Timeout – earlier this week the team put out an update that should have helped fix the timeout issue for more players. However, if you are still experiencing the Timeout issue, please comment your UID and region #1110733444234879027 so the team has more information to continue to work on this issue.

Event Tab – like the Timeout issue, some updates were made earlier this week that should have helped players who were missing their events in the event tab. If you are still missing your events, please comment your UID and region #1110733444234879027 so the team can continue to investigate.

Ranked Matchmaking – we have seen reports of players having long wait times when matchmaking in ranked to end this season. The team is aware and investigating this.

Login Issues - we have seen reports of players having issues logging into COD:M using facebook. The team is aware of this issue and currently investigating.

Even with this season winding down, please continue reporting any issues you may see in-game. We appreciate all of you who take the time to report these bugs in our Community spaces.

**Bugs ** Call of Duty: Mobile - May 31st Community Update.

Timeout – fixed. A fix went out for this bug earlier this week, which should have resolved this issue for all players.

Missing Event Tab – fixed. Similar to the timeout bug a fix went live for this earlier this week that should have resolved this issue for all players.

Ranked Matchmaking – adjusted. The Ranked Matchmaking has been adjusted, specifically for higher ranking players where they should be able to find matches with less of a wait time.

Missing Champs Button – fixed. The Champs button was briefly missing in-game. This should be resolved now.

Bugs

ADS Bug – after our update, we noticed lots of reports of the ADS feeling a bit delayed and clunky specifically when sprinting into ADS. This should now be resolved but if you are still experiencing any ADS issues please comment in the thread below.

Battle Pass Vault Bug – The Heist Battle Pass was showing as owned to some players even though they had never purchased the Battle Pass. This should now be resolved with the launch of Season 9. If the Heist Battle Pass still shows as owned, and you never purchased it please comment in the thread below.

Smoke Bug – saw some reports of players being able to see through Smoke on high settings. The team is investigating this issue. If you are experiencing this please comment in the thread below so we can gather some more information.

Exchange Store

We have reworked how events are run in Call of Duty: Mobile Daily Missions, Seasonal Challenges, and Featured Events will now all reward players a seasonal currency called Mission Tokens. These tokens can be used in the Exchange Store to purchase unique rewards and content. We want players to have more agency in deciding what they get to earn while playing CODM and this is the first step in that direction. Some of the items players will be able to get in the Exchange Store for Season 9 – Graveyard Shift will be:

S36 – Deadly Gaze (Epic)

Outbreak Crate

Golden Crate Coupon

Scarlett Rhodes – Hallowmas (Epic)

Frame – Follow the Path (Epic)

BGM – Zombies Are Back

Calling Card – Muerte Dulce (Epic)

And more!

One note, the Misson Tokens are season specific meaning that Mission Tokens earned in Season 9 will not be usable in Season 10. So be sure and use those tokens up!

Season 4 - Fool's Gold (April 17)

  • Slow matchmaking times – we have been seeing reports of players experiencing long wait times when matchmaking specifically in Blackout near the end of seasons. The team is aware and investigating this issue.
  • IOS crashes – there was a small bug that cause some IOS users to crash while playing CODM. This bug should be resolved along with the S4 client update.
  • Graphical issues – various smaller graphical issues the team is investigating include issues with the Tournament mode UI, Bulldog operator, and the NA-45.
  • Missing COD Points – there was an issue earlier in the season where players who participated in the Low Spend, Large Rewards! event did not receive their COD Points. This has been resolved and players should have received their missing COD Points in their in-game mail.
  • Unclaimable Champs Watch Rewards – players who earned watch rewards from this past weekend’s Mobile Master’s event received an error message when trying to claim the rewards in-game. This should be resolved with the S4 client update.

Season 9 - Orbital Raiders
At the launch of Season 9 there is a known issue with the Welcome Back Offer not displaying any information. You may encounter this after going through Special Offer screen/prompt. There is a planned fix for this already in the near future.

Season 5 2025: Primal Reckoning - Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where models would occasionally disappear and reappear when watching other players parachuting or wingsuit landing
  • Fixed an issue where parachuting players would get stuck in the ground when landing
  • Fixed an issue that caused damage to be lost when shooting parachuting and wingsuit players
  • Fixed an issue where damage was lost when shooting players on a zipline
