Starting a mission feels quite underwhelming, it'd be really cool if the ship was actually present in the starting area, and to start the mission all you have to do is sit down and jump to your target.
That said i've only played solo so far so this might be a bit of a pain with multiple people, and could increase the amount of time/effort it takes to actually start a mission, but also being able to hang out and see the ship without being in a mission would be neat, and i feel like it'd add a decent amount of immersion and get rid of some of the gameyness of the hub area.
