Getting weird lagback everytime I hear a beep

I'm new to the game and I've no idea whatever the fuck is going on with my game right now.

Everytime I hear a beep my game just reset the on-going, the first one cancelled my reload, the following one heavily affected my aiming ability.

I'm on the VN version of the game, idk if it has anything to do with this

Fun fact about these two Chinese AR's

It's been said that the QBZ-191 (Type 19 in game) is meant to replace the aging QBZ-95 (Type 25 in game).

The Type 25 model was made in BO2 when Treyarch devs still thinking that the PLA would still be using QBZ-95 in 2025 at the time. With the introduction of the QBZ-191 back in 2019, I'd say the Type 25 didn't aged well, as the original QBZ-95 would entirely be replaced by QBZ-191 in PLA service before 2025.

Clan war

Do people even care about clans anymore? I know the rewards are low tier and not worth the grind. But do people even care about clan stuff anymore? I've always enjoyed being in a clan solely for the team ups, and playing together, but now I mostly play by myself, unless it's BR, my best friend and I play BR every night, but that's it, so the whole thing is kind of mute in that sense

Ethernet on mobile?

So i have an adapter to hook my phone up to ethernet for better connection but cod closes after loading no error message just force closes app. Works fine on data and wifi but i want a direct connection using Galaxy S23 Ultra if anyone knows how i can get my ethernet to work it would be much appreciated.

Third temp ban for no obvious reason, soooo what other games do you guys play?

I played one match and got banned again. I don't use emulators, vpn, controllers, 3rd party apps, overlays, anything but the stock cod app from Google Play. I don't talk to anyone so that wouldn't be an issue. I'm playing on an old ass Pixel 3a xl lol. I finally got back in from the 2nd ban today, made sure I could log in then I deleted and reinstalled the game. Got banned for a month after finishing the first match. I honestly have no idea what is causing this and from my searching it doesn't really matter because Activision will tell you nothing.

Time to go back to PUBG maybe...

What other cod style games are out there? It's the 3rd day of a blizzard here, I need something fun to do.

Also, are there any other Activision mobile games that use the same cheat detection system? Maybe I could try another game to see if it's related to my IP or something, see I get banned there too.

Is this good as a solo player?

I started playing MP 1 month ago or so and I play only S&D solo. The main playing history I have with this game is that I actively played BR for like 4 months. I have 2 legendaries in BR and this is the first one in MP. I play on Xiaomi Pad 6 and it is capped to 60 fps unfortunately so I think I could do much better on ipad. Though I might admit I had a lot of time for this game this month.

Free Advice: BLACKLIST AND MOVE ON… (I know it seems hypocritical to make this post, but I just felt like preaching, so don’t mind me) - also, don’t accept random requests (in P.S.)

This 21 times top 5k guy lost badly in a simple non-ranked Safeguard game I was grinding for Clan wars. It meant close to nothing to me…
Yes, I used DRH, Gravity Vortex, Hardline with Pred, Cluster etc., the proper toxic load out you can have for that mode… but it’s just a normal mode that you can simply leave without any consequences…

Instead, he got super abusive in the game (but I didn’t care), spammed Friend Requests with abusive messages before I Blacklisted him… I play on the Indian server, so any fellow Indian can imagine the type of abuse (yes, he assumed my religion and included religious hate as well😂).
And now, just as winning that game meant nothing more than a few points for my clan, after blacklisting - he means nothing.

So what I want to say is - this is a game which means almost all of us want to win and we love winning and hate losing (although the strength of those feelings varies for different people) - but it need not take away our sanity and peace of mind. So, if my good fellow CODM gamers meet abusive people - remember, just blacklist and move on and soon they’ll not even be a part of your memory at any level (unless you suddenly feel like you want to preach and make a Reddit post about it 😅). Hope ya’ll had a great weekend of gaming.

P.S., IMPORTANT - Don’t accept friend requests from guys who have spammed abuse in-game (better yet, don’t accept random friend requests unless you remember playing with them). Why? - Because they may turn on streamer mode that will make you unable to remove them as friends or blacklist them - and then just constantly spam messages in game to abuse you and spoil your mood. Yup, I am pretty sure this has happened to people on this sub as well.

I’m lvl. 208, legendary and it says I’m in the top 2.3% globally in ranked. Does this indicate that I’m any good or does it even mean shit? Serious question as I just started playing mobile like 2 or so months ago and I could tell up until pretty much legendary it was mostly bots which is lame as fuck smh but it’s gotten more difficult where I’m at now. COD Mobile Ranked

So I just started CODM yesterday, today I took my ranked placement matches. I was the mvp in all of them and got 40+ kills in each. When it took me to the rank screen it kept moving me up in rank until it stopped at “Pro 1”, I don’t really know if this is good, I welcomed all responses. This is not satire. If anyone knows how to access match history or something, I would be happy to prove it.

Is anyone else having this same audio glitch since the update?

Ever since the update I keep having this audio glitch. I’ve only been able to play a few times since because of it. I’ve reinstalled the app, I’ve restarted my iPad tons of time. I downloaded the HQ audio. I did the shader preload. I checked my audio settings. I truly think it has to be a bug at this point because I’m not sure what else to do! Any advice would be appreciated!

Pumped vs Jet Boost

What is the point of pumped now? Jet boost gives you the increased verticality of pumped while also giving you similar mobility to igniter. Sure pumped can fly like a bird now but the extra verticality isn’t as valuable as the increased mobility that jet boost gives you.

Only took a little while

I've been playing for a few months. I delete and then downloaded again. I won Vengeful Flames Kilgore and I was hyped to have a death metal character. But lost my account. I lucked out and gained Ghost Azrael. My son helps me playing Battle Royale quite a bit. I enjoy the game having not really gamed much in my life(my brothers hogged it up). Storage Optimization mode for CoDM

Hi people. As I’m sure you’re all aware, CoDM has only been getting larger and larger in storage with each update and as such, makes it more difficult to maintain on some devices. 32 GB on a 64 GB storage device for example can be very demanding especially if the player has other apps installed on their device.

