Grapple glitches you into terrain.

Decently minor and not game breaking but figured I'd point it out either way. Has only happened this instance. Unsure how replicable it is or if it can happen with any grapple point.

Had this just happen to me, I'd upgrade it to game breaking since I got stuck and was unable to escape without quitting to menu. Also happened in the asteroid loot zone. Screenshots of it included.
