getting angry so often in a game. A camper? I'm angry, I lose a fight? I'm angry, someone killed me from behind? I'm angry. It's too much for me and my mental health. I expect myself to be the best everytime, I expect to win every game, even though that kind of a mindset is required to succeed in every aspect of life, not winning just ruins my mood, so ig i need to first learn how to be okay with losing in such feeble matters of life and I'd rather be upset if I didn't win life so that I can push myself harder the next time. And this kind of mindset is precious to me, so I don't want to use my drive over a game in which I don't plan to make a career. I'd rather use this drive to win in life rather than in a game as I said earlier. I thank this game for giving me such fond memories but ig it's time to say goodbye. Game good and game peacefully boys. Hey folks I always see people talking about CP and the cost. If you are an Android user (don't know about iPhone) there's an app called Google Rewards, the app tracks you and asks survey questions about your shopping habits. I'll get a survey if I go into the grocery store around the corner, or if I happen to be in the strip where the grocery store is. The amount of Google play credit varies based on the survey, if you use this don't be greedy like I was last year and say you were in every store and made a purchase then you won't get a survey for a while. The $0.10 credits happen to be surveys where I didn't go to the store, I just happened to be in the area, or it will ask if I made a purchase at Lowe's (work). Now before anyone hops in with the "the man knows where you are" I'm fully aware that the app is tracking you, that's the point. I'm just an average Joe but if I am on some type of watch list then I'm flattered. I use these surveys to buy CP.

Win-rate algorithm mimics gambling

Has anyone noticed that most everyone who plays a lot of ranked MP has a win rate around 50%? Obviously the very top players are higher, but I have been top 5k with a win rate around 50%. The algorithm could make it so a person wins 100% of the time (depending the make up of teams).

But my theory is Activision purposely keeps people’s win rates around 50% because it’s the same for gambling. Extensive studies have shown that this is the “sweet spot” for intervallic dopamine rewards and keeping people wanting more.

Unpopular opinion

Im sure Ill get some hate for this but Tanks really ruin the whole groundwar mode in CODM. Its cheap and annoying. You get players that just camp the entire game in a tank and you get sniped from 100000000 feet away by a tank. Or they just sit on the hardpoint. Game would be a lot more fun without it. Its not that its so excessive to where its over bearing, but its just extremely annoying and doesnt make the game any more fun

FFar in alcatraz is the worst gun.

The gun automatically gives you 25ammo and it runs out of ammo so fast and doesn’t work in an emergency when you have opponents land in the same place unless you land all your shots but not everybody has perfect aim.

Bug on vehicle "ORV"?

Hi! From the title itself, is there a bug on the vehicle "ORV"? I experienced yesterday that wherever I am driving that only specific vehicle, while it is moving, I cannot move the joystick since it is stuck and doesn't respond to touch. It cause me to crash onto a house full of a squad and you can guess what happened lol. Anyone also experiencing it? Or is it only isolated case (maybe my phone is the culprit).? Help me get started with 4 finger HUD

So I've been playing 2 thumbs for the last 3 months and now that I've reached legendary in both MP and BR, I have realized that 2 thumbs don't really work anymore as my opponents are, very obviously better than me so I've been thinking to shift to 4 fingers.

But I have a few doubts, such as what buttons should be controlled by which fingers, how does the hip fire generally work, where does the minimap go on the screen, what should be the visibility of the buttons, and any other general advice. Please help :)

Depth of field not blurring

when using the s21Fe device everything feels normal, I do everything, depth of field works fine. after that I stopped playing for 3 whole months and bought a new device (S23FE) after I downloaded CODM to find out the performance of this device I realized something, my screen didn't give a blur effect when in scoop mode. I fiddled with my settings but it doesn't work. Finally I opened YouTube and found out that the blur was caused by depth of field which is called jarak pandang in my current language (Indonesia). I tried to see the difference between enabled and not enabled but nothing happened, depth of field also didn't work in br or in mp mode. Is this a bug or the dev decresing the blur effect

and also I use a third party application (Samsung game plugin) it should not give any bugs because when using the s21fe game plugin it doesn't give any bugs and the depth of field works fine even though I use the game plugin on the s21fe device.

Im not using the global version of codm that published by activison. My codm is using the version that published by garena.

Here's a new jet pack mode. Oh, you want to have the ability to jump high and wall run even if the game has already started?

Maybe try Going Dark instead. That's an old game mode, it should work. Actually if you want NVGs you have to join at the beginning of the match also. Video games are hard. Never mind that the original Modern Warfare got it right 17 years ago, we need you to spend $3000 are fancy skins that have nothing to do with Call of Duty. We promise it will work the next time this limited time game mode comes around. :)

Let's talk about bullets in BR

As many of you guys know that Bullet Velocity over distance is very high

I checked the bullet velocity comparison
in PUBG mobile and mw19

the bullet hit time over the distance in PUBG mobile was
11MS which felt like an instant shot from 233 meters for a moving target

For mw19 the bullet hit time over the distance was 37MS which is great from 267 meters for a moving target

let's move on to CODM the bullet speed is worst at 87 MS for sniper over 125 meters
and for other weapons at 75 meters

in my opinion they should make some huge bullet buffs in BR or match the bullet velocity values to MP system
so it feels more og warzone

what's your opinion on bullets

Recurring Scrims for MP?