My suggestion would be a [Storage Optimization] mode. Here is what it does.

The game will only ever try to download essential resources. These are maps, weapon models, and misc packs like higher quality audio. In this mode, the game will not allow you to download weapon skins, operators, charms, and other cosmetic items. This will lock you to only ever needing to download what is required for the game to function correctly. You can still access the store and buy things, but the skins will never be downloaded, so it will always look like the base item.

You can enable this in the settings as it would have it’s own dedicated tab (like Sensitivity or Controls) and disabling it would allow you to download the cosmetic items listed above.

TL;DR - This feature only permits you to download the base items and maps for the game.

Not sure why it took me this long to figure this out but I think the 6x scope is slightly more powerful than the default sniper scope.

So I was in BR training grounds looking at the Type-19’s unique high-magnification scope and then became curious about how much different it compared to the other scopes. After taking screenshots of me pointing the scope at the very exact same target in the very back, and reviewing the screenshots I think the 6x scope is slightly better than the regular scope. Am I wrong? Do the default sniper scopes vary on what the weapon is? Don’t know why I didn’t discover this much earlier but ✨the more you know✨ I guess…

Appreciation post and possibly a guide - What helped me improve my win rate in ranked MP (NOT the daily bot lobby farming method)

It’s a long post, please don’t be mad about it 😅

I want to thank several members of this sub who gave some valuable tips and suggestions to help me improve my win rate, and the joy of playing, in ranked MP. Especially people like u/-50000- , u/DamageAmbitious4056 , u/Geezerker etc., who commented under my posts and other users who actively answer questions and give suggestions.

I’ll try to make a simple list of TOP 10 things I have learnt, which may help other beginners as well-

  1. The game gives you tougher opponents after a few Ws, despite how much Spurgustus denies it. (Read this point in conjunction with 2.)
  2. See how I said the game gives you “tougher opponents” rather than “bad teammates” - use that mentality to preserve sanity and improve, rather than rage - because the game gives you Ls to keep you playing because if you kept getting Ws you wouldn’t play as much.

You can learn more about SBMM in general from this video.

  1. This is an obvious one - Find the modes that suit you, stick to those, and learn every part and every corner of most of the maps in those modes.

  2. In some modes it’s easier to influence a win or clutch, relative to others. Here’s my take on the modes:

  • i. HP > DOM in OBJ modes to influence Ws.
  • ii. FL > TDM in simple K/D modes.
  • special category - SnD: better to influence Ws than all the 4 modes in i and ii, but only when you are really really good at it!

I am not an SnD guy, so:

  1. In my experience, playing HP mostly with a bit of FL or even TDM whenever you want a change of pace or get the daily win bonus works best to have the excitement of playing like a sweat while also improving consistently to get Ws without getting bored. I generally stay away from DOM because it doesn’t have some aspects of HP (like - ease of having teammates spawn closer to OBJ before HP changes, more OBJ spots with ‘money hills’, more choke points and rotation paths, most variation in types of OBJ e...

Am I tripping or

Is everyone getting lower accuracy values in the post match results since the update? Haven’t changed my playstyle or sensitivity and been using the same gun (Grau) for 3 months now. Used to get around 22-25% consistently I am struggling to reach even 20% now.

Compatibility issues

Is it just me or anyone having this Issue.. in the past year I'm not having any crash both MP and BR.. In past season I'm having crash in BR about for about 1-2 secs and not in MP BUT this season I'm having really hard crashes in both BR and MP for 3-5 secs.. Seems like every update/season the game comparability is getting worse..

Clan War - Ronin Shard

So pardon my probably noob question, I've only been playing codm since about December. So Clan Credits expire in 3 days. I'm currently at 70 shards for ronin and if I spend all my points I'd be at 93 shards.

Will I still be able to get shards for Ronin after the update or should I just use the points on blueprints? Since it's S6 limited after update didn't know if I could get more

Call of Duty nowadays is just a bunch of dainty colors

What the hell happened to there being legit real replications of war facts? Why are the new characters have these bright stupid non camouflage colors? My only Legendary has little santa helpers who dance around the dead bodies I lay waste too. Out in BR land I can use a snowboard with thrusters on it. The new restaurant in the sky with Ramen noodle packets and firecrackers is literally pointless. The weapons camos have fruit themes or mythics and legendaries have crazy animations.

So what the hell happened to the old school war correct period the game should follow. It has morphed into a money pit for skin buffs and the system literally gives your shitty opponents an edge to win and keep playing when you buried them with a clip and they somehow kill you. I watch in BR spectating waiting for my tags to get picked up and scanned and my teammate whiskey throttle their iron sights above the enemys head and keeps shooting higher into the sky but somehow the enemy dies. It is so blatantly rigged.

I would like to find a period correct game that added more realistic war time content. CODM isnt going anywhere with the no parent having 8 year olds who repeat the N word with the hard R among other stupid things. The chat is trash. Its as if everyone hits on little girls and the boys call every other male a pedophile.

I usually dont bitch about things in life because things wont change and CODM has way too much money to make to change now. They really screwed this game up. Remember the good old days when you played Quake 3 True Combat online and you had to grind and get better because you were a total noob shit truck? Maybe Im just getting older at 34 and see the decline in the quality of the gaming experience COD has to offer anymore. I hope WARZONE doesnt have any problems with flamboyant rainbow girls riding a wave into the matchmaking group when they enter type crap CODm has.

If anyone is aware of a similar online war game like original cod or just pure war period material let me know please. Thanks.

