#Micro Transactions.

Now wait! before you all go nuts at me for even thinking of uttering the forbidden words. Even though there are plenty of games that are really just platforms for microtransactions, some even verging on full blown gambling, there are also a bunch of examples of games where they have done MT right. Allowing players to buy things like cosmetics that do not impact on the game in any way.
As an Xboxer, I kind of feel like I am at a slight remove from the PC lot and the devs. There are fewer ways I can contribute to the project. I cannot participate in experimental, I cannot buy the 'I love keepsake' special pack on steam. I want to do both of these things because I have fallen in love with this project, its progress, the community and the developers behind it. I want to contribute more but, as an Xboxer, there are few ways that I can do this.
I see a lot of people asking about ship decorations and other cosmetics and Grand Admiral Coulianos standard response is "lets sort the core mechanics of the game FIRST guys, and then, later on, probably MUCH later on, we can do the cosmetics stuff". Very wise, I aprove this line of thinnking.

Dare I say it.... When the time does come for cosmetics, have Keepsake considered offering some of these as micro-transactions? If done correctly it can be a way for people (like me) who love the game to give something back to the team who made it.
I obviously understand that this is a divisive topic but it MUST have been something that has been discussed internally and tbh I am just wondering what the community thinks of it too. So please, offer me your thoughts.

tbh the game rn still needs polish. Enemy behavior for both ground and ship combat, gunplay.etc. U name it, I think we will get there someday but just need more time.
