RUS-79U expectations vs reality

I understand it's a huge leap but I was fully under the impression the new attachment was going to be flashing. The example I was expecting is similar to the strobe light used by Hit Girl in that movie Kick-Ass.

This I feel would have been a fun attachment and with a limited battery would have made the use of it situational where you know enemies will be around the next corner.

Oh well.

Was I the only one? What were you hoping for? I heard that it was supposed to highlight enemies easier?

Favorite buffed weapons?

Favorite weapons that went from zero to hero through patches? Any season is welcomed and I’m curious about older stuff too since I missed out on a lot. Doesn’t have to be game changing either could be a relatively minor buff that still helped some guns out. Couple of my recent favorites are KN-44 (body multipliers), BK57 (increased damage), Hades (too many), Chicom (added three shot range), and HG40 (body/arm multipliers).

Damascus camo locked

I noticed that even when unlocking gold camo for ffar1, I was not being able to unlock the damascus camo for everything. What I did was, I tried scrolling through some weapons and saw the HVK-30 was missing the gold camo (but it does not show as being ‘collected’). Just to let you know, in case you encounter this scenario!

Super resolution make graphics look worse

Has anybody noticed this? Whenever I turn on super resolution it makes the game look worse. Everything is blurry and missing detail. I’m on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. On highest frame rate and medium graphic quality. It looks better without super resolution turned on, I’m wondering if this is just me or a bug

Can the final camo please be changed?

What is the point of grinding if you just get an ugly oil spill on your gun at the end of it.

  • First off, why not bring in your own original animated camo and not a copy of other games?
  • Secondly, remove the squiggly gold and platinum camos! The clean gold and platinum with pure black in between is so much better and cleaner.
  • Thirdly, PLEASE DO THIS. I FEEL LIKE IM GRINDING FOR NOTHING

Shotgun abusers

I don't want to sound like that kind of player (sore loser) but going up against shotgun players who can one tap you on max health and armour is becoming annoying. I you'll say just learn how to use shotguns but that isn't the point. Idk maybe they should nerf them a lil bit. Please don't come at me, this is just an opinion. Who even started the shotgun trend anyways or was it always there?

Clan for MP ranked matches

Are you someone who mostly plays multiplayer ranked matches? Me too! That's why I've created a new clan dedicated to players who want to team up and sweat it out together in ranked.

Eventually the clan will have a minimum rank requirement of Legendary only. But since the season has just reset, if you are GrandMaster rank that is OK.

The clan is new and so it's just me right now :) I'm Level 200 and currently GrandMaster rank and on my way to Legendary. I live in the UK and am active everyday for several hours.

PS. There's no need to play in Clan Wars. You can if you want , but it's not the priority. As mentioned, I am looking for players to play ranked (eventually Legendary) together.

Ipan 9th gen No sound

My little guy plays on the ipad and today it randomly has no sound. Ipad plays sound juat fine, just nor for codm. I dont use the ipad for codm much so im not sure as far as troubleshooting. Do i need to reinstall or what? Thanks in advance

Smoke bomber bug

I was today in a BR match and I came around a bug for the smoke bomber’s ability, I was not able to get any evidence of said bug since I was in the middle of an in game confrontation but it was really notorious.
I was playing as Trap Master but the smoke bomb from my enemies was allowing me to see them, this of course made a great match for me but I still think it would be good to have a look at it and maybe if someone has seen something similar than can come with pictures or something would be amazing

[Meta] Will r/CallOfDutyMobile join the Reedit blackout?

Reddit is making changes (charging overpriced amounts for API calls) that will kill every third party app. Which will remove many quality of life tools not available in the official app. It will reduce accessibility of the site to the visually impaired and other disabled folks. It will also remove a lot of the mod tools that make moderating subs easier.

On June 12 many subreddits are going dark in protest. Some for 48h, some indefinitely. The info post is here, or if you like infographics, here.

Frame rate drops

I'm Experiencing frame rate drops in MP ever since I downloaded the additional downloadable content(operator and weapons skins, models, etc) today.... This has not affected BR at all and the phone shows plenty of storage.

Any idea how to fix this?....