BR needs a vehicle free mode! There are way too many (profanity) that just drive around in circles and run over everybody. It's annoying, there's ZERO skill required and it only makes playing frustrating!

Make the zone shrinking time slower, remove every vehicle including snowboards and done! Slower and longer matches, no getting ran over and no honk spam anymore. Just as a seperate mode next to classic BR. Vehicles have a right to exist in BR and I wouldn't want them removed completely. But sometimes I really can't put up with these people. Seriously, go play NFS and drive around there...

What was that one limited time gamemode that had unlimited ammo?

I have recently returned to CODM after around a 6 month hiatus due to playing another game. I remember there used to be a limited time gamemode that came around like once a month and it gave you unlimited ammo. I can't remember the name of it. What is this vault coins? Does it expire when new season drops?

Why *wouldn't* a Ravenger Launcher work?

So I've been doing solo BR for the past couple days, right, and hate all you want, Ravenger just seems like the most viable class for it. (When I'm top 2, the other player is either Ravenger or Clown almost always.)

Now, there's times when the Ravenger just does not launch and I'm trying to understand why.

Like, dude a minute ago was sitting in his Antelope trying to deathmachine me for a solid 30 seconds, RIGHT NEXT TO MY RAVENGER LAUNCHER

Why wouldn't it shoot? I don't understand.

Seems like headshot hitmarker sounds are bugged

Used to be when you hit a headshot it would make a different sound than a body shot. Now a head shot sounds like a body shot. Tried both normal and enhanced hit sounds. If you get a kill with a headshot, it still seems to do the “skull crack” sound on the kill, but headshots that are not a kill should sound different. Give it a try see if you notice it too, so we can let them know so it can be fixed. Thanks!

(Question) about Legendary Medals

I just right now got to legendary in MP, after being blueballed at 7998 rank points, so yay me, even if Legendary is just a participation medal at this point.

My question is, why i haven't gotten my Legendary token? I bet this has been asked before, but it doesn't appear as a 1/6, even if i check the Kurohana Screen. Do i only get the Medals at the end of the ranked season, when the setback occurs, or how does this work?

Should HP Shipment no streaks be a permanent mode?

I think it should be. alternatively, I would accept a no obj. or kill limit game mode. Just time limit 5-10min games where people can grind camos in peace. Away from the noobs using swarm/napalm/cluster etc. and actually capturing the hp ruining a perfectly good bot lobby for the grinders or any shitment lobby for that matter.

I'm honestly thinking of dropping HP from my ranked mode selection

Or at least taking a break from it.

The spawns. They used to be great, like console cods (well.. at least the older console cods that don't have that ridiculous revenge spawning). They changed them for whatever reason. Now HP matches are super hectic and unpredictable - not in a good way. The game is very very focused on plopping fallen soldiers directly next to the point.

I was just playing Crash just now. It was P5, the last one, all the way up the hill. I just ran into the auto repait shop. While I was traversing the very small room, somebody spawned in it with me! Why? The map is freaking huge. Terminal P3 is absolutely insane with this too. There's so many points that operate like this. You just have to accept that you're going to get killed immediately after spawning, or somebody is going to spawn 10m from you, when 75% of the map is empty. What's the point of this though? Dom does not have spawn problems. The same maps in this game on older cods have spawn systems that work fine.

Have issues logging in with my Activision account

As you can see from the photo, I linked it at some point, but I primarily login with my Apple ID. When I attempted to login with my Activision account (Which I know is still valid because I logged in on the direct website), it refers me to make a new CODM account and won’t link to my current account. it’s probably been two years since I’ve logged in with my Activision account. Aim feels off in CoDM Season 2

Ever since the new season 2 update downloaded the aim/hitbox feels completely different and off. Has anyone else experienced this too, or is it just me? Pick your reward help

Hey guys, just done a round of the pick your reward thing, and I won an uncommon camo for an assault rifle. Checked all my assault rifles twice and can’t find an uncommon sea themed camo. I’m sure I’m just being stupid / blind, but if anyone can let me know which assault rifles have uncommon camos in the current pick your reward draw it’d help me narrow it down. Otherwise I’m gonna spend all night checking all my guns over and over and getting more annoyed

What is the best map for snipers crouch kills?

For me the most time-spending camo grind is the crouch kills and I wonder what is the best map for that. I've been playing on crossfire, on the balcony ( if you know what I'm talking about). Big map, enough visibility while crouching, but the only downside is that enemies can spot you quickly with ease.

What rank is it when it starts to become hard?

I started playing again after a year break and came back and after 4 days im already in grandmaster 2. Its not easy but its not a hard rank. I get mvp most games aswell. CP Rebate severely bugged!!

As of right now no CP I spend is being added to the rebate total. I would hold off purchasing your lucky draws as if you plan on spending money you can get a lot of CP back. I’m sure they will fix it soon but as of right now no CP you spend is counting.

CODM Really be getting away with the worst bps known to man

This is just my opinion btw so you don't have to agree and if you enjoy the content, I'm happy for you and I'm not tryna hate on you or whatever.

Minus a couple rewards this seasons Bp is basically irredeemable. I'm gonna have to buy the vault pass or I'm legit not playing this season. It's not even about the skins not being military themed anymore it's just how bad they are. The Vanguard skin and David Mason are not bad mainly because I don't have any skins for them or in David's case any good skins but the guns and basically everything else minus like the backpack and emote I will not even remember after unlocking it. And who TF said they should add a spear to the game? Again idc it's not a military normal weapon but a spear is such an odd choice. And we get another fucking Nuketown variant. Its unique but again I'm not gonna care about it. They removed shipment 24/7 but theyll give us all these fucking nuketowns. Not to mention we didn't even get a normal mp map last season. Even the free rewards are mid minus a couple slins. I will say the tournament camo is decent. But as for the rest this, I legit don't think warrants me playing more than five comulitive minutes for this whole season. I better get my 500 cp for that longass survey cause I need that Vault pass to keep me on this game. WZ mobile does not even release until like April according to leaks so by then I'm gonna be completely dead inside from shit like this. I don't wanna hate the game but damn minus completion camos I have no urge to play this at all and even with camos probably wont. Again if you enjoy it I am truly happy for you but I can't take these shitty seasons anymore.

