The legit way to play CODM on a UMPC like Steam Deck?

I've been playing CODM mostly on my phone. I did look into playing the game on computers, but since emulators or using kbd/mouse seems to be the reason for an account ban, I never really got to actuall try it.

I got my Steam Deck last August, and I've been thinking it would be really nice if I was able to play CODM on this thing. Are there any legitimate way to play CODM on UMPCs like this, without risking banned account?

I think my account got hacked, what to do?

I've played codm before but stopped playing around April 2021. I actually downloaded the game tonight and saw in my history that matches from MP, BR and zombies were played starting from January 2022. Matches were played every day or every other day, however I never played cod during this time until this evening. I use my Facebook account to link the game but even with that I'm very careful with not linking games with my fb account on other devices. I'm still using the same device when I started playing in 2019, so I never accessed codm on other devices and with this I'm confused on how my account got hacked. I tried asking support but nothing really helped me

Redemption center Verification error

this guy dropped a video about every redeem code in codm(global and garena) so i tried to check the global codes to see if they still works, but i cant seems to pass the verfication, no matter how many times i try it says "verification failed or Verification code error"

The unluckiest game in history..

So normally I'm pretty good at BR, but do you ever have those games where literally nothing goes your way and you look like a lvl 5 noob...Well that just happened 1) drop rivertown, first building, no weapons or ammo, second building, no weapons but some ammo, get downed by a pro with a shotgun 2)luckily gets saved and the guy gets killed 3)after getting hardly any loot as everything had been got, we moved to the farm for the power up, all 4 of us sliding, no enemies, I'm downed by a sniper, no one else shot.

  1. get saved again, run to barn, no sign or movement from enemy, 1 enemy hiding in the roof and shoots me as I walk in but kills me. 5)get tags scanned and land at same place as team, literally as I land, a car comes by and hits me the second I land and I get knocked but saved, 6) we all get the chopper to a crate where I get my good weapon and we move to franking tower, as we go there are no enemies so we start to advance, I turn the corner with no warning and a team of 4 have been waiting out of sight, I go to hit the fire button which is super sensitive but this time, refuses to work, I'm gunned down and my team get killed..

how do you guys even play that move around in mp so much

i just played a shipment ffa match and all the guy was doing was jumping and moving around. it was as if he was trying to avoid being shot more than he was doing the shooting. i don't get it. it was so annoying, i couldn't get a clear shot on him so had to switch to my melee and got him. maybe that was the point of his strategy. often times with guys like these i'm able to get them with one shot, but i just started using shotgun so i'm still getting used to it. how do you play like this?

Hacker From Oceania Server

I keep running into this hacker while playing shipment map since the last month. For some reason he only shows up on that map only. Never seen him in any other matches while playing different maps in MP. He's definitely using Aimbot, radar hack and speed hack. Activision won't ban him because he's buying weapon and character skins. One less paying customer if they ban him. I've been seeing a lot of these hackers from Australia and New Zealand lately. Our Oceania server was much better before. Report him if you can.

PROBLEMS THAT ARE RUINING MY EXPERIENCE:

  1. SOFT CHEATERS: THESE CHEATERS are fake pros, they ensure that their gameplay looks legit but they could be using wall hacks and aimbot. AFTER a lot of practice I am easily able to detect these cheaters and developers need to solve this issue right away.

  2. Matchmaking issue: Matchmaking in some servers like Ireland (where iferg lives, he is the biggest codm youtuber) is extremely slow in MP matches, meanwhile in Indian servers, players get matched against other players from different servers, causing ping difference. This is because of SBMM, in populated region like asia, players can get matched against each other easily by SBMM which leads to players getting matched against different server players. In low populated regions where codm players are less, SBMM forces the matchmaking to take a lot of time because the game is trying to find equally skilled players. They must remove SBMM so we stop getting tough matchmaking and unstable servers.

NOBODY analyses rare opinions in codm community like these, instead simpletons and dumb players who do not have any logical analysis always mention the word "skill issue" because they are TRASH AT MAKING ARGUMENTS!!! I NEED TO CURSE THE DEVELOPERS BECAUSE IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE THEM REALISE MY FRUSTRATION!!!!
I WILL SWITCH TO WARZONE MOBILE FOR SURE WHEN IT RELEASES.

This is my final warning, if you do not take this seriously then I will either download V.I.P hacks myself and streamsnipe every single youtuber I could find to make you realize how easy it is to get away with hacking, or I will give tips for cheaters to cheat like a PRO on YOUTUBE and NOBODY WILL STOP ME. FUCK YOU DEVELOPERS, FUCK YOUR MOTHERFUCKING GAME.

Players who never accept opinions related to hack related accusations are usually soft cheaters themselves and they do not want themselves to be exposed!

Need some help regarding Zombies

Well, I've played zombies since it was first added to CoDM, and right now my maximum in endless is 35 rounds with a single partner. Doing the stairs strategy. He chose poltergeist and I chose trap master with Cooling Barrel RPD and sniper SVD as weapons. We drank all the sodas and PaP'ed the guns to lvl 8 or 9 before dying.

