#Cannot progress any objectives

Issue resolved, booted my own session, completed a mission, got back to hangar, immediately was prompted to talk to an NPC to get an objective. Make sure it is in a session that you are hosting.
Been a while since i had any quests, but i think you can only start a new quest by going to your own hangar and talking to the NPC with a question mark over their head. You can then complete the quest objectives in both your own game as host or playing with friends in their game as client. Objective fulfilled, you should see an exclamation mark above the NPC to collect your reward. This happens in both host or client hangars. But to start a new quest you need to log into your own hangar. Quests & progress can be checked in the kiosks in the hangar & 1 on the Cat.
So I went to my own hangar multiple times to see if something would prompt, but it never did. Well, then I noticed that my guns couldn’t/wouldn’t reload in the hangar, and I couldn’t even talk to NPCs even for chit chat. It wasn’t until I grappled up the tower in the hangar, something about that action made it to where I could reload my guns and talk to NPCs. Then I performed a solo mission and once completed, I got back to hangar and boom, I had a prompt to take an objective from the shipmaster. With all of that said, what you are saying is spot on 😂. You have to take on the objectives/missions in your hosted session, can be complicated when often playing on a friend’s session most of the time.
But, you can progress your objectives if hosted by another, you just have to receive them from your session. I play so much on friend’s hosted sessions, that I’m almost level 11, and haven’t even unlocked the DT-4 Dart ship hull under my account.
Correct. Maybe needs an explanation to be added to the tutorial or one of the hangar NPC's?
