#Allow Funerals to make the Burial Site of a famous character become a Landmark

I think it would be awesome if, upon hosting a funeral, you could pay extra to make the burial site a special landmark (where you can get extra exp and stuff during travels).

For instance, if my character created a new religion, upon his death, I think it would be fitting for there to be a grand cathedral created in his honor - a new landmark on the map that can be visited by future characters.

At the very least, this should probably happen for characters who gain the Saint or Venerated Ancestor trait through a funeral or legend.