Detonation Dilemma Scorestreaks

How do you best manage to get scorestreaks in S&R-matches? The lowest amount of points required is 400 which roughly equals 4 kills. I‘ve found this pretty hard as most of the time after my 4th kill the game restarts. Any advice on how to do that?

Mythic Redux and new Mythic release date

Hey
I was looking for a mythic gun.
Krig 6, kilo 141 or ak-47.
Does anyone have any idea when one of these will be released again?

And what is the idea of mythic FFAR1, is it going to get a buff? FFAR1 and Oden don't really make sense. They are not particularly effective.

Can we get Tracer ammo for Older mythics please?

Can we please have tracer rounds for older mythics like M13?. I remember M13 already had this feature but then it was scrapped off for some reason. Now if i don't download m13 model and play with M13 mythic equipped as M4, i can see the orange tracer shots.

So why can't we have it?. Is there any specific reason it is removed for older mythic and not implemented for em?

I don't know if it's just me, if it's always been this way, or if I'm just bugging, but lately I've noticed that in BR the shrinking storm circle now always seems to be in the center of the previous circle? M13 vs FFAR 1: Mythic Comparison Question

I watched a new Parker clip where he said the FFAR 1 reminds him of the M13. I have neither mythics, but have used the M13 before and was planning to buy it whenever it comes back.

Do any of you that own the mythic FFAR feel it’s better or has a nicer feel to it than the M13? Or do you think they don’t really have similarities and are for different purposes, i.e. close-mid-long ranges?

So I understand the concept of bots, if theres not enough players they will fill those slots( whether that’s the case or not). But does every one have the same bots? Like, everyone (including myself) all run across LooseyGoosey, PongFongLong, SoccerMom, to name a few. Also, are there different bots after you get to a certain rank? After I ranked up past Master 1, all the bots with daikon in their name stopped showing up.

Came bug I think?

So I've had this for a while. I got plat snipers right.
Then the koshka and zrg came out and I got gold for them, but it wouldn't give me plat, it was still locked no matter what i did and I gave up, fast forward to today where I get gold for the hdr and can't get plat on that either, then went to check the koshka and zrg and the same thing, still can't equip plat cause it still says its locked and I needa get gold for all guns in that category, but I've got all gold snipers and all play snipers before the koshka and zrg, im out of ideas, so anyone know anything?

Tournament seasonal camo crates

Has anyone had the issue when picking a gun from the seasonal camo crate they end up getting the camo for a different gun. For instance I pick the camo for ffar1 and ended up with Cr amax. This isn’t the first time it has happened to me.

Fluorescent TM launcher camos are bugged!!

After acquiring my last missing primary weapon, I received the melee camos that were also missing.

However, I did not receive any of my launcher camos even though the selectable Fluorescent crates showed that I only had one Primary left (and I wouldn’t have received those melees if I was missing primaries.)

While i was casually strolling through world chat messing around with people in asian server , i saw a dude saying he misses his mother, i responded by saying stay strong my guy make her proud. Then he asked me if you wanna play?, He added me and we both played a br game and had a good chat honestly that made me feel so happy knowing that he glad to have fun playing with an Asian server while he was from EU server having ping issues, but still we had great time . How someone use scorestreaks in mode without scorestreaks?

Current mode rotations now have a shipment of 10x10 without streaks. If I understand correctly, then the scorestreaks are blocked and they CANNOT be used. And yet I meet not so good people who spam them. How is this even possible? Can someone explain to me? I don't need the exact method as I don't want to use the scorestreaks myself but I want to know how...

Why doesn’t codm add non specialist game modes to ranked?

Now let me be clear i have no problem with specialist abilities in ranked, because they come in handy in a lot of situations. Although some abilities are more annoying and overpowered than others i still think it would be great to see ranked modes without them. Winning the match would come down to gun skill,movement, game sense and teamwork rather than having bull charges,purifiers,annihilators etc. dominating and spawn trapping.I feel like this would suffice to players who want to have gun fights without having to worry about being absolutely wrecked by the specialist. Now im not saying i would want them to remove the abilities but rather add game modes to the list,perhaps with an option to play w/o them. Obviously this is just an opinion and i know we’ll probably never see the day this happens but what do you guys think? Would you want something like this to be added into the game?

[BUG?] Joystick stuck problema

I have a few days already having problems with the joystick, when I'm moving it suddenly stops responding, causing me to get stuck. Any solution?

