I'm not sure when it began happening for me. I want to say maybe last week. Anyways, every time I close the game the next time I launch it, my UI changes. My map will go to the top center, my raid indicator goes next to my chat bar at the top, my fps goes to the center, my blessing indicator moves halfway up the layout, my map indicator moves slightly up, and my chat box size decreases. As far as I can tell, that is all that happens. I want to say sometimes it changes my resolution too, but that's more rare I think, not ever start up.
I've attached a picture of what changes happen. The first picture is after logging in. The second picture is when I change it back to how I like. I have to do it every single time.
