I think I've heard that we can't use SQLite with iOS and Android, but I searched again and didn't find anything like that. Are there any known issues using SQLite in general, and SQLite plugins specifically?

You heard correctly, the sql plugin does not work on mobile. One of the possible errors: <#1253256751554232321 message>

But really, we just never looked at mobile support so we can't list its issues. It should usually fail to build already though.

is It only the plugin that doesn't work or sqlite with sqlx can't work inside in iOS or Android

I did not find any info on iOS, but Android seems to be a bit broken right now. Shouldn't be too major but nobody cared enough to fix it.