In the video you can see how for a moment I stopped moving because the joystick behaves as if I had released it.

I already tried to lower graphics, I tried to change sensitivity. But all with no results yet.

Servers getting worse because of poorly devs decisions of adding useless shit.

At every match I played there's a chance that my match will be frozen and unplayable.You know why? Because the devs are adding shit features(except the Music Lobby)that makes the game slower and uses more data.
Even though that I have fast Wifi(8ms-13ms in Cod Mobile and 0ms in Cod blops cw).Could the devs just make a season out of fixing every fucking bug and also improving the fucking servers because if the trend of adding new stuff is increasing,the app will not work on medium-end devices and it will require the most expensive phones or adding it to the Console.

key mapping not working.

The Truth About FFAR-1: It isn't as bad as you think 🤔 (explanation in the comments)

FFAR is being heavily criticized in the circles I'm part of, and I think otherwise.

1st is the criticism towards its range. The base gun may not seem impressive but we have barrels which improve the range by 50% giving FFAR very impressive range profile.

2nd is criticism to its bullet speed. The base bullet speed is slightly faster than M13, thereby FFAR doesn't have bad bullet speed. We can use it for playing versatile. I use Taskforce Barrel which improves the bullet speed further giving FFAR one of the best bullet speed among full-auto weapons. Takedown Barrel is risky as it offers great range boost but we get worse bullet speed than base (due to using Agency Supp) why I recommend using Taskforce Barrel instead (for in-depth bullet speed stats, they are in the analysis video)

3rd is recoil. I don't know why, but people think FFAR has unpredictable recoil pattern, which isn't true. The recoil has a pattern where it goes up-right-left-up again, and we can easily control it by doing "just pull down" + towards left-right and down again. Even if you use Taskforce Barrel (which makes recoil worse) FFAR can still be beamed with.

4th is hitbox. FFAR will need headshots if you want to improve the Potential TTK. And right now, it can only be improved in the 1st range (need 1 headshot) and in the infinite range (need 1 headshot iirc). This may seem worse than weapons like UL736, but when you consider how quickly FFAR shoots, the lack of hitbox doesn't adversely affects the performance either.

5th is fire rate. FFAR has the fastest assault rifle fire rate in CODM. And it can be a good thing as well as a bad thing. As a pro, it makes missing shots less punishing and doesn't give us issues with bullet speed at long range since we fire so many bullets in quick succession. BUT as a con we burn through the mag quickly and will need to reload frequently. This isn't a disadvantage as FFAR has fast reload cancel speed thanks to the mag, but I don't consider fast fire rate to be an advantage. Medium fire rate like on guns ...

Question

How do points in mp ranked actually work? Like, I get it’s a win or lose points situation, but I feel like it’s just random. I play a bunch of matches where all my team has higher scores than the other, and we lose by like 2 points, and I go down like 50 something points, and when you win you go up by like 35- 47 points.

Also, is there a perk or something that allows you to not show up on the handheld scanner? I’ve played matches against a guy who doesn’t show up on the tablet scanner, but does on the minimap. I know there a perk that lets you go undetected on the minimap, but he showed up on that. And also he managed to survive like 30 something round from a m13 at prime range, then shredded my with a bizon, like come on.

I spent months dealing with the cod mobile ranked gameplay team matchmaking and it is The most frustrating thing to deal with. Ive been on team after team of straight killers, everyone does thie job capping, killing, winning. But this is pro rank and under????? So i keep ranking up by myself in more and more matches , and the enemies slowly forget how to even operate a digital firearm let alone a handheld mobile device…one by one. Afk this afk that. there are even compensation crates you receive for someone leaving your team and at some point in the higher ranks, cod mobile STOPS giving you crates because it would be a source of infinite money… Doesn’t even capture spawn domination point, they run right past (lets say ) A and right past B to the enemy capture location (C) and try to cap wothout even touching our teams points???And its like every time im paired with players looking and playing like just downloaded cod mobile for the first time while the enemy just recharged thier brand new FFAR bright blade or m13 morningstar and spectre mythic charachter . Ive just been taking rigged Ls. Ive been mvp every single match with 20-60 plus kills and multiple cleanup and self captures while my team limps around the map wondering how to gun. EVEN REGULAR GAMES like shipment are screwing me while the enemy can use scoresteaks all day i have a big fhat 🔒over my scorestreaks… like what is this game:/

I hit legendary rank 2 seasons ago. Last season i tried to do that again but they put me in pro/master for the reset. I came in teams with noobs and didnt play ranked much more bc it was not much fun now. I was happy when i saw that this season there is a 3 match matchmaking to put u in a better fitted rank. IT DOESNT WORK AT ALL! I played al 3 games like in the screenshot and they put me in to gd pro 2. Please fix this Activision cause i love the ranking point system just this is quitte a problem.

