BANS REASONS AND APPEAL blueban

1day-1month ban :

-getting afk ingame

-being toxic in chat/voice

-offensive avatar/username/gun name ( racist or nsfw )
-trolling( blocking team mates ways, or kill them )

-abusing glitches/bugs ( as unofficial wallbangs in specific maps which are bugs )

1month-10 year ban:
-have history of doing any of the above repetitively
-boosting ( help people rank up in ranked games or events )
-using crosshair/gfx tools or any other third party app to modify the game services
-vpn/dns usage ( changing country IP to different regions )
-using unsupported controllers/emulators (anything except gameloop)

-usage of bluetooth keyboard/mouse

Permanent ban:
-playing on rooted/jailbreak devices
-using any app that modify game services,ie:hacks, scripts, modify game files
-CP fraud ( try refund money after buying CP or using unofficial ways to buy CP )

IP Bans
If you have an existing account banned then logging into another account/alt might also cause a ban due to your ip being restricted,you will will need to wait till the initial ban to wear off to play the game.

Emulator Bans
Usage of any emulator that isn't game loop

Note:
If you used BlueStacks once, you will be banned eventually as it's not a supported.

Emulator Bans 🖥️

1→Are emulators supported or not?
A:tencents(a partner dev of codm) gameloop was clarified as the safest emulator for codm

2→What about BlueStacks ?
A: any emulator except gameloop is unsupported/unsafe to play the game with and it's a banable offense

3→got banned on gameloop ?
A: some common cases get you banned on gameloop

-Using third party apps in the the background which might interfere/interact with the game
-Have a history of abusing emulators previously ( BlueStacks usage )
-Violating terms of service ( stated above )
-Changing gamefiles
-using outdated version

4→I got banned using BlueStacks etc....,what should i do?
A: unfortunately usage of unsupported emulator lead to direct ban which vary up to permanent, and decision about legit bans are final

5→What about garena?
A:Garena version doesnt officially supported any emulator usage so even gameloop is banable

6→What to do if i face any sort of emulator issues
A:Try tencent official game loop website As its the only way to contact emulator devs.

NETWORK ISSUES : 📡

Facing time out errors,Connecting to server error,unable to load into a game(even if you do,you face unusual ping or ping spikes), Event tab doesn't show up etc.

This seems like a server issue as a lot of people are facing similar problems,or could be your internet.

__if you are facing this issue then try to do these
→ Turning Airplane mode on/off. Afterwards, re-launch the game.
→ logout>clear game cache>restart, or reinstalling the game.
→ Switching to a different network type. Example; If you're facing the issues with mobile/cellular data, use a WiFi network. If that doesn't seem to fix your issue, use PC hotspot, if possible.

→Disable background connection and apps while playing the game.
→ Rebooting your WiFi router
→ Reset your WiFi DNS

If it presist wait a few hours and retry.
If these dont work then you will have to wait till it gets fixed.
( To fix DNS on mobile without need to pc you can use 1.1.1.1 app which only safe cloud flare official up that reset your DNS )

ACCOUNT RECOVERY GUIDE 🔄 🛡️

→There are a few scenario and there are multiple ways of recovering the account according to it

Codm account was hacked through Activision account

1- Activision accounts email address or password wasn't changed
Goto https://s.activision.com/activision/profile

login>profile>basic info>Email address>edit(should be besides email address),type to verification code and then change mail addres to another one so hacker cant access it

2-Account mail wasnt changed but password was
Goto https://s.activision.com/activision/forgotPassword and change your password,then follow #1(mentioned previously) and change mail account

3-Activision account was changed/both email and password (you cant login using your previous email account)
Goto the link https://support.activision.com/account-recovery
→Make a new Activision account
→Connect the account with platform accounts
→Goto stage 2 of the process and tap on continue
→Provide necessary information (old/hacked email and the date it was hacked)
→Submit the form and wait 24 hours

After you successfully recovered your account through any progress previously explained,Goto https://s.activision.com/activision/profile >Privacy and security>change password and enable two factor authentication
Also within the same page: Basics>Email account>change it to a different one

Hacked through iOS/Line/Facebook
Unfortunately Activision cant do anything in this issue,you will have to contact their respective support for help

Hacker connected their Activision/iOS/Line/Facebook account with my codm account

It is hard to fully recover account in this case as connected account cant be disconnected

Try to contact ingame support and the platforms support and see if they are able to help

If you are still encountering any issues purchasing anything from the in-game store, whether it is COD Points or a specific item, please make sure the transaction was successful, wait a few hours & restart the game in case there is a delay, and if you still don’t see then please do the following:

  1. Contact our Player Support channels through the in-game option or through the Activision Support website: https://support.activision.com/contact_us

  2. Make sure to grab your player ID (found on the second tab of your player profile in-game)

  3. Make sure to grab proof of purchase, which is just a screenshot of your Google or Apple Store receipt for the COD Point purchase

  1. Emulator users CAN NOT mix with mobile users.
  2. Emulator users will ONLY play with Emulator users.
  3. If your using MOBILE but INVITE and PLAY with friends that user Emulators, You WILL be matched with both MOBILE & EMULATOR players.
