Endless mission (data Extraction) enemys arent spawning

After the third Wava of the endless mode the enemys arent spawning anymore i looked on the sensors to see if they spawned somewhere else but theres nothing there either and iris keept saying every 2-3 minutes enemy reinforcemt is arriving but nothing is happening i also cant go back to the hanger either

In our case, after the third wave, the fourth one just didn't spawn. Iris also said that reinforcements were coming from time to time.
