Weird close, minimize and hide buttons on macOS

I received such screenshot today from customer,
he has close, minimize and hide buttons visible only when hovered
and it looks not as they look like on macOS

and it is not hovered

I use borderless window - yes, but I didn't modify buttons. On my side they look like this.