The bullets were running out pretty fast on the SVD, and yea the cooldown was annoying.

So what did we do wrong and how could I improve it, just wanted to reach about round 40-50 before the season ends.

Activision shut down BOIII today. For those of you that don't know, you can look at Mr.TLexify video I've linked. In short, BOIII was the only way to safely play Black Ops 3 online period, wether it was multi-player, or zombies, custom zombies, or anything connected to the internet. Hackers now have all sorts of free reign over your private information including doxing and hacking you.

Activision what the fuck is wrong with you? I thought EA and Rockstar Games was bad. You are actively attacking people who clearly make your old IPs better and safe from hackers and subpar human beings that just wanna ruin people's lives. You have effectively killed off Black Ops 3. And we already know Plutonium will be next.

I say this to the community here, that's probably not going to listen to me, and probably belittle and poke fun at my attempts to boycott a huge multi-billion dollar Corp, everyone telling me not to tell them what not to do with their money.

This is serious. We have to stand up and start a movement. Stop buying microtransactions. Cod Mobile is falling apart bad right now. Go to that sub. People can't log in, people can't view events, there are so many bugs and glitches occurring it looks like a game that just came out, not one that's been out for 3 years. Stop buying lucky draws. We cannot continue to support a company that does not give a shit on a stick about us.

We have to show them up, by doing the one thing they fear the most. Stop buying their games. I encourage everyone on this sub, from the 7 year olds to 70 year olds, to start spreading the word. No matter HOW GOOD MW3 looks, we cannot buy it. What ever comes out this year, no matter how much it plucks out nostalgia strings, we cannot buy it. We have to show activision enough is enough. We have to cause panic during the next quarter investor call. We need to make Xbox fear their investment into Activis...

Is it possible for a person to be invited to a team, even if they did not share their code. I just received a invite, but I have not shared my code with anyone? What are the chances we are getting the 2nd anniversary BP in the BP Vault? The one where the holger anodized is at? I really want that open sight for the holger.

I really wanted the holger 26 anodized from the 2nd Anniversary BP. It has a real clean sights. I mean. The stock irons on the holger is fine. I could use an optic if I want to but I don't want to loose any attachment. That open iron sight will help alot to avoid tunnel vision when engaging the enemy. And faster acquisition of targets because the ring from the rear sight wont hinder the surrounding. I've already mastered it and named it Pluvia Doloris and I already have the diamond camo for it. I also unlocked the red sprite camo for it thru the crates from tournaments.

Looking for a team

Looking for a team in championship, immin EU Grand Master 3 and can commit to all games. Sick of discord and all that rubbish I just want to paly CODM. So trying on here as discord is a mess.

Server change

I've been ranting about server lags, about how we get log out in game, and how each time I log in there's a timeout. Despite all of this, I still play the game. Cause I can still have fun playing it, I actively enjoy playing this game which despite making me rage due to delays and server shit. I still am playing it.

But now wtf? My server heck my whole community's server suddenly change going into Japan, like bruh. It was fine when we were at the Indian server. At least we were at a level playing field, but now enemies be like superman (that's without skills like smoke bomber and such), like how the fuck does a smoke bomber run faster than a 2 seater mustang?

I know it's probably the server coming to an update but still come on I can't even play a single game for fun anymore, I just have to sweat just to have a kill. Yea yea I know "sweating is kinda how the game works" but come on . At least return us back to indian servers, how the fuck does teleporting from India to Japan even make any sense. Godammit!

Sorry for letting out my frustrations but if not for the fact that Ive already invested in this shit. I would just quit the game entirely. I mean come on, each time I log in time out, even when I log in the game just shows the background, now even if I log in and has the tabs on, the freaking event tabs go out, now even even if all the things worked as planned. Once I start in game it gives me the fuckin "bruh server not detected bullshit". And I have to restart all that shit again. Tell me if that ain't bullshit

EMP effects still continues after my death

After the end of my second match of snd, I was hit with EMP tactical and died. After I died, the effects were there even on opponents screen which I thought would disappear after I respawn. When I respawned, the effect stayed with me until the end of the game lmao.

What melee weapons are on the game

Hello there!
I am semi-new player. And my playstyle is something like camo grind. And with this game I meeted a problem on platinum grind in melee category. In others weapon categories and overall on CODs if I do not have some weapon, game shows you it as a locked. But here I can't see every avaible melee weapon on CODM. So my question is - How many melee weapons are here in the game, what are them and how to get them?

So a day ago my I got a message saying my account has been logged in from a different location so I immediately changed my Facebook password and thought I'll be fine and I contacted support in game and they took forever to respond asking if I have access to my Facebook of cod account and I Said yes and whatever but today I had a whole back and forth getting g logged out of my account by the hacker and long story short I'm not completely logged out of my account which I spent thousands on also 1000+ hours and I've messaged codm on the website and they just say I've got to message them in game but please tell me how the f am I supposed to do that when my account is now in the hands of someone else also I keep getting and authorization error whenever I try log in my point is guys if anyone anyone knows what I can do to get my account back please help me I'm begging you guys I've spent so much time and money on this account and it breaks me knowing it might be gone forever

authorization error 5b1202, suddenly can't login

Everything was fine yesterday but today I just can't seem to login. I always login automatically over Facebook, because I like having a silly cat as my profile pic rather than one of the ingame ones. It's the only thing I even use that FB account for. But now I'm always getting the authorization error 5b1202 message.

