#Cant Make Top Up Purchase on Store.

I click the button on the amount i would like to Top up on and nothing happens. So i ended up clicking the option like 5 times and this menu pops up (Refer to Picture). I think that's just a stop spamming button but even the next day when i tried nothing happens.
