First, you gotta learn the basics of the HUD, you need to do simple movement, you do this by training for sliding with turns, both left and right, then you start to slide + ADS + Shoot, and you try to keep up the momentum, you do this in training range against standing bots, but this will only train you for the basics, once you memorize all the buttons, you need a challenge, the harder, the faster you'll improve. Your performance is going to be terrible but that's expected, your goal is to only focus on aim and how to Slide + ADS + Shoot + good aim all at the same time, it's all about practice.