Welp I joined a casual match of the current event map and surprise surprise the game Glitches making the whole match impossible to play has anyone else encountered this bug yet?

For context I decided to join a match of nuketown new year dragon and the second I do I noticed 3 things immediately wrong 1 the time refused to go down even tho the match fully started but I wasn't fully sure (so im probably just being a dumbass and if i am i accept the downvotes) 2 I couldn't damage anything 3 I couldn't even throw down my ammo box (I know I should have recorded this but I just wanted to point this bug out which makes the match physically impossible to play) at the sametime of finding this bug apart of my thought I was having some weird wifi problem yet I completely ruled that since I'm not using my mobile data I'm on my wifi (no it's not a shitty wifi like some peoplehave that claim to have good wifi)

It's like it's in a pregame but it doesn't say that at all, this has been two matches in a row the first being hardcore headquarters and the match in the video being normal headquarters.

Is it that hard??

Ihve notticed that sniping players dont switch to gun when they are loosing. Ihve spectated them and see that they cant snipe well. Daily skill issue(no stating that they are overall a bad player but just today's game) but they wont switch to an ar or smg but still continue to snipe and loose just because of sniping ego or smthng why??

HELP

well I had my COD Mobile account linked to activision in 2021 and used the email 1 to login. But then I got an email saying someone changed the password so I quickly went and changed my accounts email to email 2 and also changed the password but then the next day the hacker still tried getting into my account midnight when I was asleep probably and got access to my account and changed everything to his credentials. But thankfully I still have my game linked with facebook so I can still play but I am scared since that hacker can use or even delete my account. I have spent a lot of money in the game to buy legendaries and mythics and I can't lose it. Please help me get my account back. The support team isn't helping as well cuz all they say is the request is not related to the purpose of the form. I assume they are saying this because I didnt have any xbox or steam or battle net accounts linked to it. I atill know the ID of the account since I have a list of emails of the password and email being changed

HS0405 vs BY15 in Battle Royale

I mastered the BY15 so I decided to try out the HS0405 with Thunder Rounds.

I'm saying even with Long Range mods, the HS is just not killing what my BY would have killed 5 times over.

Like, why is a direct body shot from maybe 7-8 meters not one shotting?

Is it just incredibly short range, or like, what am I missing here? Because it's not my shots.

I have said it once and I'll say it again.

Bad Teammates who don't use weapons correctly are shit. Like I bet y'all they have just seen a compilation of sniping on yt and are just playing like they're a god... And yet they have 0 kills.

And worse is when I'm like yo stop using a sniper and use an AR or smth they're like stfu you don't have this insert sniper gold/diamond camo. Like first you have like 75 points and you think it's smart to argue. I'm not tryna be mean or anything.

Point being People should not use snipers for quick scoping unless they're like Super good at it.

Scout needs a boost imo.

I am a trap master main, and I use Pumped as well but after pump got a nerf(?) I started using trap master again. I don't use trap master for camping stuff but to use tactical wise and also to escape from gun fights quick because of speed boost it gives after placing a trap.

Now after a few weeks back I started using Scout because at the end zone I am having tough time to see where the enemies hiding at but now I feel like when using the scout skill (planting the dart) the game should allow speed boost just like when you use trap master.
What are your thoughts on my suggestion?

Legendary KRM Owners

Before I purchase the legendary KRM, I want to know if it's worth it.

In my experience with MP, it doesn't seem particularly loud, and the same goes for BR. I think it performs better than a non-legendary KRM in BR.

Am I the only one that loves the new BP?

I'm probably in the minority here but I'm loving this season's BP. I was a bit skeptical at first but it definitely grew on me. The MoW looks fucking amazing(enen though it's the gazillioth mow we've gotten in bp). The design is very intricate and clean imo. The OTs and Type 19 look very sick and clean too. I didn't really like the Tiangu skin at first but it grew on me as well. The Isabella looks so good probably my favorite here. I don't mind the battery skin even though it's probably the billionth battery recolor but it definitely looks good. The David Mason looks pretty good as well. Miles better than the other ones we've gotten. An 8.5 for me. Let me know your opinions though.

I started playing back in S4 of last year and have grinded to legendary every season since. Currently, I've got 6/6 legendary medals and 3/4 confidential tokens. Is it possible for me to get that 4th confidential token to unlock the crate, or am I SOL?

I need help deciding on what device I should get

I've been playing on phone since 2019. I was going to get the red magic 9, but part of me want to switch to tablet, specifically an iPad. I feel like if I do switch to iPad. I would have to relearn everything, change my sens, change my hud, etc. Is it worth it? Should I just stay on phone? What's better phone or tablet? What's the pros and cons?

This was top kills of all time. it was super fun, but not much of a challenge. I had three sentury guns going at once much of the time. For everyone who has issues obtaining the free m4, go to legal and privacy, log out (make sure you remember your login info though) and log in with your Activision email and password.

If your account is already linked there is no use trying to link it to Activision again, just log out and log in again

Update support

Many players have lost access to their Call of Duty/Activision account, but have access to Facebook. Unfortunately, support doesn't offer much help in these cases. They could add new ways to unlink or link accounts as many are trying to contact support but unfortunately the options do not help them recover their accounts or transfer the linking of accounts (which is not possible in the case of Facebook currently).

Has anyone had any luck unlinking Activision account from CODM and relinking to another?

