Considering how the new universal tutorial gives us the body flicker jutsu by default, the mission's reward for "The Unquenchable Thirst II" in Sand, a Body Flicker manual, makes no sense anymore and leads up to lowbies having to waste a T1 to get the jutsu compared to other villages, which is specially bad considering perfect cloak is the passive for Sand ninja.