Pretty much what the title says, I have 2 MP lineups in my clan that play pretty well and take part in the occasional tournament and etc that pops up.

However, we are interested in making them play repeating/regularly scheduled scrims. Be it a knockout tournament that happens often or a league system or etc.

Pessoal quando estou em chamada o som do jogo fica super baixo, consigo ouvir (super baixo) nas pausadas em que a pessoa acaba de falar ou tem silêncio, mas enquanto converso com a pessoa deixo de conseguir ouvir de tão baixo que fica. O mesmo acontece se estiver a jogar e atender durante o jogo, baixa o volume automaticamente para o mínimo dos mínimos. Já fui ás configurações do jogo enquanto estou em chamada e o som continua nos mesmos valores.
Btw, tenho um Xs Max (pro caso de alguém também ter)

Facts that we are playing Apex Legends not CODM in BR

  1. Weapons Mod System
    you pick up a mod that improves your gun
    like mags, damage, recoil mods etc.
    Same mod system in Apex Legends

  2. Armor System
    Armor Plates are just like Energy Shield
    they have the same 3 tier system
    Common plate/shield is 50, rare is 150, epic 200 your overall health will be 300 just like Apex Legends

  3. Armor Value and Time
    CODM and Apex Legends share the same armor value system
    Like Time to equip 3 different armor Plates/shield is same
    their bullet resistant is same compared to warzone 2019

  4. Bullet/Ammo
    In Both games we have same Ammo value/name
    like Light, Heavy, Shotgun, Sniper, Energy and Rocket ammo
    Bullet Velocity is also same in both game
    if an enemy is moving in 100 meters
    you have to move your scope a bit further to a moving target to land your hits on enemy
    You can't headshot an enemy with a sniper in both games
    let's say you 100 HP and 150 Armor/shield points
    you headshot an enemy at distance
    his overall hp will be 10 or 20

In warzone 2019 if you headshot an enemy with 250 hp from 2000 meters with your scope directly on his head even if he's moving boom he's dead

  1. Supply box/ Revive System
    Both games have 3 types of supply box in BR
    Weapons, Explosive and health Box
    Death crate is also same
    Revive System also sucks in both games
    because either enemies are camping your dog tags or your teammates don't receive you at all

6.Operator Skill
CODM now have some operator skill in BR nearly identical to Apex legends
it just a matter of time they something more useless skill in BR

Deleting maps to reduce in-game lag does not work.

Hey guysss; as the title suggests, I am struggling with the lag especially when it comes to ranked. I've tried deleting some maps (those that are not used in ranked). , and after re-entering the application, it still remains undeleted. Any idea on how to successfully delete those maps? Ground War: Breach, when will it ever return? Should it return?

If I'm not mistaken, it's been a few months or so since Breach was first introduced. Overall, in spite of some balancing issues and optimization problems, I did usually have a good time with the mode. I maxed out all of my talents on all four class options before the mode was removed.

However, it's been quite a while and I still have not seen any sign of it returning. Yet the Breach loadout is still present in the UI, supposedly implying that it hasn't been completely removed from the game yet. With some changes, I think Breach has some potential to be a fun mode if it is ever brought back. At this point though, I'm starting to doubt it. If there aren't any plans to bring back Breach, at least remove the Breach loadout from the UI. All it does is take up space.

What are some good 6 finger layouts for CODM?

So I've been playing on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ for the past 2 months or so but I've started to realise that my fingers start to cramp up after a very short period of time. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good 6-finger layout (ideally L thumb/index/middle and R thumb/index/middle) that don't require my fingers moving all over the screen? Cause its a pretty big screen...

Prizefighters bug

Since yesterday night there's been a bug in my game. The prizefighters melee weapon stopped being visible and can't be used. I have the resource downloaded. Even while being equipped in my loadout, I can't use it. Standing near the enemy, no matter how many times I press on the fire button, no damage will happen and the gloves are not visible on my screen either. Please fix this bug.

i cant fly!

i was playing boost assault and again i didn't have the jet fuel bar and i couldn't use it for the whole match
it happens sometimes to me, so I don't play this mode too much
also other player could fly etc normally

is there a way to fix it?

Why does people play rank snd or even any other rank game mode without headset. They dont even know how much this help. I feel like even if you are not so good at the game, once the headset/earphone is on, u get cheats. Not literally but at least you get information. Been playing codm for a while (4 years) always astonished why leggy rank players go in snd without earphones.

I feel like since the new season 3 update vintage vigilance will be like something in the 80's or something I feel like it would match the vibe if that added a new zombies map like shadow of evil to Mach the damn vibe like when was the last time we got a zombie update.

Help

I have been having issues with my OneTap ADS. What happens is when im using it, after 2-3 secs my character goes prone and i miss my shot. Happening only in BR. I was fixing my sensitivity a few days ago but I don’t see anything that i have messed to trigger such setting. Also my prone/Crouch button is no where near to my one-tap ADS, so is there something i messed up n unaware? Please help m fed up of it.