But more then 2/3 of the kills on my own and pro ll is really a problem

Why they removed the capability of double kill

Hello

i was knocked down after review clip, I put :

27+27+27+32+32+32+32+32+32+27

So 300 damage on the guy. He still alive and I died.

So I joined a private PP with a friend, and we fire in same time at 300m eachother to maximize chances of double kill. We registered each other a hitmark but only one has died, the other has no damage registered except in battle report.

Bullets should be keep alive if the operator die.

Why is the matchmaking so ????

I've been grinding since the new reset for S3 (I believe?) and I have reached GM4 however, I can't even get past GM4 because of the matchmaking ???? Its all GM1s or duos with M3s and GM1s and its so hard to rank up because of this?

I heard thats its supposed to be based on the skill but I believe my skills does not suck as much because why would they give me awful teammates and really really strong opponents that could go up to 10 kills a match :///

Yesterday I almost went up to GM5 (one game suppsoedly) but then codm had to ruin it by giving me the worse teammates possible :// to make it worse, I wasn't given a shield even if they already put up a rule that a rank shield should be given after a certain amount of minus is given :/// literally, NONE.

Is there any way I could report this since I can't find a report button in the app? Please help me, I lost like over 10 games already its making so frustrated.

So I managed to activate two nukes at the same time. Here's why.

So I was playing my first match of the day in Casual MP Hardpoint Rust. I managed to get a nuke, since the lobby was full of bots anyway. And just when I had fully activated it, I died. And when I respawned, I noticed that I could activate another nuke, which is kinda weird. So, as you guessed it, I activated the nuke immediately. I got two nukes in a row without even trying and with a bug, lmao.

Mythic tracer rounds not working

I recently bought the bright blade mythic and went up to mythic level 4 just for the tracer rounds. When playing in game they are still not showing up. Does anyone know how to add this Ingame? I feel like my money was stolen because it's not cheap and there's no clear way of adding the new tracer round. The tracer round BTW is called eternal dazzle when you bought the ffar 1 bright blade. I have fixed distance sensitivity, with an acceleration value of 300, standard sensitivity of 100 and ads sensitivity of 300. In the firing range, i rotate 270 degrees within a fixed distance that i swipe on my screen, but in multiplayer games, with that same distance of swiping, turn no more than 180 degrees.

Why is it that my sens suddenly drops when i join a game?

I am a regular player and have been playing CODM since launch.
Been playing on wifi for more than a year now.
In this new season the game doesn't run on wifi the ping (latency) in game goes above 100 and is not at all playable.

How realistic is it to be good at quickscoping using two fingers, and if possible, how to train myself to do it?

Basically the title. I like to play relaxed, and hence don't really want to go four fingers, wanted to know if it was possible for me to get good at quickscoping using two thumbs. If yes, please let me know how to approach that.

Also, Currently I use the ads hold and release to shoot, but it looks like scoping with one finger, then shooting with another, then cancelling the scope in quick succession is way faster. Is that true, or there is some way by tweaking the settings I can get the ads hold and release to perform as fast as the latter?

People just keep hyping up classic because of the nostalgia but it sucks so bad. And i bet the player base is not even 10% of what US had.

Desperato gets stuck in a wall.

Something that really fucking annoys me is when you get knocked by someone as desperato and the fucking character gets stuck inside a wall or object. You can’t even move to use your passive. You’re literally stuck in place and can’t do shit and it fucking irritates me.

