Basically you have to have 2 people, give the one that joined ( not the host ) full cut, and then play the mission normally until you reach the last cutscene, during the last cutscene you have to close the game, using task manager on pc or the quit tool on ps5. then the second player will get the full money, if done correctly the heist will still be available.

On new gen console it isnt always accurate with saves, basically on performance and performance rt it can take up to a minute after you change outfit for the little save wheel to popup, the idea with this is you want it to instantly do it, changing to fidelity (more graphically intense mode) means it saves right after swap
