Shark spawns bugged?

Upon passing by I noticed there were shark mobs added to the game, they seem to be bugged out and are spawning inside of the walls though. Making their dropped items impossible to obtain.

To add they only spawn inside cap point and inside walls. also they have a reflection in the water as a shark
