#possible casus belli bug??

i cant press casus belli, and i've claims. never seen this before.
on this character: Took the Gallivanter option when he was landed by the dad
Got great conq, and for some reason cannot press ANY claims.

i went back some years to get GC in another location, made a different claim, and would NOT let me press it either.
i attempted to "Embrace Responsibilities" option (to lose Gallivanter), and still the claims screen shows absolutely blank when trying to declare war.

i read on OLD reddit posts that early in the game there was a bug where u couldnt attack byzantium if u were celibate, hence that has been fixed but im wondering if this Gallivanter trait has something to do with it.

Also, i've gotten GC many times on byzantium before, im quite familiar with how it works as a player, and even if theres the 5 year break truce, doesn't matter --> i've pressed claims on other PTs right after getting landed and broken truce,

same PT, have a claim on k o lithuania, and it does show up in this case unlike when clicking declare war on byzantium.

here got a claim on the entire dutchy of opsikion, sitll can't declare war

update as i let the pt run for a bit:

i out of absolutely nowhere, got drawn into a war by a vassal of byzantium against the tyranny of a basileus. I am NOT a basileus, and that is NOT the current basileus of byzantium whom the war is targetting.

on the 2nd screenshot, u can see from played characters pov. no idea if the game file got corrupted or what, but i feel it has something to do with the byz titleupdate as i let the pt run for a bit:

and in the 3rd screenshot, have no issues declaring war to HRE (dejure Romagna). I think it's bugged with Gallivanter trait and byzantium title, if anyone knows fix pls let know
