When you call in a supply, this scarp always spawns here and I can never pick it up or transport it to ship

Can confirm this bug is still present. Called in supply, could loot everything except for the random scrap in the corner. It was highlighted like a pick-up-able item, but no matter what camera angle or character position, the pick up/swap interaction prompt never appears.
(Happened in multiplayer, both could see it, but neither of us could interact with it)
