I had completed the oath that requried to build 10 buildings and yet I got this event.

Also you lost one level of fame in green serms like a bug

I've also had this happen with the conquest oath

I'm having this as well with the 10 buildings one! Happened to two of my guys with the same oath.

also "you lost 1 level of fame" with 1 being green....

Looks like it triggers with any oath. This happened to me again with the consolidate realm oath
