Saber Hairstyle Sprite Issues

When wearing the Cat Ear Bucket Hat's specifically the hair sprite get's cut off, while for other hats like the strawhat it's fine. In addition when running with either hat, even for example the strawhat where it's not an issue when standing, will cause the Saber Haircut sprite to be cut while running left and right too.

Sadly this is one of the rare occurrences where hairs clip, THis hair Style has a very long extended back so its gets cut off, the only real fix is to force the hat to be buzz cut, but this is prob one of 2/3 hairs that clip with the hat.

Hats can have a manually set cut off point, hence why the hair also cuts when you run

Is there perhaps a way to perhaps have the hair overide the hat layer? It won't look the best but, I think it would look nicer then being cut akwardly. Cause I know making a new sprite art just to make it fit would be more work for both standing and running.
