#3D Environment Scanning and more hidden loot

The scanner is already marked for improvement on the road map and I think that it would be interesting to be able to look around the scanned environment from all angles rather than just on a flat plane.

Currently everything scanable is immediately apparent after zooming out and everything just being there, causing the scanner to feel more like a thing that has to be their cuz SPACE SHIP rather than having everything automatically marked. Instead have the scanner act like when you inspect items in Resident Evil, rotating objects around (the entire 3D scan of the environment in this case) until you find something hidden.

This would allow the generation of the different environments to have more hidden loot that players actually need to look around for in the scanner, much like the easily missed ship with Nisse at the beginning of every mission. These small yellow specks and other scanable signals could then be hidden behind an asteroid / wreckage that can only be seen if you actually around look for them, rather than just zooming out and then clicking on the unknown signals, never touching the scanner again for that specific area. It could also introduce the chance of being surprise attacked by ships if you dont check properly.

Control wise im thinking the exact same controls but you can use middle mouse to rotate the camera around (and an extra button to reset)

TLDR: Make scanables more hidden and have the player actually have to look around for them in the scanner in 3D movement rather than just the 2D movement plane it is currently