None of the solutions I've googled worked. I've deleted my cache, data, maps, I've restarted my phone, and even uninstalled and reinstalled both Facebook and cod. Nothing works. On those posts I saw some posts from other people from today experiencing the same issue though. Any ideas?

Anyone else got this repair for dynamic resources?

I was so happy to see this, thought they finally fixed the event tab issue etc. but no. After a long wait. The game loaded up and my screen looked like that. Everything was gone. Restarted the app. It was the SAME. Restarted the device and finally had the icons in place but nothing was fixed. Event tab is gone, some things are locked saying I’m not level 10 🤦‍♂️ wtf? Im afraid that next season this game will be totally unplayable 💔

How to see if I’m banned without Activision Account?

Hi everyone, I tried to log into my account today and It gives me an error code. I looked up how to check if I’m banned but the only way I could find was to fill out a ban appeal and if I’m not banned, it will tell me there is no banned account with that name.

But I don’t have an Activision account. I log in with my facebook account because when I try to connect with my apple it says its already connect to some old account I guess I made when it first came out.

I’ve only been playing for a month but I was improving a lot and I spent money on there. I got my first two gold weapons and almost got my first diamond. This may not be a big deal to a lot of people but back when I was playing COD on console in like 2013 I wasn’t very good and while I prestiged a few times I never got any gold or diamond weapons and I am so much better than back then somehow? It seems my hand eye coordination is better even though I’m older than back then. Probably parenting lol.

I just really want to keep my account and the money I put into it and cannot think of any reason I would be banned but idk why else I can’t log in. I tried to log into my spouses account and it worked so it’s just my account logging in with facebook. I play on an iPad with an old Xbox controller and never played on glass except once and it was too sensitive, but that one time was yesterday. Would that do something? I normally only play against other controller players so maybe they thought I was using a controller yesterday when I wasn’t? I don’t see how, I got my ass kicked. Also I had to leave a match in ranked yesterday, once because my son hurt himself and the second time because my controller glitched out and wouldn’t work. I was stuck running in a circle and touch controls didn’t work since the controller was connected. They kept me from playing ranked for 5 minuets and that’s fair but would I get permabanned for it?

COD Mobile Down - login Auth Error

COD Mobile is down and multiple users reporting for a 24 hour period they are unable to login. Many users receiving login authorization error 5B1202 and it’s not resolved by normal troubleshooting. (Reinstallation, cache clear, etc).

They haven’t announced any outage. Meanwhile those with scheduled broadcasts are waiting for any word on an ETA.

It’s been an entire day since reports were made about server issues and now leading to no login capabilities. Can someone please address the community? Isn’t that standard procedure for managing an application?

I'm currently in a clan and I can't just send a message to the clan leader unless I'm friends or whatever with them.

Are you supposed to be able to shoot through walls?

If yes, what determines whether a wall will block a bullet or not? I quite literally just had a guy kill me by shooting through a wall. Definitely a hacker since the replay showed him carefully line up the first shot then move on only to realize it didn't kill me and thus swing back around to shoot me twice more. But I don't know if shooting through the wall was hacking as well.

  • I recently received a 7 day ban on my main account. I came to this subreddit for guidance/support but was met with accusations of VPN/Emulator. I was very frustrated and confused because I don't use any of that. I set upon myself to back track what I did previously on my main account. I traced my steps and realized I was closing and reopening the app multiple times because I was going back and forth from the game to my photo gallery. Why? I was trying to position every single button from my old hud to the correct position and sizing. This must of triggered something in the game and it deemed my activity "abnormal". I tested my theory with an alt account and here is what I found!

For anyone missing the EVENTS tab

My problem with timeouts and needing to relogin started a few weeks ago and as the days passed, I also started missing the Events tab more and more. It has gotten worse in the last week. The last few days I could not load it even once, despite restarting CODM like 10 to 20 times, while I have a fast internet connection.

Today I decided to try this:

  1. Logout from your CODM account (make sure you have it linked to an Activision or any other type of account)
  2. Return to the main login screen where you can choose Guest, Activision Account, etc..
  3. On the top right there is a transparent, but visible maintenance (repair) button, go there
  4. Choose "Delete the latest update" and confirm this choice
  5. It will ask you to restart CODM, do so, and it will start repairing by redownloading the latest files. This was about 230mb for me.
  6. When it is done, login again as usual

This somehow immediately gave me the Events tab after a pretty fast login.. so I took the opportunity to quickly grind stuff that you cannot get rewards for without the tab (like Featured events).

I hope this is a permanent solution, and if not... hopefully it will at least work everytime you apply this fix (as a workaround), until they freaking fix this...