I had my activision account linked to my alt for some reason, and I unlinked it from the website so CODM no longer appears in linked accounts, and also I deleted that CODM account entirely.

The problem is ever since then, I haven’t been able to link it to my main account. CODM says it’s linked to another player, but according to activision, it’s not.

I wanted to link it because you have to have the account linked to claim the new m4

Since the safe to return half of the cod points came out, I bought two battle passes, the current one and the wil dogs one, I think it is spelled sorry, but I'm not someone who speaks English, I spent 720 cod points in total of which they had to give me back 360 that would be good for me for another vault pass but nothing!! At the checkout the 50% points return cod was at 0 They fixed that error, yes but not for those who bought or spent cod points at the beginning when everything new came out, I hope someone helps me or solves this problem that happened to many more, Seriously, help please someone from cod mobile contact or respond I need to recover my cod points

Is Codm on it's way out for Warzone? I know Activision said no but it's undeniable that the seasons have been getting less imaginative, content is getting weirder like bundles and crates going for lucky boxes etc, and now Codm is essentially just handing out a legendary. What are the best gaming tablets that are better than iPad?

I want to check out tablets that are better than iPad. What I mean by better, I'm mostly talking about the hardware, I don't care too much about the software. The 2 key things I'm looking for is that the tablet should be able to run codm on 120 fps and the touch sampling rate is good. The red magic 9 phone has a touch sampling rate of 960hz. Is there a tablet that has a touch sampling rate that comes close to that?

Account question

So I have an Apple ID account, which is my main account, and it is connected to a COD account already, but I sign in using Apple Face ID . When I sign into my COD account using the COD login that uses my Apple ID email, it has a separate, lower level account that is not my main account.

If I were to link the lower level COD account with my Apple ID, would it lose all my progress on my main Apple ID account?

Not able to Redeem Legendary

I went to redeem the legendary today, and was not able to. The third picture will show that my Activision account is linked. I just made one today so I could get the weapon. When I tried and log in with the linked account it made me make a new account, but when I tried to link that account to my Apple ID it said my Apple ID was already linked to a different account! I logged back into my Apple ID account and it’s still fine, but I can’t get the legendary. Does anyone know how to help?

Even if someone could tell me how to unlink my Activision account from my Apple ID while keeping my progress from my Apple ID account would be helpful.

Did the character movement get nerfed in MP?

Since yesterday my character movement is slow and feels heavy even with the fastest SMG, I changed to melee and my character is moving slightly faster than the way it moves with a gun in hand, I tried adjusting the settings but nothing works.

I've been losing HP matches because my character couldn't get to the HP in time, I've been changing loadouts and gun attachments but still nothing works.

Is anyone else having the same issue? Every new szn something feels off about the movement and sensitivity and I'm so tired of having to go through multiple settings again and again just to try and fix the issue.

Is my sight selection normal or sensible for Battle Royale?

I normally put a reflex sight on my submachine gun and a 3x on my assault rifle(M4 if I can get it), but my Airdrop is an m13 red dot sight 2 with the division recticle

I have the ninja attachment so in late game I just spider-man my way to my quarry so no need for long range sights

I'd like to make it clear I absolutely suck at sniping so I've never used it in MP or BR.

M4 legendary event bugged

I've already logged into My Activision account(for ghost stealth) all the way back in 2020. Even the account shows the logged in logo. But the game doesn't recognize it.

I logged in with the same Activision account but now it creates a new account asking for new username. I also login thru Facebook mainly.

My friend(who also logged in with facebook and Activision account), automatically got the login points but I didn't for some ridiculous reason

M4 account activation link gone

I have my account through Facebook. I forgot the password to the email that my fb is linked and am unable to recover it, although I have added a new email that I can access to my fb since discovering this issue.

I pressed the "link to connect to account" button and set up the account with the email I currently use. It's not the same email that my fb was linked to at the time that this bug occurred. It took me to the account page, I could not log in as I had no account, so I made an account. Now, the button does not show up but the "link account" requirement is not checked off. What do I do?

When I tap on settings I see the Facebook and Activision icon on the top right. Nothing happens when I tap on them. There's no other options to see account links.

When I go to the M4 Legendary event page and tap go where it says "Log in with your Activision account", a popup says tap the button below to log in, but there's no button there. Just an empty space. What should I do?

I took time off of the game and just hit Pro 1. Nobody seems to be using the DRH, and Holy shit this thing feels unfair. I've been using HVK large cal. for a long time and for what ever reason I'm finding serious success with the DRH. Not to mention the satisfaction of having the Kurohana skin, plus diamond and weapon mastery.

Need help!!!!

Hi guys, global player here. I recently linked my CODM to Call of Duty account. Before that it was linked to facebook only. With that i was able to keep my pfp same as that of my facebook account. Now that i linked my account with Call of duty account , i lost that privilege. Is there any way i can get that back? Or am i missing out a step? The only i thing unique about my account was my pfp (never spend money on skins😁)

Need some help with login

Can somebody explain why my account won’t register as a Cod Account even though i linked it through the game, Like i honestly don’t know how to explain but i’ll try my best.

I made my account through Game Centre using Apple ID. afterwards i linked it with Activision and Facebook but now it seems that it doesn’t register as a COD account, So i made a COD account with the same mail as the one i use for my current account but instead of them being mashed together it made an entirely new account ?

I tried contacting Support but they basically never answered and the other problem with Activision/Cod itself is that you can’t login through there website with Google/Apple i think

Spend 1120 cp when the event came up, I didn’t know the event was bugged so I didn’t start counting till like an 1-2 hours later. So now there is no 1120 cp in my rebate section.

I started playing this game Chapter 1 Season 5 and I wasn’t serious about it at all, so I made an activision account from a random email and then linked to my Apple ID and have been using that to login ever since.

