Got the same thing on my alt, the event was supposed to end 5:00 but at 23:00 the day before I was not able to do anything .. had over 10k currency and over 8k diamonds worth of balls that I could not trade. Am still waiting for support reaction

Previously the event had a problem with the event ending time.
However, after receiving the report, it was reopened as scheduled.
Now the event has ended.

I'll probably write the same here, maybe it will increase the chance that they will notice. Nothing was renewed, I checked. It doesn't matter whether it ended or not, people lost a lot of precious diamonds, and this can't be ignored!