I'll summarize this as much as I can:

His main account was banned for 7 Days, he made an Alt and tried doing what might have been the reason why he got banned.

He logged in the game 15 times in a Row and he got banned on his Alt, he made a 3rd alt and tried it again but he has it recorded and this time it was 29 times and he is trying to figure a good way to publish it. It was the same result, 7 days ban-

TLDR: Constantly logging in the game causes you to get banned for 7 days

is it just bots in ranked up until elite-pro?

my opponent always performs so terribly.. it may just be a gap in skill level (am semi sweaty with 5 finger claw setup), but they always perform so terribly in gunfights that even if i make a mistake i still win, so must be bots, right? but then sometimes i get likes from the opponent, wtf? can bots do that? and if who i am competing against is just bots, then every. single. ranked game is just bots?? i've only had a few encounters where i am 100% sure the person on the other end was a real player, and it was only because they were half competent at the game, i've only seen this in elite and pro so far (i barely play rank, i only come onto the game once in a while)

I'll be honest, this sub is probably better off banned(same goes to the entire codm community in general)

Let's get this elephant out of the room, THAT military theme, THAT "me want brown and cool and edgy and slow soldier flag man bp" shit is really, REALLY is becoming repititive.

This sub is really unpleasesable, and probably will be stay like that if they get want they want, blantant and obivious hyprocisy, they always want to find somthing to complain,somthing to excuse to call devs like a blind, deaf and disabled like making fun of disabled people is "funny".

And some minor(major in thier views) problems that i admit, will make controversial hot takes.

•STOP FUCKING MOANING ABOUT CUSTOM IRON SIGHTS. THEY ARE LITERALLY JUST MINOR TRINKETS AND NOTHING ELSE. JUST POINT AT THE ENEMY AND SHOOT. JUST ONE ENEMY AND NOTHING FUCKING ELSE. IT DOESNT GIVE YOU AN ADVANTAGE. OPTICS CAN ZOOM IN BUT DOESNT MAKE ANY CLEARER. JESUS CHRIST.

•signature attachments are not always useless, the reason they addes it to make more variety, even it doesnt help, its still better than one minor atttachment that have little help or thing that have wall of cons.

•zombies lacking content isnt the problem, the entire concept of cod zombies is lackluster to be honest, you just run around shoot zombies with bigger abilities disguised under a deep storyline and bullshit, i fucking never get it how people love this concept, it just felt like playing the same way and stratergy except doing bullshit things to find funny less-than-3-minutes video that have most covuluted lore or a funny picture, most of its fun is just a glorfied point-and-click adventure that you find funny stuff disguised in a repititive zombie shototer.

•the timeout and event tab issues is more like an server/device issue rather than the game, which i personally felt annoyed when people post these without putting the specs on and no elaborating. Which i have played in garena and simply put, i have mostly no issues.

Ways To Actually Make a Good Military Themed BP.

Custom Iron Sights -
I know, they don't change much to the weapons but it makes it feel just a little different, and because if it doesn't, people will complain that it's "too plain" and "looks like it didn't even change".

Custom/Redesigned Model -
Maybe change the M4 to look like an actual M4 (our stock M4 is based off of LVOA-C) or maybe make it look like an MK18, change the AK47 to look a bit like an AK12, Rytec could be turned into a Barret M82, etc.

Custom Attachment Model -
If the blueprint has a x4 they could change it to look like an Acog Trijicon, if it has a Red dot they could change it to look like a Coyote Reflex Sight, change model of the grip, laser, muzzle etc.

Classic Operators -
Idk, add price and ghost in there, probably gaz or soap ez you'd have the fanboys buying that shit.

Underated/Undiscussed Operators -
Remember McMillan? The grass guy? Would be cool to see him in-game, Ramirez? Nikolai? The SAS from COD4 Cargo ship mission? make up some bs names and make em wear their uniforms and gas masks, how about the Shadow Company? or just add another Mil-Sim operator idk.

I like the colorful fantasy anime stuff but from time to time we need a little bit of reality too y'know?

Long story short, just make the guns look completely different from what they're supposed to look like and make the operators look like.. human idk.

Does lower FOV help with aim?

I'm using an ipad pro 6th gen, and it's fairly large. I've been using 90 FOV, but was wondering if there's any correlation between FOV and aim? Some people seem to think that lower FOV can help make your aim more accurate, but idk.

Also, when you adjust your FOV, your sensitivity may need to be adjusted accordingly?

Where my SKS users at?!

I mean the latest legendary SKS is coming out and no one is talking about it or into it. So over the last season I switched to 4 finger claw and discovered SKS is AMAZING--ranked in the 40's globally now. Anyway, is there anyone else excited about the new skin or feel like the SKS user base is tiny?! Had to rant.

Just an idea, but wouldn't it be cool to have a status so that other players know you are not actively playing at the moment....taking a break, checking my score, or something like that. So many times I'll hop on and 'work on my load out' and get 20 requests to play. Seems like it would help everyone (those requesting too) to know if you're not actively looking for a game? What the eff is wrong with the transform shield in multiplayer???

