I have had this happen a couple times in China where I am an unlanded noble, I get a courtier (like a kid), then I become landed somewhere else in China, so my court location automatically changes to the new capital. However, my old courtiers are all stuck "at your court at <estate location>". When I then move my estate to (or close to) my capital, their location doesn't change.
Reloading doesn't fix it. Moving the estate around doesn't fix it.
In the provided save my capital is at Wanan, my estate is at Yazhou, yet my two half-brothers (and a lot of other courtiers) are "at your Court in Yangzhou". Note that Yazhou and Yangzhou are different locations, not me misspelling a single location!
note that this is a big issue, because while usually courtier location doesnt matter much (as the game thinks theyre in my court anyway), it makes it so i cannot send my sons and brothers to examinations since the travel time does check true location!
