Nice to meet you. First of all, I’m using a translation tool. I apologize if any of the phrasing sounds unnatural.

I started playing the game in 1066 and founded the Roman Empire about 300 years later, but then I ran into what seemed like a bug related to the succession issue, and I couldn’t continue playing. If anyone knows a solution, could you please let me know?

Before founding the Roman Empire, I had intended to appoint my son (my second son) as my co-ruler and have him inherit all my titles. However, after the founding of the Roman Empire, a pop-up appeared stating that the empire’s first heir did not belong to my dynasty. When I checked the relevant character, I found that all titles were set to be inherited by the grandson of my daughter (who had married into another country and had since passed away; she was my eldest daughter)—a figure who, from my perspective, was my great-grandson. However, since I had adopted the law of primogeniture, I thought this was impossible in terms of the order of succession. When I checked the succession order section, I found that my sons and daughters had been excluded from the succession order, and succession rights had been granted only to the grandchild generation.

I’d like to know if this is intended behavior or a bug, and whether it can be fixed. Please let me know if you need any additional screenshots or information, and I’ll provide them.

What does it say when you look at the succession law of the Empire?

All titles within the Empire are unified under the system of primogeniture, and all specific rules of succession associated with individual titles have been abolished. Under the system of primogeniture, the eligible eldest son inherits all titles. In this case, we believe that all titles will be inherited by the second son, who is a co-ruler.

Do your sons own temple holdings? What is your faith?