Recently, everytime I try to activate my transform shield the game gives me a message that I can't place it here. I then have to click it a second time in the SAME EXACT LOCATION, and then it deploys.

Additionally, if I try to deploy canine while I'm on the main deck, on the Hijacked map, the dog either deploys down in the hull, or in the water (if I happen to be on that side platform on the edge of the yacht).

The only way to get the dog to appear on the main deck, is if you're all the way at the very end of the ship.

CODM needs to fix their broke-ass game.

My 5 reasons why Firebreak is more goated then Mace

1: Firebreak is a literal fire bending master with his Molotovs, Purifier and Reactor core

2: his strength is in the goat tier not god tier cause Templar and Ghost is there

3: he has a reason why he likes fire cause in the Black Ops 4 cutscene we see him as a young lad who killed and burned his father’s apartment with his father inside to save his sister from him

4: he is OP in other cods and having a skin in Call of Duty Mobile and his loveable flammenwerfer he is unstoppable

M13 needs to be redone.

There's two issues with this gun at the moment. Setting it up as an smg it's still too slow to compete with other 4 shot smgs up close. Setting it up as an AR pretty much makes it so that you have to play too passive. The bullet speed buff for the heavy long barrel is not even noticeable in multi-player modes. Rarely ever see the m13 now in ranked as there are 10 or more better assault rifles than this thing currently. Maybe return the upper body multipliers while reducing the fire rate, to make it feel more like an assault rifle. Sucks ass with an smg setup and sucks even more ass as an assault rifle.

We know dev can do this but we cant let them waste this camo on a legendary blueprint, this should be a legendary camo, and it could be bought like bo2 camos, once purchased it can be applied to all guns, they charge 15 dlls for it instead of 2 dlls but I really hope they port this into codm (kn44 doesn't count)

BR is unplayable with the fucking M4

Everytime I lose a gunfight it’s against the M4. I play BR because it’s slower paced and more casual for Mastery grinding. But what’s the point when I can’t compete with the M4? I use BR to grind ranked for weird guns and was shooting for Legendary this season. But the fucking M4 man. I don’t care if they’re nerfing the aim assist next season. If the gun was just powerful like shotguns, I’d be frustrated but I understand at least they aimed at me. With the M4 whenever I get turned on it feels like I got outplayed by a cheater. I know it’s in the game but it’s so fucking cheesy seeing everyone use it. Fuck this dumbass weapon, I’ve seen the videos for how strong the aim assist is and it’s absolutely ridiculous. And I won’t use it because it’s not one of the guns I’m trying to get Mastery for. So in conclusion fuck the M4 and the corny as people that use it.

Are cheaters common in ranked front line?

I finally reached 99.9% by playing front line matches, the thing is lately I had some matches that end up in average 30-60 and I don't know if I'm playing against really good players, I got bad teammates or if I'm playing agaisnt cheaters.

If anyone's wondering what this new graphic setting does, I have compiled bunch of screenshots of different settings for everyone to decide if you need this or not.

Do note that your device might not have this option available! If your device has this setting, it might produce different results than the ones I'm showcasing right now (especially ones with bigger screen) and I want to let everyone know that I'm not knowledgeable about all this stuff, so feel free to correct me or educate other redditors on things I'm missing!

I dont know where to apeal

Hello
Around a year or two i started playing the game, with an emulator.. because i didnt have any good phones that can run it with more than 30 fps.
Fast forward to the day i got banned i thought its a bug " i had no idea that playing with an a emulator was wrong" so i tried it after getting banned multiple times like 4 times. First was an hour than 24. Than week. Month. And now 10 years. I know i shouldve been concerned about it when first ban apeard. I dont know why it didnt concern me. Anyways again fast forward to this day. I got a new phone that can run the game smoothly on 60 frames but now i dont have an account sadly. I tried reaching support on twitter but To this day i did not get any answer. Im really ashamed of what i did. And i cant apeal a temporary ban on the site so i came here to see if there is any hope ;-;

I recently made a post about getting my account hacked now I know it's not through Facebook because I've changed my password like 6 times so it has to be through my activision account and the person that hacked the account has tried to log in since I don't allow him to play a single game and just log him out for the hours he attempts to play. Problem is he likely still has accses to my activision account and I have no idea what email I used for that so to the main question I have how do I figure out what email I used to link my game to activision cause the only one I use is facebook so I dunno

I just received my 2nd week ban this month

Im not using an emulator, no vpn, no hacks/cheats, and I made damn sure not to trashtalk or do anything disrespectful since the first ban. I was literally just in a private lobby with my second account checking wallbang spots on shoot house per this post. I was clicking in and out of the app in order to check the wallbang spot photo, i exit the game, and bam. Banned for another week. What the hell

What perks Do you use/ I.E Are Best for Ranked Play

On my way to making it to Legendary Rank on Call of Duty® mobile and wondering what are the strongest perks or most useful perks in a match of ranked play I am pretty much new to this game and would like to learn more information also what operator skills are the best to use for me? It’s ballistic shield because it blocks bullets from killing me although it runs out of ammo it’s pretty useful for me would love to know the meta-operator, skill and meta-perks. Roster changes in stage 2 COD, WC 2023

I am a little confused about the changes that can be ,ade in a roster during stage 2.

