There’s one big thing this game needs. It needs cats, one on the base and one on the ship, It’s a very important change that would revolutionize the entire game. Also an interaction prompt to pet the cat of course, to found up the feature. I am sure it will be met with applause from all

But just imagine a nice little cat to greet you on the ship or cheer you up from an unfortunate end to a mission, I see no downsides and pure joy from their existence

We would need a cat sized escape pod on the ship for the cheering up after an unfortunate end of the mission. That, or a cat cloning machine.
