I got to the end of LOI, where you need to kill nobu, enter the last room and kill mitsuhide for the final mission…
After killing nobu the door never opened, I ended up killing him 15 times then he opened. Not sure if someone fixed something or if the game just finally read that I killed him. But after that I killed mitsuhide and it never updated my mission and is stuck on 0/1.