The rules say people can leave and join a new team anytime and that the team's scores are reset for matches played with that player.

So, if a player from a team is decided to be kicked or leaves provided they played all the matches Regardless of the results, they newly formed team with a new player will have to play all matches again, right?

Also, does this change cause any issues for the team for stage3 in the case they qualify? Is kicking a player from a roster even a possibility?

Many people are facing the Manta Ray avatar issue so I was wondering i anybody actually got it after contacting support?
Because I wanna kill myself and they will be assisting me with all of the dumbass questions, and screen recordings they want, and every single message is “log out and log back in”

And they take 15 hours to reply just to ask for another screen recording of some shit.

Whenever I start Cod mobile, the initialising dynamic download resources gets stuck and 'Network error. Please check your connection' is showing. Even though I have a 100mbps wifi speed. Is there a fix?

I tried everything from clearing cache to reinstalling the app and watched hundreds of YouTube tutorials but nothing seem to work. As for my network connection, the same message is shown if I turn off wifi amd use my mobile data.

Other apps that require internet like YouTube, Instagram and other online games work just fine.

Is it a bug?

Hi.
Im thinking about returning to CoDm. After long break
I Played from season 1 to season where og zombies came back probably this one got called "Zombies are back".

Anyway here are few questions.

First did devs took care of auto download?
(I mean i just wanna download things i own. Not whole stuff)
Is It able to do without downloading all things you check like draws bp or crates.
I Don't have in plans to download 20gb+ of content just to Play.

Second.
How are things going for now with game?
Many things changed since last season i played. Or perhaps nothing changed? (expect new weapons/camos maps)

Third.
Anything new is gonna be added from things i did not mentioned?

Why is Poltergeist so nerfed?

Poltergeist is supposed to make you almost invisble so the enemy doesn't know you're there,instead, the enemy gets a loud alarm sound with a red warning screen, and you have a trail.
And compared to its bo3 version, this thing is so much visible
I think the only penalty for this specialist should be louder footsteps and thats it

Anyone having better luck in high level Ranked MP?

I just hit GM like two days ago and I have to say, it feels easier than when I was at Pro and Master this season? I’ve never experienced this before and maybe it’s just a couple fluke games but it seems like GM is an easier grind since my teammates are way more competent. At Pro and Master it seemed like more than half the games we either got stomped, or I had to dial the sweat to 11 and solo hold/cap most objectives. But since hitting GM, things just feel easier? Like my opponents aren’t even bad and the last game I played I was getting slayed by one guy a lot but our team still pulled it off? Games are always competitive, and the other teams are always trying to cap in Domination or will hold the Hardpoint for like half the game but somehow my teams always pull it off. Gotta say I’m really happy to have lucked out with good players who aren’t focused on slaying. Anyone else experienced this?

After a little testing, I have found that Dauntless is basically useless.

I tested Flak Jacket vs Dauntless on Molotov, Thermite, Purifier, Transform Shield, and Reactor Core, and here's what I found:

Thermite 30 initial, 11 tick 30 initial, 11 tick
Molotov 20 initial, 24 edge, 7 tick 20 initial, 24 edge, 7 tick
Purifier 34 initial, 11 tick 34 initial, 16 tick
Transform Shield 2 per tick @ ~10 ticks per sec 4 per tick @ ~10 ticks per sec
Reactor Core 7 per tick @ ~10 ticks per sec 10 per tick @ ~10 ticks per sec

As you can see, for most cases, Dauntless reduces the same amount of damage as Flak Jacket in almost every scenario, and the scenarios where the two are different are so small they may as well not exist. What could be done to remedy this? In My Opinion, removing Flak Jacket's fire reduction and buffing Dauntless to make a greater difference would be the best course.

MP Ground war receive some good Updates

List of changes
-Now you can change loadout while selecting place to spawn. But there's a countdown for auto spawn so don't take too long browsing your loadout

-Vehicles (except antelope) now doesn't spawn on the field, you have to select and spawn with them. Vehicles numbers are limited and there is a bug that makes you still can select the Empty vehicle and spawn, but it takes really long to spawn and you will spawn as infantry bc the vehicle is obviously empty.

-Added AA Light tank replacing the Standard tank. However The Anti Air missile is too weak you can't even destroy UAV with a single missile and the lock on took too long.

-Tank Turret are now TV Turret so now you can't get killed while controlling the turret. It's kinda buggy however, even if your enemies is perfectly in crosshair sometimes it just won't hit them. It appears to have Spreads but it don't show.

-They somehow remove the Defcon Nuke but the game still ends in a countdown when you cap all flags.

Why cant i move my camera when i ADS with scope attachments on the xpr 50??

