#Is it possible to setup WebView proxy to enforce DNS-over-HTTPS for every http request?

Looking for a way to enforce DoH for all requests originated within the WebView. Is it possible? Is this stable across desktop platforms? What about mobile ones?

Asking here because I can't research it by myself right now.
