I don't know if this issue has been reported as I can't find anything on this particular issue
I've been playing solo for awhile and I keep noticing every once and awhile that when inserting an item into the item bag with the Q button, the interactions for everything else will lock up. I can still move, jump, and shoot, but I cannot interact with any objects, seats, or reload. Fortunately after a bit I found out that by simply pressing Q again, it frees up the interactions and the game continues working as intended. I do not know if this happens in Co-op as I mostly play solo, but it keeps happening every so often frequently enough that its guaranteed to happen at least 2-3 times a run. It seeming happens at random when putting items into the bag as there's plenty of cases of it not locking up. I don't have video evidence yet, but its pretty easy to run across so I can try and record some if required.
