Show in game rules which options will disable achievements

Put a small trophy next to each rule that, if changed, will disable achievements.

that's already in the game, if you change the rule to something that disables the achievements it will have an icon next to that rule
it cannot work the way you've suggested as all rules you have do not disable the achievements and it's not deterministic to know what you are thinking of changing them to because you could change to either a rule that does or does not disable achievements
