Populist leaders should be considered as peasant leaders for tenets and traditions

The Populist Leader trait is supposed to be an improvement over the Peasant Leader trait, but it is actually worse. This is because it is not considered a virtue by Communal Possessions, and is not inherited with Collective Lands, unlike peasant leader. I don't feel like it's to balance it, but rather that it was forgotten. So I think it should be fixed because it would make this tradition, this tenet and this adventurer outcome both more interesting in terms of gameplay, and more fun from a roleplay point of view.

It's also worse because unlike peasant leader, it doesn't give siege speed to levies.