Ive been trying to level up the XPR 50 but whenever i put any of the first three sights on my gun and then aim down signts, i cant move the camera. i can strafe and move in all directions but i cant turn the camera, is this a bug??? It only does it with the xpr 50 with a sight attachment on it, the default scope works fine and all the other snipers work fine

Can Global players just never play with Garena players?

My girlfriend and I, she’s from the Philippines and I am from the US, just downloaded the game to play together. Unfortunately it seems like we each are on different servers and are not even able to see each other at all…

Is there no way for people from SEA (The Garena countries) to play with others? If so that’s pretty stupid and I have no reason to play the game at all.

So I started playing around November of 2021, and for the longest time I wondered of the Prizefighters had a really cool skin. I did some research and found out I missed the coolest melee skin in the game by 2 months… I was devistated. I waited patiently for its return, convincing myself it would only take a couple of months within the year 2022. Though, as life goes on and the days pass I didn’t play as much. 2023 rolls along and I had to take a class that took 3 months to finish (Jan - Mar). I’d decided to uninstall the game to focus up… A grave mistake; it was… I had missed it’s re-run… Season 1 of 2023 The Guilded Gloves crate was announced to return and it sliped through my fingers… I only found out a month later during the end of Season 3 of 2023 from a discord friend.

       Sorry for the long and unnecessary intro. I wanted to ask if its been released again anytime in 2022.  I didn’t play as much during this time due to school so I was just wondering, and when do you guys think its going to come back? *sigh* I really hope I don’t have to wait an entire year again…please…

Help: Bug in Cod Mobile "message box"

Hi lads, I'm a cod mobile player.
As the title suggests, I'm experiencing this bug which prevents me from getting my event rewards from the in-game message box.
I finished the Odin event, the rewards arrived in my box, but when I try to get them, it asks me to install the latest update.
The problem is that there are no updates to do. I've already tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the game, deleting the latest update, contacting support But none of these options helped me get my rewards. I'm looking for help from some of you who maybe could help me understand why and if you too have encountered my same problem.

MP Ground War received some updates on the new update but it still need more Changes and features.

Additional:

-Capturing objective should take longer currently it feels like the same as Domination. And add the partial capture.

-Add more cover to open areas especially the Mega Point zone. There's literally a helicopter that crash when the Mega point spawn so why not spawn the debris there as cover?

-Buff Anti Air Tank Missile so it Lock on faster and Does more damage. And allow players to zoom with the main cannon

-Auto Spawn for players shouldn't exist

-Make the Antelope turret more accurate and took more time to overheat

Ultra fps option

I've seen a lot of posts here but I'm confused. Is the ultra option 90 or 120 fps? Some people say it's 120 and some say 90. Also many of these posts were older, so it's still the case, or it's changed?

I'm asking because I bought oneplus 10t (16/256) which has a 120hz display and has the ultra option (it only works on low graphics which is also a bit weird but ok) but it never goes above 90fps.

CP getting higher.

Am I the only one that thinking the CP goes high by every draw you do and that's not fair? I mean I used draw 6 times and the next required 4200CP I'm like WTH.
It consume a lot and the luck of us is not like we use 1 to 80 CP and get mythic or legendary.

Can't claim rewards, asking to update, but there's no update available?

So I have got some items in the mail that I need to claim (2 days ago), but everytime I try to claim, it keeps asking me to update the game. Went on Google Play, no updates available, even checked the in-game downloads, and it's all up to date.
Any other notification, such as a name change, I can mark as read, just can't claim these....

Mythic weapon recommendation

Hey guys,

I want to share my recent experience with the lucky draw gambling in COD Mobile. I had been eagerly waiting for a legendary or mythic version of the Dlq33 sniper to appear.

When the Dlq33 Zealot finally showed up, I didn't hesitate and immediately made the purchase. However, I must admit that I consider the lucky draw to be a form of gambling, which I don't believe should be part of a game, especially when it's played by children as well.

Nevertheless, I'm a bit disappointed because I can't share the Dlq33 Zealot with my teammates. Only mythic weapons can be shared.

Therefore, my intention now is to buy a mythic weapon that I can share with my team. I'm specifically looking for a paid weapon for this purpose.

My question is, which mythic weapon should I purchase? And is it possible to share a mythic weapon with your team while using another weapon yourself?

Additionally, I would like to know the total cost of upgrading a mythic weapon to the point where it can be shared.

Personally, I prefer using common or legendary weapons as I find mythic weapons to be unconventional and behave differently compared to the original versions.

What’s your CODM stories? I’ll go first:

I was in BR with just one other person, the game didn’t match us up with a full team even though we weren’t playing duos.

So we are doing the usual thing, killing bots, looting areas and getting air drops.

My team mate, we’ll call him Bob, wasn’t too bad a player. He didn’t stray too far from me and hid in buildings and used his operator skill a lot.

Near the end of the match, on the final circle, there were 5 players left. Him, me, and the enemy team of two and probably a bot.

My team mate ran scout as I ran desperato.

We were on higher ground near two buildings. A shack and a small garage.

I spotted two enemies further down and I get knocked. As soon as I get knocked, I start moving backwards towards the shack to avoid getting shot more.

