agreed on a 4man crew 2 people one the ship and 2 outside to handle objectives is good balance or 2 teams of w to cover more ground and if the objective really does need 4 like strongholds then its evreone needed

I think you just need 3-4 crew to start the objective. Just pop out of the ship, break the lock, then return as needed. Two people can gather stuff and pile it up near the docking point while the ship defends itself (assuming there's a fight happening)
