Repair the transporter mission. Had 3 items in inventory, picked up jump drive then picked up another weapon on the way out and got no cargo bag but two slot 3 weapons in my inventory. Lucky this time it didn't softlock my inventory so i could drop the items.

No, the sniper went to slot 3, the jump drive was in the heavy slot, visually swapped because of the pickup order, but you can see there's no 3 next to the jump drive
Ideally, what could be done here is ensure that the heavy slot is always at the top of the list to prevent confusion

I agree the heavy slot should always be on top, but as you can see there are two slot 3's here. Slot 3 already had the MAW in it, The sniper pickup to me went to slot 5 (also labeled as 3) when it should have gone to 4 or cargo bag?

Here is 5 items again, this time the slot numbering worked better (although still scrambled), but still should order itself better with the heavy item automatically on top. If it was working in pickup order then this listing from bottom up visually is correct. However then numbering sequence does not match the pickup order as i picked up the materia canister last yet it is #3.
