Anyone else having issues with in game chat? I have two guild members who don’t see anything in chat anymore. (I know In game chat sucks, but some of our members won’t use external chats like discord)
One person sent me these screen shots showing nothing but blank space, yet on my account there is stuff there like spell combos and such.
I suggested they might have to reinstall game but not sure if there is an easier fix

Messages in game chat disappear after some time (I’m not sure exactly how long they stored on server).

Yes, messages will disappear but that is not what is happening here. Both of these members will not see something posted today. Yes I also know chat sometimes doesn’t show up, but even after restarting the game it is still blank. They haven’t seen messages for more than 2 weeks.

Guild mate got a response from the ticket he sent in where the person said it was intended and it was just that there was nothing said in chat for a while.
A few of us took screenshots for him so he could send them back and show there was indeed chat happening.

I just wonder how support can answer a question without actually checking the issue in question. All they had to do was look at our server and see there was chat in world, guild and both cross server chats. Just plain laziness in trying to close a ticket by saying it’s working as intended.