I stay by the shack because if I try to drag myself to the garage or move I will be shot.

So I wait, all I can do really, for the guy that downed me to finish me off.

I set up my camera angle to start getting shots off when he comes up over that hill. He comes up as expected and I start firing my pistol and I knock him down and kill him off. Lucky for me he had paused just a second trying to look to see where I was.

I revive myself and hide in the garage to heal up. Now at this time my team mate was keeping the other guy off. Now he was behind the shack so I couldn’t quite see who he was fighting since I had my own problems to deal with.

Unfortunately he gets knocked down and killed.

Then there’s another gunfight which I can only assume was that player and the possible bot.

As they were fighting each other I was healed up enough that when one came around the shack towards the garage to hide from the other player I killed her.

Then the other player came back around to try and find me and I killed him.

It was absolute stroke of luck honestly.

I so wished I recorded it. It was legendary.

I missed it… When do you guys think it’s coming back?

So I started playing around November of 2021, and for the longest time I wondered if the Prizefighters had a really cool skin/camo. I did some research and found out I missed the coolest melee skin in the game by 2 months (Sept 8, 2021)… I was devistated. I waited patiently for its return, convincing myself it would only take a couple of months within the year 2022. Though, as life goes on and the days pass I didn’t play as much. 2023 rolls along and I had to take a class that took 3 months to finish (Jan - Mar). I decided it was a good idea to uninstall the game to focus up… A grave mistake it was… I had missed it’s re-run… During Season 1 of 2023 the Guilded Gloves Crate was announced to return and it slipped through my fingers… I only found out a month later during the end of Season 3 from a discord friend.

Sorry for the long and unnecessary intro, but I was actually really sad about it lol. I just wanted to ask if its been release again anytime in 2022? I barely played that year and there arent alot of reliable websites with research data. And when do you guys think it’s coming back?

sigh I really hope I don’t have to wait an entire year again… please…

Please can anyone explain to me, why world chat is full of russians only?
All rooms on MP, BR ranking, rooms and featurings are only of russians. 1000+ ping even tho I’m located in Europe and I have European server set for my gameplay.

Does activision lose anything by lowering the CP price? Why did they increase it

Just like the headline says won’t they technically be at a win if they reduce the prices therefore the amount of people that would buy would increase

Just a couple months ago they increased the price which btw was already expensive so now most people in my country can’t even buy skins without breaking bank significantly

Idk if they lose anything by decreasing the prices since that would just make more people buy and more money either way

Saw a post picking at season themes, thought this would be fun.

Figured I give ideas. I'd like to see some actual alien skins, not just recolors. Pretty sure the green n grey lanky depictions are public domain (could be wrong though). Caveman would be great for anniversary. Have a themed sticks n stones event. Guns made out of tree bark, mud, rocks, n leaves. Monster movie could have operators in costumes (I just wanna run around as Reptar). We had an 80's theme recently, so why not disco 70's? Or even a 90's grungy one. Hit every decade! Obviously biased in the choices I've given, so please hit other. Y'all come up with good ones sometimes. Lol

Hi folks. I have just formed a 6 man team yesterday. Today, I was playing with a relative (who is a team member) early on about five matches. I checked and it didn't seem to contribute to the matches played and won/lost. Is it mandatory to have 5 players in the team in the match for it to count?

SOFT HACKERS in a nutshell ( Kill cams didn't showed the whole story)

This pro was hitting every shot from slide despite not even seeing enemies and my man didn't missed a single shot in the whole game . His movements also looked very sus .
The first time he killed me in the game , i was like wait , its not normal and then every kill was HE'S HITTING EVERY SHOT in every circumstances .

In case people be like : hE's gOod or eTC

Even a god tier player doesn't hit every shot unless he's pre aiming corners and etc and this guy was just running and connecting every shots .

bug report- name: delay frenzy

players in south africa servers has been experiencing a particular bug. while playing sometimes the game will go crazy and make you extremely delayed despites having a good ping and connection. we are talking near insta death when the other player shoots you. its very difficult to play like this. it's like playing on 110ms while the others are on 20ms. just pain.

some temporary fixes that sometime works are;

playing on mobile data instead

shader preload and playing with mobile data. (do the preload after restarting the game with mobile data on)

clearing cache

or all 3 of them

I think I found a simple tank loadout

just go with XS1 goliath and shield turret for your score streak item loadout

and you can use the shield turret behind some cover and camp in one area and then get enough score to call down a XS1 and do whatever you want

I found it a strangely effective strat

stuck in elite

So I downloaded this game about a week ago. Reached elite in multi-player mode in less than 2 days but am stuck there since then.

I can see that the reason for this is that my skills are not good enough. Especially my recoil control. Every match I get destroyed by the enemies.

Some just delete me with those boxing gloves at close range, others snipe the fuck out of me from god-knows-where places.

I am tired of this and need some tips to improve myself. At mid range, my recoil control is shit. At long range, I can't notice the snipers and marksmen in time. I am good in close range tho.

Pls give me tips on how to improve on these areas along with any other helpful info you can share.