I’ve been trying to find what email account I used to so I can reset the password and login to claim the free M4 but there’s no where I can see on how to find the email address or simply unlink it and relink a new email.

Confession: I regret not getting the Mythic Fennec

My friend projected me his Fennec skin while we were playing squads.

And it was the best gun ever, i got 9/0 at an SnD coastal match.

The only Mythics i have are the AK47, Holger and Dlq33.

I was thinking of getting the Mythic Fennec, but noped out because.... tbh i really don't know. I had the money, i had the bonus at work and paycheck.

New Phone on the way already at that time. Money to burn was right there.

After extensively using the type 19 I'm rank against the mp top 50 leaderboard players. It does feel a slight notch behind the grau.

It's great in pubs but against super sweats and pros then it can hold it own but hvk30, drh and grau is better

New Mythic causing FPS drops in games

Sorry for yet another post about the free legendary M4.

I'm experiencing some fps drops with the gun whilst I'm using it in game, it seems like when I get a double kill and the game starts to struggle with fps drops due to the kill animation which is like a blue ish flame,

I play on an iPad 10.2 2021 and does not drop FPS at all in any game I play and runs everything stable which is why I've come here to see if its a common issue.

Softhack in ranked matched gives me a total headache. Why it must be stopped?

I have encountered the opponent who using the softhack during ranked match. How did the opponent track my movement while aiming on the wall? How did they know my location? I watched the killcam several times that it is confirmed the opponent using softhacks. Unfortunately, devs cannot ban softhacker, because the softhack is undetected. Garena is even more nightmare.

Does anyone else agree with this?

Lately I've been using builds with higher accuracy (~-20% spread vs being close to neutral) and it made me realize how much spread is making us miss shots, even if our recoil control and tracking is perfect. The spread is only nominally tighter but there's significantly less instances of "I really should've killed them/dealt more damage then I did".

For crossmapping, there are no top tier autos with bullet velocity. The only ones who can compete with snipers and SKS users are the older, hitscan ARs and LMGs; UL, LK, ICR, etc. Newer weapons have to deal with both missing sometimes only because of the spread, and the added delay from travel time. Say your velocity is 1000m/s. It adds a millisecond per meter. So at 50 meters, that's an extra 50ms. Pretty significant. It also makes it harder to hit moving targets, especially with aim assist working against you with leading.

What the deal with the "little buddy" program?

I play 2-3 games of COD:M each night, but I always get these random game invites, always for Frontline. 100% of these games are mostly bots and if the person who invited me is a real person, they're always below my mediocre skill level, so I always get MVP.

I used to expect 1 invite each time I log in, but recently it's been 2 each time. I'm not complaining, I play with the sole intent to make my play-of-the-game the best it can be. But am I missing some kind of random invite button somewhere? If I am, why is it always Frontline?

What’s your favorite gun to use in BR or even your favorite class setup (like Sniper & Assault or LMG as your 2 guns)

I gotta tell ya, I’ve been using the M4LMG since launch. I got the Black Gold camo early on (I have full gold now) & I really loved the accuracy, balance, recoil of the gun especially when you use the right attachments. I also love the big mag size, but of course the mobility while running is slower than that of an assault rifle.

But I couldn’t tell ya how many games I’ve won with this game (235 out of 592) especially if it’s a 1v1 straight path that extra bit of damage is the difference in me killing the guy using the regular assault rifle, who just wanted to get there faster only to wind up dead.

But anyhoo what’s y’all’s favorite gun to use in Battle Royale? :)

AIM ISSUES

Newest Update can no longer use left trigger on controller to aim. Reconnected controller. Uninstaller and reinstalled app looked through settings can not seem to fix. Reporting bug to Activision is a joke they never respond. Same issue going on with other players I know all using andriod device

Whats the best way to grind camos that's not Shipment.

I grinded pretty much all my Damascus and Diamond camos in Shipment FFA and HP and I can't deal with the toxic ultra tryhards anymore. They should honestly just add Shipment to ranked because I see people try way harder to play the obj there than even regular ranked. Is there a better alternative?

I'm about at the point of either downloading cheats or doing the same thing.

Either way to piss people off and ruin their time playing like they do to me. Cant play this game casually without the matchmaking hitting me with cuck tryhards every single lobby I get into that I swear think if they lose they might actually die IRL.

Grinding diamond has gone from something i could get done in a week to playing 10 games and barely scraping 3, 10 kill games out of those. I might as well just start spamming my own Diamond weapon masterd Mythic Switchblade while body shooting and teabagging people just to ruin their time too.

This game and its idiotic stupid internet problems, my game doesn't work on wifi but works on mobile data whereas my wifi is 3 times faster.

For the past 3 days I am having problems connecting to the game and Holy hell this making me really angry, the wifi won't just work, like what the hell is the problem here, everything else works on my phone flawlessly but codm nope, 120+ ping at least, I can't play a single fucking match in peace.

Just wtf is wrong with codm, ever since the update this game has been lagging.

I need a solution for this, at this point I will have to stop playing the game all together.

I have tried everything known to mankind to get this working, tried changing the wifi dns, forgetting the wifi, restarting the device, deleting the game 2 times, logging through facebook instead of activision account, contacting the support, software update. Nothing fucking works.

Somebody please help me, all the solutions online aren't working at all.

