#Factions should not push Gallivanter claims or at the least, should have some player choice

A little while after Roads to Power released, I had a game where I'd became the Byz emperor but decided to go with Choose a New Destiny to a non-primary heir on death specifically so that I could play landless. My goal was to remain landless for the majority of this new lifetime because I specifically wanted to enjoy landless play as a change of pace, so I immediately became a Gallivanter to prevent inheriting any titles that would rip me away from my camp and back to landed play.

But right now, nothing stops the AI from creating a faction on your behalf, with you as a claimant, even when you're a Gallivanter and wouldn't otherwise be eligible for the same title through normal means. A message box will appear where the faction says "We support your claim!" and there is no option to deny this, or refuse it. You can only click the confirm button to acknowledge it happened. You should at the least be able to say no and refuse the title to have that faction either dissolve or choose the next claimant.

So as it turned out, I had to fight multiple civil wars throughout this character's lifetime as a defender against factions trying to push my own claim on Byzantine Empire. I had to literally fight the entire empire, nearly single-handedly, just to prevent them from putting me on the throne. This feels like an odd oversight where this scenario wasn't considered, and the code wasn't retrofitted to include Gallivanter influencing faction choice or mechanics.

As a followup I actually have a screenshot of what the notification looks like, but bear in mind I was a Gallivanter this entire character's lifetime:
