Hey everyone, I need some help.

We are trying to play GTA V from two different PCs, with two different Epic Games accounts and two different Rockstar accounts. GTA Online works completely fine.

However, when we try to use FiveM, we get errors like:
“Duplicate Rockstar account found”
or
“Your account is already being used to play on FiveM or RedM.”

We already removed the Epic–Rockstar connection and reinstalled everything (Rockstar Launcher, FiveM, cleared cache, etc.) but the issue still persists.

It feels like the Epic GTA license is still linked to the wrong Rockstar account on Rockstar’s side.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to properly reset/unlink the Epic license from Rockstar?

Any help would be really appreciated 🙏

my problem is that when I start Red Dead Redemption 2, the Rockstar Games Launcher keeps loading but does not open properly, and I receive an error message saying that the launcher does not have permission for RDR2.

I have been trying to fix this for about a few hours and also contacted the Rockstar Support but they dont answer me. I don’t know what else to do. I already have around 700 hours in the game and took a longer break, and today I wanted to play again with a friend. Unfortunately, I am now facing this issue.