Absurdly horrible team mates every single game: The matchmaking in this game is utter garbage

What the hell is going on? I'm on Australian servers, roughly 600 points away from 5K legendary and I am going positive with a 1.5 - 4 KD almost EVERY GAME with between 10 and 25 kills. Keep in mind, I only play TDM. I've lost probably 400-500 ranked points now because I keep getting paired with absolute morons for team mates. They don't listen to call outs, seem to have no map knowledge or awareness whatsoever and just run out in the open with melee feeding the enemy team kills. Every 10 seconds it's fucking enemy UAV spotted, enemy UAV spotted, enemy UAV spotter over and over and over and over again. How many god damned UAVs do I have to shoot down? This is absurd man the match making in this game is so unfair. I am getting ready to uninstall this shit and never play it again. I'm the only person on my team with a positive KD almost every single game and it's starting to piss me off

Jesus Christ my cod mobile app is bugging out and not letting me delete ANY MAPS, it's constantly putting me in the 50 version of Nuketown that it offers I'm sick of it. I quit Nuketown , puts me into NT Russia, I quit that one, it's the Chinese New year, I quit that one and it puts me in the other Nuketown. I deleted all Nuketowns changes my settings and turned auto download off and ITS STILL A STAYS. Anyone having the same problem?

How do y'all feel about the new type 19 marksman when compared to the sks?

Im personally on the fence with it, of course the damage multipliers are significantly better, and the 1 shot headshot range is so large it might as well be infinite, it's a pretty solid contender I think.

There's also the better bullet penetration, which the sks really suffers from. There's also improved mobility, and improved ads speed.*
And significantly more ammo, and pretty solid hipfire even with this build.

But of course it suffers the crippling downside of Incredibly slow firing speed. Just barely enough to be good at spam. And the more minor issue of bullet speed.

So do you think it's advantages are enough to dethrown the sks? What play style do you think it supports? The mobility would say aggressive, but the fire rate would say passive.

Also, if you have any solid normal type 19 builds or ways to improve this one let me know. This gun is confusing ASF

Is the Care Package worth it?

I play HP OBJ and I use the UAV, ShockRC and Cluster Strike. I am starting to consider replacing the ShockRC with the Care Package, and also the Cluster Strike for something else like Goliath since the Cluster duration was nerfed this season.

Here are my concerns about the Care Package:

  • 1: Does it really give good stuff enough times to be worth it? Or is it something like Survivorship bias wherein we remember the good moments when it gifts us a Swarm or Chopper gunner more than all the L stuff it gives most of the times?
  • 2: As someone who plays OBJ, isn’t it risky to give up those precious moments that we lose waiting for it and opening it?
  • 3: Aren’t the chances of opponents killing us and stealing it bad enough to avoid using it?

Fellow players - please let me know your experience with the Care Package!

Type 19 vs HVK Large Cal on BR Training Grounds Results

I can get around the same time to kill pretty consistently with the two weapons, invariable of the long range mod put on the weapon. Unless you smack fuckload of headshots, realistically Type 19 seems to be a better weapon or at least on par with HVK for Battle Royale.

Plus, you get a huge increase in magazine capacity with Type 19.

The recoil is nearly identical.

Also, I determined: fuck an Oden.

So I was playing mp and saw a guy with a choke instead of a maruader. He was also really good at shotguns. So I found it weird and decided to look at the stats. Maruader silences and adds some extra damage range. But it also increases ads time and ads spread while moving. This season couldn't get any worse.

Start playing Alcatraz and 3 out of 5 games was infested with hackers. I was killed in cell house then after I landed again in the parade grounds I was killed again by the same player, I let it go coz I think they were good. Until I hear a players box shouting about hacker and sliding across the map. Then I started paying attention to the kill feed. The fcking hacker was killing 5 person under 10 seconds. Then we faced them again for two matches. A default charlie with streamer mode name. Great job CODM!

As an SnD main I have no respect for you alert users

Honestly I’d rather die to a heartbeat sensor or tripmine abuser than an alert main. I use ghost on all my loadouts so if ghost can hide me from sensors then it defo should hide me from alert users.
If ur wondering why I’m raging rn I went 0-5 against a whole team of alert players. You can hear them but can’t see. Cant stay in corners, can’t push BC THEY SEE YOUUI

upgraded death effect not working in my game

sorry if this sounds stupid, i'm only a casual player... but i think combo kill death effect is not working properly on my game? it used to have the fancy fancy effect back when i first upgraded my gun, but now it only shows the default effect. or am i getting the definition of "combo kill" wrong 🥹

my gun is mythic level 2 so it technically should have those different effect thingys

Leaderboard?

So I worked my way up to #7 on weapon leaderboard but I slipped to #9 and all of a sudden I’m stuck at #9 after winning four consecutive games.

Usually if I win a game I get a few points but if I get a streak (such as four) I definitely get some points on the weapon leaderboard but ever since I got to #9 it won’t move. Even after winning back to back games, which is unusual.

I’m seeing others move ranks from 11-100 but now that I’m top 10 it’s not letting me climb higher.

Since the jet boost piece is also used as a backpack skin is there a chance that the backpack skins can be used on this class too?

If not i think they should make it that you can use the aquired skins of this model for this class. There is no point of them making specific skins for the class if they can use the same skins you have for the backpack version of this same model.

Can’t unlock aether on spear ?

Anybody else facing this issue?? So I unlocked the spear before they took it away. I even got it diamond and all that but it won’t unlock no matter what I do. I finished grinding a long time ago. I did all the weapons and ALL THE NEW ones. Even went through and reunlocked the ones from the stupid glitch they caused. I played another zombie match to see if it worked and still nothing.

Facebook base login users unable to claim Free Legendary M4💀

So now players with Facebook Accounts can’t be linked with COD account together…unfortunately
You have to create an entirely new separate CODM account to be able to claim the M4

I’ve literally didn’t even know The other accounts weren’t able to just link to one account all together

So I had a COD account in the past
But didn’t really make that a daily logging in option or used it

So now current me was like oh cool gotta go to my COD account I’ve barely logged in

So I had to change my password cause it wasn’t working then I was able to login perfectly but one issue it only gave me the option to make an entirely new account with making a name and Profile picture

So I just kept logging in with my Facebook account the rest of the 5 years I’ve ever played.