Hey guys , this is my first post here just a quick question on stuff that happened yesterday when i was trying out for a team

Ok i was playing this game for a very long time but was never really consistent with it cuz i didn't have time and i also focused on some pc games. Now that i have time and started playing this seriously i love this game and i wanted to join any good team to improve my skills , my friend who started playing last season went to grandmaster and this season also he is grandmaster ( as i can see my stats mine shit compared to him ) but i win every 1v1 with him. So when the tryouts happened , we played 1v1 with a team player we both lost. But i got 16/20 and he got 13/ 20 still they sent me this text saying i am not fit to be in their team while he got in and they called him to play scrims and stuff i dont really understand ( i am not jealous and stuff, just confused) what made them choose him over him ?? Is it just the rank ?? Should I delete my game and play candy crush just like my friend says ??( My hand just won't stop shaking lol

Future leggy draws

Codm-ers of Reddit, what are some proper military type legendary operator draw ideas? Include operator, legendary weapon, good epic weapon, and something else you would pay for. Basically, list the only 3-4 things in a draw you would even care about. Try not to include allny weapons or operator already made into a legendary. (We’re hoping some devs are lurking in our Reddit threads, so have open minds here)So far, with the exception of reaper ashura with m4lmg salamander, I believe the legendary weapon is always a secondary: the butterfly knife, shorty, renetti, 50gs, kali sticks, dobvra/makarov, crossbow, and that disc thrower thing that everbody hates. For me, maybe legendary Alex, legendary boxing glove( I don’t know, everything realistic like a sawed off shot gun/pistol or knife is already used.), epic m13 with good custom sights, and maybe a epic k9 or equalizer skin. How about y’all’s ?

Shots not registring on zipline

Okay so idk if this issue has been addressed before or not but I wanted to know if it's only me and my friend facing this issue. And the issue/bug is that whenever in BR you shoot at a player using a zipline our shots don't register at all. Like the opponent takes zero damge. If anyone else has faced a similar issue on mobile do let me know because we play on gameloop and its possible this issue is limited to gameloop experience.

Hidden System Overload Draw

For some reason going to the Lucky Draw Coupon is the only way to access this Draw unless it happens to be in your For You Draw which is not the case for me. Desperado Class Buff Idea

Desperado sucks but has so much potential. It just needs a few buffs to make it good.

The class’s problems are the fact you can take damage during the knockdown animation and don’t get enough ammo, or a good enough weapon for the passive to ever work.

The way to fix it is simple. Make you immune to damage during the knockdown animation or remove the animation. Then give us a better pistol like .50 with more then 1 clip of ammo.

It don’t need to be buffed like crazy by giving us 3+ clips with an Lcar9 or Dobvra. Just like 2 clips with a .50 and not dying before the passive can even activate.

Is there any way to remove or dull teammate names? It needs to be 2 or 3 times to reach legendary to get the crate since 6 at that point you’re asking sanity to be gone.

Ranked Unbalanced Af

Why is masters the worst rank in existence, it's literally impossible to progress through with either bots who turned up the aimbot to max or 15+ time legendaries plauging the lobbies with top meta weapons and making the match a living hell, especially since you can't leave after getting s**t on 20+ times by them. For the love of God, please fix the ranked system. This game is starting to lose its appeal and I want to lose my mind.

10vs10 shipment (no scorestreaks), no attachments - All AR, LMG, SMG challenge

Thought of making full use of the 10vs10 shipment to get camos of the guns we don't generally use.

So, came up with this challenge with my girlfriend to play 3 games together with every AR, LMG and SMG - without any attachments.

I am losing till now. Join us in this challenge and post your scores.

Also added an image of the loadout we are using for this challenge.

PS: There was a bug during a couple of EM2 matches and we were able to use the scorestreaks. Hated the scope on that thing. Never played with it before.

Is it impossible to get longshot on shorty?

I played a boat load of matches but haven't gotten a single longshot point i tried to go for what most pistols consider a longshot when that didn't work I tried SMG longshot distance but slugs won't hit even if I aim dead center on a forward moving bot it still won't hit.

what are these queue times?

im still master rank at this point of time, honeslty its by choice. i started late cause i been staying late and doing more hours at the job. i come back to ranked and the queue times are insanely long, like i have sat there for 300 seconds and still not found a game. i dont have the patience for this. im bored before i can even find a game. ik codm said they would look into this but it seems like its worse then last season. can the queue times please be adjusted or something

Sensitivity Bug

Does anyone else have an issue where their main Account/Facebook account has different sensitivity values?

