Liege that can't protect their vassal maybe not viewed as a good liege. Kind of the whole point of being a vassal, protection from outsiders whether that be war or raid.

Ever since legitimacy was announced, I want it to be affected by LITERALLY EVERYTHING, and this is a great example

I think it's a great addition to the politics side of the game too, like if vikings are running amok in every single country this should really affect the ruler politically, and his standing with his vassals
Currently it only affects them economically, and really minor too, with the reduced tax and levy from their raided vassals
