From 1167-1250 there was something known as the Lombard League, when north Italy got it's freedom from the Holy Roman Empire. The new upcoming bookmark just so happens to be in 1178, so maybe they can add a new struggle to represent the Lombard League.
The Lombard League was against Frederick Barbarossa, the man I first knew from Civ 6 as leader of Germany. That is probably where you know him too.
So pleeeaase Paradox add this as struggle or any other way.