I have more than one account on my phone and when i try to use an account that I log in via the COD website, the account seems to have a different type of sensitivity. Compared to my main account, it's much slower. The main account I use, I log in via Facebook.

I made a sensitivity share code and it's the exact same on both accounts but my main account seems to have a much slower base sensitivity. Does anyone else have this issue? I seem to have so many bugs on my Facebook account, from Display Pictures showing incorrectly from release, to the buttons not being left in the spot where it seems to be in the Custom HUD.

Cheater or Bug in the 10v10 No Scorestreaks Shipment mode

This guy was using Swarm, Cluster Strike and Predator Missiles in the 10v10 Shipment (No Scorestreaks) mode that's currently active, he stopped using them after I called him out in all chat, but absolutely butchered us because by the second half, it was just myself and 1 other actual player on my team because everyone else left.

FFAR is BETTER than CBR4 and Here's Why

A rebuttal to "FFAR bad" comments & opinions

—

Range

CBR4 has 0-21m of 300ms TTK & 35m of 375ms TTK (which is the effective range) [this is with the common build which uses Marksman barrel]

base FFAR has 20m of 264ms TTK (defeats CBR4 in this range)
and 35m of 330ms TTK (but due to bullet speed has 33ms slower TTK i.e. 363ms which is comparable to CBR4)

► FFAR has a better "consistent" range & will defeat CBR4 in these ranges (assuming both guns are hitting their shots properly & not missing shots)

BUT

CBR4 has better "potential" TTK (225ms TTK till 13m) which we can get by hitting 2 out of 4 shots around the Chest area (chest + arms)

i.e. CBR4 can "potentially" defeat FFAR in 13m range, if we can aim in this hitbox area, but FFAR will CONSISTENTLY defeat CBR4 otherwise

​

AND

FFAR can improve the range + bullet speed with Taskforce Barrel (giving us 24m of 264ms TTK & 42m of 330ms TTK which is impressive range stats)

and people think Bullet Speed is a con, but Bullet Speed is slower by 2F or 33ms usually in the effective range (i.e. 363ms which is good, FFAR won't perform bad due to bullet speed)

for in-depth Bullet Speed + other stats, can check the CBR4 vs FFAR analysis.

Conclusion of this segment: FFAR has a better range profile and will defeat CBR4 usually, with CBR4 having the capability to defeat FFAR only in 13m range & if FFAR aimer misses their shots, BUT

—

Movement & Handling

FFAR can strafe faster if you build it for playing aggressive (with Ultralight Barrel) and it has 4.3 m/s of ADS Movement which will help it evade bullets compared to 3.8 m/s on CBR4

If you use Taskforce Barrel then we have 3.88 m/s so CBR4 vs FFAR gunfights will come down to aim in those situations (and ranges as well)

The ADS Speed & Sprint to Fire are equivalent (1F slower ADS Speed on FFAR i.e. 16.66ms which is inconsequential, and with Taskforce the Movement is similar for the differences to not matter)

Conclusion of this segment: FFAR can have better move...

I know the containers are old news and some people are tired of reading new posts about them, but I had a thought. When the Mythic Spectre draw was happening, you could go around br to collect bits of information to redeem parts of a special comic. Do you all think this is something similar? It’s not the best theory, but what else would they be used for? It’s not like the devs are letting you freely collect stuff that you could use for something useful. Thoughts?

As a Gay Gamer, I really just want to play and support the game we love

After learning about the Call of Duty controversy involving Nickmercs, I was seriously concerned.

I love playing Call Of Duty. It was one of my outlets when I first came out as gay. It is where I find a bit of happiness as I have very few friends.

It looks like Call Of Duty is in trouble for giving support to us LGBT folks.

I hope most of the people here are understanding and supportive as we need to band together as a community now, more than ever.

Scoreing on clan war

So I joined a clan for the first time after playing for a couple years, and I’m wondering how wars are scored. Just won a 10v10 kill confirmed match got 73 kills, dropped 2 nukes and collected most of my kills, and got fourth place. MVP had 41 kills. I’m not really a competitive player, but really? Are they scored differently than normal or ranked matches? Help please!
