Issue: Rice Plant visual does not generate if the player is inside the map as the plant respawns.
Steps to reproduce:
- Gather rice plant
- Either stay in the map or exit and re-enter before the rice plant has respawned.
- Interact with the tile of the rice plant after it has respawned and the item will drop without a visual.
Intended: Rice plant dynamically respawns and regenerates its sprite like ores do.
