Literally more things with the HRE especially the Voting system and how to influence it more and make sure the voting system stays in your favor. Or adding another Struggle with it and maybe just dissolving the HRE or consalidating power permanently and dissolving the ELECTORAL SYSTEM. Or make a new(ish) Roman Empire with the ability of a Causis belli: Reconquest For Rome. It sounds weird, but i personally like to see more HRE content and maybe even Byzantium is involved already considering there is an actual rome against the HRE and a great "Who is the True Rome can happen. Also side note id like to see an Ottoman struggle thing. idc if that is not even a DLC, it just sounds cool.

I've always been saying that I'd love a "Legacy of Rome" pack, which could focus on the HRE and Byzantines as the two empires that claimed to be the successor to the Roman Empire
