Deleting Programs when u have MAX Programms on the Board

When u have your current Board MAXXED with Programms u cant take copies from the Program BOX to delete them u have to store one in the Box to be able to delete your copies, which is kinda sad, also when i want to delete like 50 copies or 100eggs u have to move them one by one and accept it every time which is completly Tedious, at some point u have to delete like hundreds off eggs one by one, or is there something in the later game which deals with that thing ?

could fusing them to increase their level be an option instead of just deleting them or breaking them down
