Updater not working - keeps on asking to update

I have tested with Postman simulating the request that the client is making and everything seems to be working as expected on that front

I am thinking whether I need to enable some more modules in tauri configs to let the app write to the system the new version?

(I am running on Tauri 1.2.1)

if you're thinking about the allowlist, that shouldn't be necessary

do you know if target can actually be darwin?

I would've expected it to include the arch
