Basically, during my last Korea campaign, I decided to manually create my own Samhan culture before taking the decision. However, it triggered it anyway. Now I have two cultures, both named Samhan, both competing for dominance, except mine is far superior on account of having better technology, but maintaining it is an uphill battle as the game insists on changing all of my Samhan culture provinces to Samhan, even though I prefer keeping it Samhan.
