Upon server restart, a single Universal Scroll randomly spawns at one of three predetermined locations.

Any player can retrieve it from the spawn point and deliver it to their village.

Once secured, the scroll locks to that village for 10-30 minutes.

Afterward, ninjas from rival villages may steal it from the village's designated holding spot—a wide-open area within the village designed for fair PvP combat.

Villages controlling the scroll grant all members of that village buffs, such as increased experience gain, higher drop rates, reduced skill cooldowns, or overall stat boosts (benefits at developers' discretion).

This promotes inter-village raids and heightened action to capture and defend the scroll.

This is almost like what raid points are/were. Pretty sure something along this sense is being done eventually.
