#React Native (Expo) vs Tauri

I'm not sure if this was deleted by the original poster or not, but I'm actually interested in hearing comments on this. Performance/app-speed and app size are probably of the greatest interest to me.
In my view, it's already apparent that Tauri is more flexibile since you can use whatever frontend framework you want and can build for Linux.
If no benchmarks have been made yet, I understand. Most people probably don't use React Native for MacOS/Windows. And Tauri only just recently came out with support for iOS/Android. So the window of opportunity for making benchmarks has been rather small.

To be transparent: We don't delete posts unless they're like really toxic. And if we do, the whole support thread will be gone, not just the initial message :)
hmm, not necessarily. i think this one is pretty clear just with the title alone.
just not sure if this should even be in a support thread. i doubt it'll see much traction 🤷
case in point: 4 months of emptiness
Gotcha. That's fair enough!
Well, I am the original poster