This is probably never gonna be fixed like no surprise

But indeed I own my dumb mistakes so now I’m just gonna forget the Free M4 existed.😑…🤦

Battle Royale is a no skill failed game mode

I'm saying this as an long time old player, It used to take skill a few years ago but now I'm disappointed because it's full of dumb cheesy strategies that anybody can pull off.

What went wrong you asked? Well it all started when they added the third person perspective game mode, battle Royale was originally first person but all the little kids from PUBG and fortnite complained about it not being third person so the devs gave in. Why is this a problem? Because of the simple fact that third person gives the advantage of being able to corner peak, which enables braindead strategies with no counterplay.

Add in the fact that shotguns got buffed to one shot people even if you have maxed out armor, so the meta is now this "HURR DURR gonna find shotgun"
"Duhh gonna abuse corner peak and insta kill shotgun jump scare people!" "Duhhh im SO good at this gaym!" Actual lobotomite gameplay.

And for the clowns that are gonna say "just play first person mode and don't complain", well first person mode is almost completely dead and filled with bots 24/7

Did anyone randomly get banned?

Me and my friend just got banned from the game whilst playing a match despite neither of us cheating (in-fact we were doing badly in the last few matches)

Activision did not provide any details upon asking via email and has claimed that it was concluded as cheating too [3rd screenshot]

Is this something that regularly happens to people playing in Ranked Multiplayer?

We were really trying to grind into Legendary but we only made it to Grand Master II and this really has been a turn off to play the game now

How to check what Activision account my CODM is linked to?

Hello, pals:

I have my codm linked to Facebook and to Activision. The thing is that, in order to get the legendary M4, I need to logout from Facebook and Log in to Activision.

However, I don't even remember the email i used when I first linked my account, thus I can't do it.

Is there a way I can see what's the email or activision account I'm linked to? All the info I've checked just give me the steps for linking the account, but as I said, I have it already linked (just I don't remember which is it).

I've tried with my usual adresses but no avail.

when watching sg tutorial vids on yt, they always mention the pull back method as a way of removing sprint to fire delay when hipfiring, but what about just putting on the gung ho perk? so now im confused as to how gung ho works in accordance to sprint to fire delay when hipfiring. like does it completely remove sprint to fire delay? or is the sprint to fire delay still there, hip firing just doesnt make u stop running?

Ah shit here we go again… which Black Ops Cold war Skin should return?

I know i‘ve been doing a lot of those lately but i think the Cold War caracter skins dont deserve to be forgotten. They had hands down the best ones in the series so far. There are skins for everybody. Realistic military themed ones and over the top ones as well

Plus they‘ve already recycled half of the skins from BOCW anyway so i really dont see a reason not to add them

Why after finishing the tutorial does it automatically kick you into multiplayer mode?

I really want more PRACTICE before I make a fool of myself in front of other players. I KNOW YALL ARE GONNA LAUGH AT ME, but I'm also not used to playing game like this on my phone. I'm almost 30 and grew up with a PS2, XBOX360, and a game cube. I was into older games like Gauntlet and Mortal Kombat. But I wanted to give CODM a try. M13 Liminal Flare looks clean, fast kill effect, not huge and annoying, futuristic theme

Cr 56 Twisted Vision looks cool overall, great gun & kill sound effects, almost looks and feels like a base mythic

while the Kilo Legions Spear looks very detailed as well, i love the spartan theme, very nice gold and red colorway

6/10 gun. I had a fun time using it. Getting longshots took some time but everything else went like a breeze. It's ttk is pretty good. Ads time is nice. It has some nice range and rate if fire. The only thing bad about it is the ads movement speed which absolutely sucks. It around 1m/s. If the ads movement speed were buffed then this would definitely be a top tier gun.

Is tournament ground war extremely unstable for everyone or does my device just suck?

Tournament ground war seems extremely laggy for me. Laggy as in not the network lag, but huge frame drops. Whenever there's a bunch of players, it just freezes for a moment or two. I'm on low graphics max frames. Device can run medium graphics max frames. My phone's got a SD 778G, but seems like it's just not enough for GW.

What device do you guys use? I really wanna know what phones you guys use because I guess if someone's on a tab it's mostly iPads.

2 leggies in a year is plenty. I feel so spoiled. I love it. I'm so excited for the 2024 legendary I hope it's a sniper❤). The m4 especially is incredible.

Thanks for the free game and for the cheap BP. I recommend this game to everyone who loves pvp. Only shooter I've ever played. I don't even want to try another one.

PS : Guys if you think there are aimbots and cheaters and that players use software or hardware enhancements keep going through. You can climb so high in this game without using any BS just your fingers and the base game. At least that's how it is on global.

Everytime I queue into a ranked game I get teamates who are bots, like they can't even get a headshot if the opponent is standing still. Then when I decide maybe it's the ranked queueing system, I get destroyed by players who are most definitely legendary rank in hardpoint shipment, I can end a game with 45/34 and my teamates will be like 5/53. What should I do? Continue getting destroyed by sweats and having bad teamates or quit? Let me know.

I'm devastated because of this...

I bought a new phone recently, and was Hella excited to play CODM. The phone gives 60 fps easily. The game is supposed to run smoothly on my phone, and it is running nicely. The the problem is TOUCH. IF I swipe rapidly, for aiming, it doesn't register touch. YES. I doesn't. At all. It becomes Hella sluggish. I'm pushing above Legendary. This is depressing. Also the edges of my phone don't readily respond to touch at all. Lik is 2-2.5cm of my edge screen is not responding to touch, I can't use it to aim. I also had a problem where my phone just freezed and buttons don't respond. I fixed that all with game mode, and gesture settings. And those things rarely happen. But this touch issue is killing. Please help.
